What version of iTunes are you currently running? To check, in iTunes go "Help > About iTunes" and wait for the version number to scroll up from the bottom of the screen. For example, I see:

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1You will need to do what it says, contact iTunes support. Click the Support tab above, then the Get Started link in the Contact Apple Support area and you'll be guided. We are all just fellow users here and so have no idea about the cause of the issue nor any ability to resolve it for you.

I am unable to purchase games. I have been purchasing games since last year. Now I get an error update payment info when I do that it says contact iTunes support. I've sent an email, no reply, called them they said go to expresslane.apple. No help available there, cannot chat online bcos I'm not in the US. I have sent an email but didn't get any response.
