Skype Premium with Unlimited World

I have a Skype Premium account with Unlimited World.
I received an email like many others detailing the changes to Skype Premium, and that I would continue to receive my Unlimited World subscription.
However since receiving that email, I have no Unlimited World subscription listed in my account, and I am not able to make calls.
A chat with online support said they were aware of the issue and were rolling it out to users accounts in phases to prevent "server crashes and overloads".
True or not?
I am also due to be billed on my account for £7.46 on December 25th, but apparently Skypes billing cycle is 8 months and I won't actually be changed anything.
Again, true or not?

Same here. I was paying/subscribing an unlimited country previously. I received the free upgrade to Unlimited World as well. But right now, I can't even make phone calls to the numbers in my previous unlimited country. I got 'insufficient credit'. message.
This is what I get when I checked my Purchase History...
Anybody knows what I should do?
And, is there a way to 'talk' to Skype support via online?

I've been subscribed to Skype premium with unlimited world for a long time now, then just got an email a few days ago, saying I got a free upgrade, and now I can't make any calls - tells me I have to 'buy credit' every time I try making any call I used to make included in my package... I use my skype account to call the Philippines (a landline) but this country is not included in the list associated with Unlimited World, so I purchase credits to pay for calls. Is there any other reason I need to keep my premium subscription, if all I want to do is continue to call the Philippines (with a few other US based skype colleagues).

Skype Premium with Unlimited Calls

I have Skype Premium active but I can't find the country where I can get unlimited calls. Is there a way for this to be listed on Skype website or the Skype desktop client?

I did not disclose the e-mail address, because I made the corresponding reclamation and a proposal and they promised to publish a customer service e-mail address himself.

Please note that Skype subscriptions are recurring by default.
This means that, unless you cancel your payment agreement, the system will automatically charge you to renew it.
I checked your account and can confirm that your subscription is still set to recur automatically. You do not have to take any action on your end if you still wish to continue using it.

Having Problems with Unlimited World Subscription

Hello, I got the free month of Unlimited World subscription and I am trying to call a landline number in Brazil, which is covered by Unlimited World, but I always get an error message saying that I need to buy Skype Credit or buy a subscription. Anyone having the same problem?

Hi, some one is trying to buy skype premium with my skype credit but since i have not filled in my credit the payment failed. In my purchase history shows 5 purchase attempt and I have received 5 email from skype about payment fail. I don't have purchased anything and I want this to stop.

The only way that would be occurring is if someone has access to your Skype account. I would suggest you change your password immediately. Log into your account and make sure no other email/Microsoft accounts are linked to your Skype account as well.

If we purchase one month of Skype Premium for a Skype Business user, with no auto-renewal, once the Premium subscription expires after one month, can that same user be assigned Premium again, this time chosing a different country for unlimited calling?

If your Unlimited World Subscription is current you can call free to and within the USA from anywhere in the world. Your location is irrelevant.Texting is not included in any Subscription. For that you require credit. Skype subscription Buy Skype credit

Is there any way i can contact the Skype team to run the auto debit for Unlimited World subscription again ?
I guess when the auto debit happened last time there was not enough money on the account,
Now i transferred some one to the nominated accout to have my subscription renewed, and i really don't want my Unlimited World subscription to get cancelled i have been using it for years.

Trouble with unlimited world subscription

I have trouble re-activative my unlimited world subscription.
When I click re-activative, it leads me to a chinese site, where I have no idea how to re-activative my unlimited world subscription. I think my account may be linked to chinese Tom skype, and my payment then go through it via chinese dollar. But I don't want that and I never authorize my skype to do that. Now I want to bring my skype back to US. Any one can help me with that?

Cannot call with unlimited world subscription

I have subscribed to Unlimited world subscription and had recently paid the bill for the month.
However, I cannot make a phonecall to Malaysia using the account. The phone keep showing the message insufficient credit. And prompted me to buy credits.

This is urgent and I need to make important call. Why doesn't Skype have a customer service hotline?
This is so frustrating.

I can see that you have tried to call a mobile in Malaysia, this is not included in your Subscription, you can call only landlines.

Can't make this call with Unlimited World trial?

Trying to make a call to Mexico with +52 and am seeing the insufficient credit message but I just got on the Unlimited World trial.

According to this forum: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2175165/all, it seems that Siri is expecting a 7-8 digit phone numbers excluding the country code and area code, so adding an extra "0" digit or two at the back of the phone number may be able to fix your problem. The phone number should still connect correctly. Try that, it works for me in Indonesia where some phone numbers are still 6 digits.

Tried to call a Kenya (South Africa) land line number, but it failed me, and asking for credit to call the number.
HOW CAN IT BE?
