Slideshow Missing Forward, Pause, and Back
In place of forward, pause, and back arrows there are blue boxes with question marks. Any suggestions as to how to get the images back?

How do I make a custom Forward button and Back button?
I've got an almost completely custom theme and it's working great with one exception: The forward and back buttons (used to move between menu pages) are from the original theme I based mine on, and they are now white on white = invisible.
I tried showing package contents and completely replacing the two images in the Forward button folder, but when I return to iDVD and reapply the theme, there is no change.

ckA further note: They seem to be the one button type that you can't select. Even in editing (non-preview) mode, if you click on them, they route you to the appropriate page. So there's no way (apparently) to select them and change their color.
In case you're curious how I saw them to click them, I just took some lucky guesses. They appear while pressed on, and they also appear if you cursor to them in Preview mode using arrow keys or the virtual-remote window. -
i was trying to download some toolbar option and when i came back to my home page the 2 arrows on the top left side of the page were missing and i tryed to replace them but i am not able to fine the to replace them One more question how do i remove the BEAR SEARCH it has some kine of site and the posted me as 27 im 47 the also posted some of my information and men ask to be my friend and i need to remove it. It makes me very nervis i am not sure what this is i ask them to remove it but they wont PLEASE HELP

You can look for a "Mediabar" program under "Control Panel > Programs and features"

iPad running iOS 5 has on the menu bar only have 4 icons, being: back, forward, bookmarks, and the "add to bookmarks", but is missing an icon after the "add to bookmarks" arrow, that is a "show all open browser windows" icon. How do I get it in my safari?
What you are seeing is how Safari works now in iOS 5. There is no way to get that icon in Safari now. There other much better browsers available in the App Store. Look at iCab Mobile, Mercury, Atomic, ....

My keyboard (wired) has lost functionality on the music PLAY/PAUSE, FORWARD and BACK, and VOLUME KEYS. They do NOTHING. All else is fine. How can I reassign them correctly? (Don't see those functions listed with System Settings/Keybard shortcuts).

Try doing a SMC and PRAM resets. Sometimes it takes 2-3 attempts for them to work so be a little persistent if they fail the first time.
SMC RESET
Shut down the computer.
Unplug the computer's power cord and all peripherals.
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
Release the power button.
Attach the computers power cable.
Press the power button to turn on the computer.
PRAM RESET
Shut down the computer.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys. -
How can i create forward and back buttons for a dreamweaver slideshow?

I am an illustrator attempting to create a website in dreamweaver (basically it will be an online portfolio). I would like to have a box/slideshow with images of my work that someone can browse through by clicking 'next' and 'back' buttons. Does anyone know how to do this? I have been trying to find out how to do this for ages - i dont want to use flash if possible as i am worried about making the site too complicated. I know how to make swap image thumbnails, but i think my site would be more user friendly (and look more professional) if i could have next and back buttons. Would this involve complicated css code (which scares the life out of me!) or is there a relatively easy way to do it? I have got two 'dreamweaver for idiots' books, but neither of them cover this topic. Can anyone help?If you are using CS4, there is a Command to create a Web Album... this does it automatically for you.
Otherwise, you can create this manually. Say you have 3 pages,
page1.html (is the index page of the album)
page2.html
page3.html
Therefore, using ordinary text links
Home would link to page1.html
Previous would link to page3.html
Next would link to page2.html
You would need to make adjustments naturally to each page as you move along with the gallery pages, changing the previous and the next links as needed. Below is a a basic example of setting up the links in a simple table structure. You would also then style the table layout as you see fit - yes, using css preferably :-)

Here's an article on creating an album using the DW Command I mentioned earlier. You could create the album and then copy and paste the code into a current page if you've already designed on.,... not too difficult, I just tested it. You do however, need to have Fireworks to process the images.

Missing forward and back arrows
Sometimes Safari opens without forward and back arrows. Command-[ ] still works. Glitch or deliberate? Seems intermittent. . . Please advise

Go to your View Menu>Customize Address Bar. From there you can drag the back/forward button to the Address Bar. Click "done".
Quit/restart Safari. Does the button still show up on the bar?

My file, edit, view, history, bookmarks, tools, and help buttons at the top of the screen are gone, along with my forward and back button.

Once the menu bar is restored, you can use the Toolbars entry in the View menu to restore other toolbars such as the navigation toolbar. -
Ghostery disables forward and back buttons in version 10
Forward and back arrows are greyed out and do not function when Ghostery is enabled. If I start in safe mode, without Ghostery, the forward and back arrows function properly.

If the buttons are working in -> [[Safe Mode]], then you need to make sure which extension was causing the problems.

Lost forward and back arrows on top left tool bar
lost forward&back arrows ? seems that on upper right icons allowed me to delete which browser and as i deleted yahoo i lost the front and back arrows and the far upper right browser choices? HELP

I am using the Multirow Toolbar Bookmarks Plus 1.0
In customize tools I have icons set as text only.
Is there a way of having back, forward, home and reload as icons.Firefox 4 uses a combined Stop/Reload/Go button that is positioned at the right end side of the location bar.
During the page load process it shows as a Stop button and after the loading has finished the button is changed to a Reload button.
If you type in the location bar then that button becomes a Go button.
Middle-click the Reload button to duplicate the current tab to a new tab.
Make sure that all the toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"

A possible cause for issues with bookmarks is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

How do you use forward and back button on mouse and use "zoom" in web browser.
Ok so apparently this forum is ruled with an iron fist or something my very honest and truthful problems with these issues seem to have been instantly deleted in my last discussion?
I'll try this once more.
1) How do you use the forward and back button on a mouse without having to buy a product like Steer Mouse? There must be a way to do this without having to buy a program given it's such a useful feature that 99% of users need. I don't want to spend hours researching something that should already work. Any advice?
2) How do you zoom in for web browsers like Chrome without it globally zooming in everything on the monitor (even background applications). I don't want to zoom in background applications. I want to be able to zoom in the web browser and still maintain all the features like the side bar, not just a little magnifying glass type thing.
I'm currently zooming in with the CTRL-Middle Mouse button, but I can't find a way to use this feature so it's useful to browse the web it seems to not scale the browser correctly but rather is a global zoom. Any solution for this?Thanks so much!
Like I said I am new to Apple products so it's still unclear to me which programs I do or don't need as I'm setting up and configuring all my software and devices.

Firefox loads to a blank page, not my home page. When I click on the home button it takes me to the home page. The back, forward, refresh and stop buttons are greyed out and not usable. The webpage I am on does not show up in the address bar. If I type something into the address bar, that address stays there no matter what page I go to next.
Just upgraded to v4. It did NOT fix the problem.

BB OS 6, What I think is missing so far and would like back...
So I updated my Pearl 3G recently and have been noticing some things missing, some small and some a bit larger. Now, I am not too sure where to go to let someone know so I've decided to make a list hoping the right people see this...

Minor:
-Calendar doesn't show my alarms on the month view like OS 5 (I like seeing which days have alarms). The visuals seem lacking when showing whats up that day (month view)
-As someone mentioned in an earlier post, the quick button to switch sound profiles doesn't work (instead it gives a "assign a speed dial...")
-When quickly going to my 5th option on my app bar, it all too easily switches to the next folder (annoys me...) Turning down sensitivity seems to have worked...
-There is no menu option to "See all songs" in the media player (browsing songs in the "Now Playing" are A LOT harder because of this since it doesn't show the titles fast enough...)
-When looking through songs in "Now Playing" in the media player, I personally wouldn't mind having what current song number also with the "X Ahead"...
-A small annoyance for me is when I plug it in, now there is an extra step to connect USB. I usually press the Back button for "Charge only" and put the password in for "USB Drive". I don't know if it annoys anyone else...
-The browser now has an address bar. In my opinion it takes up screen real-estate (maybe have an arrow so if you navigate your mouse up above it, it pops down?)
-Picture viewer had a "Zoom 1:1". I know I used that ALL THE TIME...

I used to have Firefox 6 that let me jump forward or back more than one page
You can right click on the back or forward button and jump to your required page.

Illustrator CS3 - Cant export vector to photoshop + Cant save file with .ai extension
Salutations! I try to copy a vector image over to photoshop (CS3) and I get an error message. I also try to save an Illustrator (CS3) image as an .AI file and I am not allowed to do so. This just started yesterday! How can I fix this?
