Since updating firefox i am unable to download from megaupload, is there any solution to this problem?
this problem applies specifically to downloading MP3's. when i click on the download button instead of download option appearing i get a Quicktime 'Q' and nothing else.
Unfortunately i've had to resort to re-installing and using IE for this

Is this happening with all podcasts? Maybe the server that hosts that podcast is down or it's having problems, try testing with one of the other top rated podcasts.

I have an iPhone 6 and an iPad air and each time I try to download the IOS 8.1 update I get the message "software update failed. An error occurred downloading iOS 8." What is wrong? when i try to update iphone 4 i am getting message saying unable to update the firmware file was not compataible .
Any solution to this problemIf the problem is sending to just one address and it has worked in the past, I don't know if this will work. I posted this to another thread yesterday for someone who had the same problem you are having and it worked for them. You can take a look. On the iphone i went Settings>Mail, contacts calanders>choose relevant account (if you have more than 1)> accountname>accountname> scroll down to 'Outgoing Mail server' and click on SMTP >click on your Primary Server >
My #Username and Password were showing 'Optional'. Filled them in with the correct details (email account login) and that fixed problem. -

I have an older computer and can no longer update. After the latest Apple update I can no longer access my e-mail on my mac. I can view it on my iphone and on icloud. Is there a solution to this problem?
Apple changed MobileMe to iCloud and then restricted iCloud to 10.7 users only unfortunately
If your machine is a 64 bit processor Intel Mac you can upgrade to 10.7 for $29, however a lot of your 10.5/10.6/Rosetta based software could cease to function, especially third party hardware drivers for printers, fax machines, all-in-ones, scanners etc.

Also depending how old the machine is, if it can accept 4GB of RAM (preferred), older video card, may not run 10.7 very well or stable.
My advice is to keep at 10.6.8, get a web based email service that's plaform/hardware neutral, forward your iPhone emails there. Gmail/Yahoo Mail for instance.
When your ready for new hardware and all new software, then buy a new machine.
If your going to go to 10.7 on your present hardware, I advise you clone 10.6.8 to a external drive first, that way you can c boot off the 10.6 disk erase the drive completely (necessary to remove hidden Lion Recovery Partition) and option boot off the 10.6.8 clone and reverse clone.

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with one Apple ID with a new Apple ID. -
Is there any solution to the problem with the messages app on my iphone4 no longer opening pics after completing the latest iphone software update?
Go to iTunes menu, EDIT/PREFERENCES/DEVICES tab, do you see any Backup files with Date and Time? These are the backup file you have everytime you sync your device to your iTunes.
Now close the dialogue box, connect your device to your computer. In iTunes left Pane, your iPhone will appear under "Devices". Right mouse click yout iPhone and select Restore from backup, select the backup from Date and Time you can remember that has all the contacts and notes and proceed from there. -
Lightroom 4.4 Download Problem(s). Since updating I have been unable to download RAW files
Since updating to LR 4.4, I have been unable to download RAW file formats. In addition, normal .jpg files stopped working today! I can successfully still download into LR 3.6 which I kept on my system.
I'm shooting with a Canon 1D Mark X and using LR on an iMac. This is making workflow impossible. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
MikeA couple of tests:
1. Create a Dummy User account with full Admin Read/Write permissions. Does that fix it?
2. Make certain your active User account has full Read/Write permissions for the storage location of both: The Catalog, and The Image Files. -
I'm having trouble visiting sites or pages that require Flash Player, Firefox will just freeze when they're partially loaded and it will stay frozen until I close Firefox. This will happen with any page that uses flash player. I can disable it, but then I can't access the content which requires Flash Player, have to use a different browser and I'd rather just use Firefox.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

2 days ago, firefox just stopped responding. When I open, the start up screen shows but navigating to any other web pages is not possible. All I see is "connecting" and it just spins. No warnings or time outs. I thought it was an issue with my firewall so I went in and manually added firefox to the list of "allowed". That didn't help. I removed all apps, extensions and themes then tried to reset.. that didn't help because firefox wont restart it just hangs and I have to use task manager to end the process. I have tried a forced uninstall then reinstall.. nothing. At this point nothing seems to work. Maybe there is a simple solution I'm just not seeing. For now, it is uninstalled but I really would like to know if there is a way to fix it because firefox is my favorite browser. I'm not finding any maleware or viruses on my computer and other browsers are working just fine.

Has anyone found a successful method to connect? This is not a router issue as other devices, including another iPad not updated to ios 5 connects just fine. I am getting frustrated
I had this problem. I held down the power switch to power down completely. Takes a few seconds. Then use the power switch to turn on. Might take a couple goes.

Videos and photos start to load (slowly) but never complete properly, the page just says "loading". The friends online menu is totally inaccessible
It is possible that you clicked "Block Images" in the right-click context menu while saving an image.

Pay attention to differences in power connection depending on whether or not you have AppleTV2 or AppleTV 3.
Also some microUSB leads don't seem to work - try another if you can. Disconnect superfluous USB device/hubs too if possible.
