Since updating to latest version of ITunes it won't share with Apple TV
Updated to the latest version of Itunes and now it will not share with Apple TV even though home sharing is turned on. Apple TV does everything but allow me to play from ITunes on my PC. I can use airplay on my IPhone 5 no problem. I can use all other Apple TV features except home sharing. Apple TV is saying basically that my ITunes does not have home sharing turned on? HELP!!!!!

Home sharing is turned on within ITunes yet apple TV says on the computer icon that: To access your ITunes library on Apple TV turn on home sharing in ITunes on your computer using (my email address)
It is turned on?
I have so far restored Apple TV to its factory settings
Uninstalled ITunes and reinstalled it
Tried to install an earlier version of ITunes however even that says cannot use library due to being created by a later version of ITunes.
Really not sure what to do next?

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

I've been working on this all day!!! I've tried everything I know of and can't get it to load either. Sounds like lots of people are having problems. Here is what I have so far...I have uninstalled EVERYTHING on my pc from apple and reinstalled itunes to no avail. I have tried all sorts of things I've read as fixes online. NOTHING has worked. Here is something interesting that i have noticed though. my main pc (which is the one i have always managed my itunes account with for years) is a 32 bit system running windows 7. Yesterday I installed itunes for the first time on my new netbook which is a 64 bit (windows 7) system and it works just fine. i have three other laptops (all window 7) in my household that are all 64 bit operating systems and ALL have updated to 10.5 and THEY ALL work fine. this is FOUR 64 bit systems ALL updated w/10.5 that work and ONE that is a 32 bit that will not. Can't get any help from apple. their suppot *****! I want to get someone on the **** phone or a live chat but cant. *** APPLE????? please let mw know if you find SOMETHING i can try next. I'm out of ideas and patience!

My computer runs on Windows 7, and I've installed and updated the latest versions of itunes etc, but still to no avail! I've tried different usb ports, troubleshooting, etc... But it still says "One of the USB decuces arrached to this omputer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it".
The iPod is brand new, sent to me by Apple as part of the 1st gen replacement programme. I've been using the cable that came with the 1st gen iPod (I bought the first gen second hand) It always worked on my computer with the 1st gen iPod. So I was wondering, do you think I need to replace my cable in order for my PC to recognize my iPod or is it something else?

When attempting to update to latest version of iTunes on my PC (11.1.4) I received an error message: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime error as well as: AppleSync Notifier.exe - entry point not found, the procedure entry point sqlite_wal_checkpoint cound not be located in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll.
I unistalled iTunes, then attempted to reinstall. I get to a point where I receive the following response: Service (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start.Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services." Hi, I don't know if this will help you but I have both an iPhone 4 and a iPhone 6 that would not work. In my case the latest version of iTunes is 12.01.035. I remembered having a similar problem on Windows 7/64 bit a while back and decided to reboot my computer go into the bios and basically disabled a bios setting called Intel xHCI Mode. This flag in the bios is used to turn off the USB 3.0 controllers. As soon I did that, and saved my system booted fine and it noticed both phones just fine. I tested this several more time on my system which is still fairly new having been build from scratch last last year. Each time when I turned USB3.0 back on, iTunes and Windows 7 for that matter would not notice my phones. If you do a search on that bios setting you will find the USB 3.0 has caused problems with many of the older device drivers and technology.

Ever since updating to latest version of Firefox it has been painfully slow on my Mac running OS 10.5.8.
Websites just hang, and never get to where they are supposed to go. The status loop on tabs just spins and spins but never loads the site. Go to the same site on Safari and there in a second. It is like dial up slow. Have tried all the troubleshooting tips(reset, delete/re-create profiles, uninstall/reinstall, updated flash) nothing works.

Ever since downloading the latest version of iTunes, my iPad (3rd generation) keeps appearing in the browser as if it's still connected. I eject it (even though I don't physically have it connected in any way). But it keeps reappearing every time I open iTunes. Is anyone else having this problem?
Do you have Sync over wifi enabled for this device?
Click on the device name, Scroll down the summary page to options and the second box is Sync Via Wifi. If you do not want this uncheck it and click apply -
