Since updating my iphone 4 with ISO 6.0, I haven't been able to load any apps.
When I go to install app I'm asked for my password which I enter and then press go and
it looks like it is going to load then switches back to the app I'm trying to load and then
I'm back where I started. I have tried more than ten times, I have even changed my password
on Apple ID.
Can anybody help?

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

The company I work for has given me an iPhone, but I haven't been able to download any apps. I've created an apple ID account, it claimed that it had been verified, but everytime I go to download something, it verifies again and claims there's an error. I switched over from an iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy S3 & I haven't been able to receive any text messages from iPhones. I have no problem sending the text messages but I'm not receivng any from iPhones at all. It has been about a week now that I'm having this problem. I've already tried fixing it myself and I also went into the sprint store, they tried everything as well. My last option was to contact Apple directly. Please help with turning my iMessage completely off so that I can receive my texts.
If you registered your iPhone with Apple using a support profile, try going to https://supportprofile.apple.com/MySupportProfile.do and unregistering it. Also, try changing the password associated with the Apple ID that you were using for iMessage.

No this was absolutely of no help what so ever!!!!1I have had this issue before and it was also a nightmare. I don't understand why you have to go thru so much pain until you can talk to a real person. I don't have 48 hours. I use this app to make money. I can't update it, so I can't use it, all because I can't update my info, which is clearly on the Apple side. Not my bank (like they first want to say), not me, I know who I am, but it must be something on apple's side. And to wait 48 hours for an email response to tragic . I can't believe a company with as much assets as Apple can't get a real person to help me sort this out. I had this same problem years ago, and it was the same mess. Whay do I keep doing this? Am I just one of the bovine masses who just have to have an iPhone? Yikes

Why would there be a fix? YOU are having the problem. I'm not, no one I know is having the problem. No fix is needed.
Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. Have you been through any, if not all of these troubleshooting steps yet? -

I deleted the app multiple times, and restarted my phone, I even did a complete restore...nothing worked, UNTIL I changed my password once again...I had changed my password 3 times in an attempt to get it to work, and not until I changed it for the fourth time last night did the app finally accept my new credentials
It was such a goofy bug, but I'm glad to be rid of it...thanks all! -

Im wondering how I can get the music that I had on my iphone 4. I lost the phone over a year ago, but I spent hundreds of dollars on music albums. since then I have never been able to find out if I can get the albums that I purchased and save them in my computer. I don't have a iphone or other cell phone at the moment. the phone that I lost was not backed up. if anyone know how to do that, I would be thrilled.

Apple Configurator 1.3.1 crashes. I haven't been able to prepare any IPad with the configurator.
New to this process and we are setting up bays for IPads in an education environment. I'm able to load a profile (unsupervised) onto an IPad but as soon as I choose supervise and prepare the IPad the Apple Configurator crashes with the error message below. I'm not sure how to proceed from this - running OSX 10.7.5 and configurator 1.3.1. The Mac book pro was bought to supervise the IPads and not used for anything else. Have reinstalled configurator without any luck. Any help would be appreciated.

I thought it was the updates to the iTunes store and the release of iOS 7. However, today, it is still happening. I was partway through setting up iPads for a 1:1 initiative. The first 11 worked fine, then the strangeness started. Most of it seemed to relate to the iTunes store, but the worst part is exactly as you describe, and I have the same setup. MacBook Pro specifically to manage the iPads. Configurator crashes whenever a device is hooked up to "supervise" even if it is fresh out of the box. The details on the crash also show the "Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInternalInconsistencyException', reason: 'ACUUnpackFirmwareOperation cannot fail the operation and without setting an error'"
Oh, did I mention I have to have the iPads set up next week?

I can't listen to songs or sound while facetiming or while I'm on a app but when I go into sounds and turn the ringer up I can hear that so I know that my speakers work. My mic doesn't work either.
