I don't use an AirClick, but a quick check over at Griffin Technologies indicates one must be using PowerPoint 2004 to control presentations with the AirClick and AirClick USB products.
If you're using PowerPoint 2004, then I suggest you take up the matter with Griffin Technology's Support. They also appear to have published some updated software for AirClick.
Another place you may want to search or post is the the PowerPoint group you can find on the Microsoft Mac Support - Newsgroups page. These are Google Groups with active participation from MS PowerPoint users, including a variety of expert users.
I don't mean to send you somewhere else, but I've found numerous answers there for folks with questions related to MS products. Accordingly, it has often proved to be the first, best place to look for answers to questions such as you are asking.

Hello,
I bought yesterday the range expander WRE54G because I would like to expand my WiFi singal and make it accesible to my PS3.
I configured de range expander and it works fine with all my electronic gadgets with WiFi, but it doesn't work with PS3. My PS3 is always contecting and disconecting... And, curiously, when i connect PS3 directly to my router, using wifi too, it works fine...
What can i do to solve this problem? I only bought it to use with PS3.
i put the same SSID and chanel of the router wifi to the range expander... I think it must be in that way, no?

You have correctly setup the WRE54G if you have same SSID, wireless channel and wireless security on this device and the router. The range expander will reduce the wireless connection speed by Half. So may be your connection drops because of lower connection speed.

SessionManager doesn't work with new xerceimpl.jar?

Does anybody know the solution to the problem below?
The toplink sessionmanager, which loads sessions.xml for database session pooling, doesn't work with new xerce parser(xerceimpl.jar). It is tieing to old xerces.jar parser, which has been upgraded to have more functions.

It works with old xerces.jar. But in-order to get new functions from new xerces jars from apache, I got xml-apis.jar, xercesImp.jar. They got modified from old ones. So this is breaking toplink sessions.xml load to work.

If you install 3.6.3 and don't want it to automatically upgrade you need to open the browser and select "Tools" from the menu bar. Go to "Options". Select the "Advanced" icon. Go to the "update" tab on the "Advanced" menu. Here you can configure how and what Firefox updates.

I'm new in the developpement of indesign javascript … I'm looking for a way to generate javascript documentation.
I often use JSDOC to generate my doc but it doesn't work with JSX.
Has someone a good tool who support JSX tag like #include?

HttpServletRequest.isRequestedSessionIdValid() doesn't work with SSL

In OC4J 9.0.3, when SSL is enabled, the call to
HttpServletRequest.isRequestedSessionIdValid() method doesn't seem to work. It always returns false when it is called even though the session has not yet expired.
On the contrary, when SSL is disabled, the HttpServletRequest.isRequestedSessionIdValid() works correctly as specified in the servlet specification.
Can anyone in this forum explain to me why HttpServletRequest.isRequestedSessionIdValid() doesn't work with SSL? Any solution for that problem?

Remote sync well with iPad .. Impressive
However, it doesn't work with any hyperlinks!
It's simply an image and swiping the pages ... Ignoring all hyperlinks ... It does work with media but u would have to put them in sequence in your slides. If you work with many hyperlinks within a slide, you can't get any to work with the remote!
Quite disappointed that Apple actually charges for an app so simple with no value added services!
There are many free apps doing the same simple tasks.

My remote Control doesn't work with my new imac

I have a brand new iMac 27" with mountain lion, and Doesn't work with my aluminium remote control, I already follow the steps on Help, but there's no IR option on the advanced button of security and privacy. Of course I already check with my iphone dock and the batteries are OK, So I think it's a bug from the OS.
Any thougths?

Latest Quicktime update doesn't work with older versions of Safari.

I have an iMac with Panther 10.3.9. I've downloaded and installed all the updates regularly. That last update of Quicktime doesn't work with Safari! All I get is the big Q. Any ideas?

Check your Quicktime settings in System Preferences>Quicktime>Advanced panel.
Mime settings>make sure nothing is checked in the Miscellaneous box.
Advance panel>Enable Flash ought to be selected.

Help please! I updated to iTunes10, and now my ipod nano 4th generation doesn't work with it. Actually the "Devices" menu doesn't show up, although the operating system recognizes it. What should i do? I refuse to buy another one. Should i install an older version of itunes? If i do so, may i loose my musics and stuff that i have in library?

You should always have backup of your iTunes folder.
Downgrading to iTunes 9 will not cause you to lose your music etc.
Have you checked via Software Update in the System Preferences for any updates.
Have you tried the 5 R's for the iPod?

Try restoring the iPod, first from backup and then to factory defaults/new iPod. If still problem it is a hardware problem.

Okay, here's an update: the DVI to ADC adapter does work with the Apple displays that I have tried, but it won't work with the Formac. I have tried multiple time to contact them, but to no avail... they don't even respond to threats of posting my opinion of them, which is this:
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM FORMAC! They make quality products, but their customer service is a big time joke! They won't take care of you.
