SIS: quantity for items at $0 invoice

Hello,
I have created an info structure (with update rules), and then a report (using Report Painter) based on that info structure. The key figure in this  report is invoiced quantity. The report shows quantity only if Net Value for this Item(in the invoice)  is not $0.00. When I display data in the table for my info structure, what ever items were invoiced at $0 are not in the table (it probably has something to do with update rules)
Q: Is it possible to show all invoiced quantities, even if a Net Value if the invoiced item is $0.00 ?

  • Confirmed Quantity for Item in sales order

    Dear All,
    In one sales order there is confirmation block (this is through the delivery block in the sales order header level).
    The sales order contains BOM (header and it's sub items) and some standard items also two third party items.
    When the sales order is saved there are no confirmed  quantity for any of the item except the BOM header.
    May I know what could be the reason to have this BOM header confirmed quantity..???  this is leading to a problem in the data from sales order.
    Is there any customizing related to this item (item category or schedule line category) to look out for..??

    hello, friend.
    your issue is quite broad.  outcome depends on -
    1.  configuration of delivery block (which, in your case, we can assume to include confirmation block)
    2.  selection of availability check and MRP type in material master
    3.  schedule line category and schedule line determination
    now in standard, if the order line item category is TAN, and MRP type is PD and availability check is PD... the system might temporarily confirm the item even when putting a delivery block at header level, but the system  should delete confirmed quantities when you save the order.  you can check the confirmed quantities when you open the sales order in change mode... the confirmation should be zero.
    however, in third party items (item category TAS), these items are normally confirmed even in change mode.  this may hold true if either MRP = none (e.g. ND) and/or if availability check is KP (no check).
    nevertheless, regardless of confirmation quantity, the system should not allow creating of delivery while delivery block is in place.
    please try these scenarios and post your feedback.

    ERROR: No control line for item 000010 in document 852660. (where 852660 is invoice number)

    you will have to check whether have the Account Assignment Group been input in the Customer Master (Billing tabstrips - Accounting sections - Field name: Acct assgmt group).
    The Account Assignment Group will be copied automatically into the sales order.
    Check whether the configuration in transaction VKOA have been done correctly.
    Check whether the sales order (VA03 - Goto - Header - Financial Accounting - Field name: AcctAssgGr) have been filled in automatically.
    Check whether the billing document (VF03 - Goto - Header - Header - Field name: AcctAssgGr) have been filled in automatically.
    If the customer master have not been maintained and the user have already input the sales order, then the user will have to maintained the Account Assignment Group manually either in the sales order or the billing documents.
    Take note for One Time Customer, the user have to input the Account Assignment Group manually into the sales order.  One Time Customer can be used by many customer, therefore, the system will not be able to determine the Account Assignment Group manually.

  • Allow negative quantity for items manage by batch

    Hi All,
    I am having this issue where all items are required to be managed by batch and yet stock is allow to go negative (with the Block negative quantity unchecked) due to customer requirement.
    E.g. there are no batch to select when the item hits negative quantity.
    Any idea if this is possible in SAP B1 and possible workaround.

    Hi Lip Sin,
    You need to discuss and ask the same to your customer.
    Your customer has to make choice between one of this two, because when there is possibility of negative stock, just imagine how the software can keep the integrity with batch nos. ?
    You need to clearly ask your customer to choose any of this and still the customer insist, you can think to handle it using UDF for batch no, but then your customer will loose the control by batch.

  • Third party items are not invoiced totally though the MIRO done for all

    Hi Gurus,
    I have a third party sales order with 3 item lines.
    All these three items are delivered to the customer by the vendor and invoice verification MIRO also done for all three.
    Now when the order related invoice creation background job run and invoice created for this order is missing the first line item in the invoice. I cant understand what is the problem with first item line? Order is now not in the invoice due list also. manually invoice creation also gives the log that the order is completely invoiced. But when we see the document flow for item line 1 it says the item line is yet open and not invoiced.
    suggest me as the invoice posting is required for this item line also. suggest all the possible reasons.

    Thanks for d reply.
    I hv checked d mentioned tables and Itm Categories nothing is +ve there. All 3 itms hv TAS itm category. Also I agree with ur MIRO statement.
    I found one thing which might b d cause plz check.
    As we knw dat we cant change the schedule ln date and quantity once the Pur. Requisition created. and we cant make changes in sales order itm line if the PO is created for that Pur. Requisition. Bcoz afteward the PO wont be updating  the Pur Requsition and sales order automatically.
    But here the schedule line date at d schedl ln category for itm 2 is changed by a certain Batch job after the PO cration.
    Therefore I think this wd b d reason that the item line 2nd is not getting updated in sales order from the PO and looks open.
    The change of schedule line dates is not maintained in the PO manually ever.
    So would it b d reason for the inconsistent doc flow updates and 2nd item being open as not invoiced yet?

    When you use service-based invoice verification (EKPO-LEBRE)
    the extractor 2lis_02_scl
    do not extract the good Invoice receipt quantity for each purchase order.
    The field 2lis_02_ITM-AKTWE give the good GR Quantity for services but do
    not ectract the good Invoice receipt quantity.
    Is there any standard solution to extract properly the invoice receipt quantity
    for services using  line item extractor?

    can you see that, your line item struc. has got this fields avialbe..if not check your
    DS and try to keep this field into your structure from LBWE..
    If you don't find in DS with std. struc. provided with LBWE, you would suppose to
    enhance the DS to accommodate this field into your struc. and write a select
    query on EKPO/EKKO wherever this field value is avialble for each PO and update
    in your result through your user exit..

    We have requiremet that while creating SO (VA01) for each item it sould show the message (Popup Screen) about Total Stock & Total Open Oder quantity for that material when user enters the material, plant & storage location in line item.

    It is a standard if you create sale order, whatever stock is available in MMBE, it will show during availability check but additionally if you want to see open orders, then you have to go for additional enhancement.

    SELECT * FROM ont.oe_order_lines_history where version_number=0 ( I have multiple version for that specific Order)
    Do I have to use version number 0 to get the Original Order Quantity?

    I wrote the following query to get the first version of the Sales order Line which shows the original Order Quantity , this query is very slow, it complete in 1 minute and 20 seconds for one Item.

  • Sales BOM its possible edit the quantity for child items in Sales Order

    Hello friends, this is my issue
    I need to use a Sales BOM but the problem is that the child items in any Document marketing, such as Sales Order, the quantity for that child items it´s possible to edit independant of the father item code, and I don´t want this because allows to users to change diferent quantity for child items versus the quantity of the father item code.

    I work in SRM 7.0 (support package SAPKIBKV09).
    I configured a extended classic scenario with SAP ERP ECC 6.0.
    I created a Shopping Cart, Purchase Order and Confirmation for items "Service" in SRM.
    When I try to create the Invoice, display the following error messages:
    - No item could be inserted from purchase order XXXXXXXXXX
    - Purchase order contains no items for invoicing
    Can anyone please help with issue?

  • There are still batch split items with quantity X for item

    Our current system is ECC6. The deletion of item in the delivery (TO
    confirmed) is different before ECC6 (4.6C). In 4.6, unless quantity of
    batch split items are zeroed out in the delivery, the item cannot be
