Have you checked to see if your [https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ Plugins are updated]? It might be that you have an outdated Silver Light plugin.

Since the update i can not open webpage,also even when i close it keeps running in the background.

I updated my applications and now I can not open any of them.

I updated the required updates due to being given no other option to go around the update and now I can not open any of the applications I installed prior, it just shows the words up to date italisized and grayed out giving me no options to oppen the applications now that I have updated my applications.

How are you trying to open them? From your description it sounds like you are opening the Application Manager.

Since up grading to Adobe Reader X when I try to open any program Adobe tries to open it, therefore I can not open any programs now on my computer. I need help very quickly.

Can not open any files CS5 Win 7 64 bit

I can not open any files in Photoshop. I can open them in Bridge or LR. If I open a file in Camera Raw and try to go to Photoshop, PS opens and just sits there and looks at me as if I opened the program only.

Is this a new installation that has never worked, or is this a problem that has cropped up recently?
In any case, there are two things you can do that between them have a very good chance of getting things working for you.
1. As a diagnostic, click Edit - Preferences - Performance, and uncheck (disable) the [ ] Enable OpenGL Drawing setting, then close and reopen Photoshop. If this corrects the problem, then chances are good that your display driver needs to be updated. To do so, go to the web site of the maker of your video card (e.g., nVidia or ATI) and follow the links to the driver download that matches your hardware and operating system. When you've updated the driver and rebooted your system, re-enable the OpenGL Drawing setting (remembering to close and restart Photoshop) then re-test.
2. Clear all Photoshop preferences to standard defaults. To do this, press and hold the Control, Shift, and Alt keys IMMEDIATELY after cold-starting Photoshop from its shortcut or menu entry. If you're quick enough, it will prompt you. You'll need to go through all the preferences again to ensure any customizations you want are re-done.

It's probably not the cause of your problem, but you should update the iOS to iOS 7.1.2

You do NOT need to restore your iPad.
I believe that the problem is that there is a disconnect with your iTunes account and your iPad. What you are experiencing is a somewhat common issue after you sync your iPad, update your device - it could be a number of reasons that are causing it. the recommended fix is to download another app in order to "reconnect" your ID and iTunes account to the iPad.
You can read more about it here. You will need a WiFi internet connection in order to fix it - or you have to be able to sync with your own iTunes library.

3. Install another app from the App Store
If none of your user-installed apps will launch, there could be an issue with Apple ID authorization. Same problem here... I finally updated whole system yesterday (last full system upgrade was on 2011-11-26) and same problem appears. File /usr/lib/libwbclient.so.0 was not present in system, so i reinstalled package smbclient - without any effect, then reinstalled libwbclient package and requested file appears. There is no error about upgrading libwbclient in pacman.log (from yesterday system update).. How is this possible?

If this does not work then try a reset ,
Reset your iPad by pressing the 'Sleep' and 'Home' button at the same time for about 15 seconds or so. Your iPad will then go through a reset / reboot procedure and will be ready for use within about a minute.
Don't worry about doing this as you will not lose data or settings.
