Smartform for DUNNING

I am trying to use a smartform instead of a sapscript. Does anyone know how this is done. Also, what is the difference between programs SAPF150 and SAPF150V.

Do we need to write Z driver program?
You donot nee dto write a a driver program.There is a standar program that calls the smartform.if you have to make chnages in it for your requirment, you can just copy this into a z program and change it.
-- If Yes, where to assign program??
SPRO -> fin accounting -> acc recv & payables -> business transaction -> dunning -> printout -> Assign dunning Form.
-- Cant we go for the Standard prog as it also has the SSF FM??
as i mentioned above, yes you have to use the standard program. Only thing if you intend to make changes in program then you will have to copy it to a z program.

Using Smartforms with Dunning

I want to use a smartform (e.g. the default F150_DUNN_SF) but can't get it to work. I know the procedure:
- go to Customizing - Financial Accounting Global Settings - Tools - Customer Enhancements - Business Transaction Events -> Settings | P/S modules | ...of an SAP appl.
- change the FM for 1720 from FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE to FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF
- go to Customizing - Financial Accounting (New) - Accounts Receivable and Payable - Business Transactions - Dunning - Printout - Assign Dunning forms
- select a procedure and double click "Forms for normal dunning procedure" and enter a company code. Then I get the names of the forms used for each level and should be able to change them.
There is the problem: when I fill in a smartform, like the default F150_DUNN_SF, I get the error "Form F150_DUNN_SF is not defined or is not active" (while clearly it is both). I'm guessing he only looks for sapscript forms.
So how do I specify which smartform to use for Dunning? Has anyone managed to do this? I've read all the help and forum posts about this, saw some other people with the same problem, but no solution posted.

I actually knew that I was supposed to ignore the error, but I couldn't get it to save. But your reply made me try clicking the green checkmark and that was the key to saving. So thank you, problem solved

Report for Dunning

Hi Experts,
Any one has written report for Dunning.(F150)
Scenario: transcation code F150 can't be schedule; it's runs manually by users.
we need a report same as what F150 is doing so that we can schedule in job.
if any one knows report for dunning ? I know fot he payment F110, there is a sap report progarm but not for Dunning(F150).
Can anybody suggest me ??

Hi Hemanth,
Customizing:
You can go the Transaction FBMP and add your Form name as well as the Print Program name.
These would be call when ever you run the dunning Program.
From the Layoutset yuo can use the PERFORM subroutine using and changing parameters which would have the Structure ITCSY.
The Form then needs to be present in the Driover Prpgram.

From drag and drop option i had dropped an item text in text window and now i dont want to delete it i just want to comment it so can any one help me in commenting the text value.

open the text element in the smartform.
on the left corner, we have text editor button.
open that and change the editor (goto-->change editor)
on the new line, give the format as comment line /*. and you can write the comments as required.
such lines doesnt reflect in the output layout.

To get Footer Displayed for Dunning Letter Report

Hi All
There is a requirement to Add footer to display at bottom of page in Oracle reports with Customer Number, And Sum of Transaction Amount
for Dunning Letter. Would need some hint towards fixing this Can we get this requirement using Dunning Letters

There are two locations on the BI Server where you need to place images:
Drive:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_BI1\bifoundation\web\app\res\s_blafp\images
Drive:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\bifoundation_domain\servers\bi_server1\tmp\_WL_user\analytics_11.1.1\7dezjl\war\res\s_blafp\images
Normally no need to restart services; just clear caches and reload files and metadata. Try adding images in these locations and referencing them with HTML from your dashboard. This should give the desired result

Issue with Customize program for Dunning Forms

Hi Experts
I have write a perform for dunning form in a outside report apart from standard print program. After doing some calculations I want print some information in the form using the function module "Write_Form", but I am not able write on the form.
Please advise me is there any other settings are additional details are required to print the custome lines in the dunning form. Dunning form also customized in this scenario.

Thanks for your help, I am using Write_Form only, but not able to write the statements in the Form.
Let me explain my code here.
1. I wrote the perform in the SAP Script under a text element.
2. In that perform(in the program) I am calling other text elements, where I have to write the statements.
But I dont know, what is the problem here, when I debug the Write_Form FM, in the very first statement itself, it is becoming false and coming out from the whole process. That statement is
check co_perform-active <> true.
Please advise me, am I doing anything wrong or is there any other process to fullfill it.

Changing the Dunning level and reports for Dunning

How can I change the 'Dunning level' for line items in the 'Dunning History/Dunning overview'? I have read in help.sap that I can change it, but am not able to find where I could do that.

Can anyone tell me if there are any reports available to view the 'Dunning list'(other than Dunning History in F150).

I'm looking at running the ALFS editor . I'm in WebAS 7.00 . The Themes/templates and brand colours on the left frame does appear but the bsp page does not appear . used the standard bsp page which appears as a default ( bsp add it05 ) . The error message is as follows

BSP Exception: Das Objekt entrypoint.htm_sap-themeRoot=/sap/public/bc/ur/design2002/themes/alfs1000101F5FFFA2F4F4F2929296F8FAF3F5F7F in der URL /sap/bc/bsp/sap/it05/entrypoint.htm&sap-themeRoot=%2fsap%2fpublic%2fbc%2fur%2fdesign2002%2fthemes%2falfs1000101F5FFFA2F4F4F2929296F8FAF3F5F7F ist nicht gültig.
But if I run the bsp application manually then the right theme does get picked up . I made the entry in the bspthemeroot table and put in the alfs parameter in the above url ( 1000101F5FFFA2F4F4F2929296F8FAF3F5F7F ) . The bsp application works fine but not the alfs editor . Any ideas ?

Form language for dunning

I use the copy of F150_DUNN_01 for dunning printout.
Is there any variable I can use to determine the language of the form?
I believe it's coming from the communication language of the customer, so I could get in a PERFORM myself, but I'm sure it's available as a variable, however I cannot find it.
It seems the print is triggered by FM PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE.

Thanks for your answer.
It seems for both FM there is an import parameter LANGUAGE, however in case od OPEN_FORM it's still the logon langauge, however for START_FORM it's already correct.
I still couldn't find if this parameter is passed to the SAPScript. In the ABAP debugger LANGUAGE and 'rstxc-tdspras' is filled with the correct language, however in the FORM Debugger, there is no value assigned to these parameters.
If I change from the FORM debugger to ABAP debugger, the value is shown correctly for rstxc-tdspras.
I think I'll get it from the customer master with a PERFORM, it's easier.

1. The smartform name is SD_PACK_ETIK.
2.Just copy the standard program into Zprogram and make chanes and assign in NACE with the form.
3.But,in smartform lable printing is not possible.
4.you can print barcodes.

Error in customized smartform for goods recipt

Hi experts
I have created a customized smartform for goods recipt .
I have used form entry_we01 inside my zprogram and basically fetching the material document no from NAST-objky
The problem is when i assign my program in TXN NACE
it prevents the update of material document no MBLNR in the
MSEG table .
I get an express document as soon as I try to display the goods recipt stating " UPDATE HAS BEEN TERMINATED".
and although material document has been generated it is not updated in the MSEG table.
By the way this error does not happen when i use the standard driver program and standard form (SAPSCRIPT).
Please suggest a solution

Your problem may not be related with what you done in NACE.......Check for any other recent changes made in the System...

Smartform for sales tax summary report

can anybody send me the code for printing the smartform for multiple customers, i need print the customer data by pagewise means in selection screes if user enter multiple customers ,i need to print by each customer, if customer 1 is different from customer 2 need to start in new page .

Hi,
You can handle it in your form by checking the customer.
Write code in your main window there you check the present customer with previous one. if not equal then trigger the next page

Custom SmartForm for Purchase Order Printing

Hi,
I need a customized smartform for purchase order, which is called after the standard transaction ME9F.
I adjusted "Conditions for Output Control" by using transaction NACE ( Erased the name of the form MEDRUCK, Entered my customized smartform's name under smartform Form part and chose the type as smartform )
However, I couldn't success to see my printview whereas I continued to see the printview of Medruck.
I'd searched for the problem through here and the net, I found some names of smartforms such as: /SMB40/MMPO_L and /SMB40/MMPO_A and their driver programs like: /SMB40/FM06P . The package which consists of these elements was mentioned as " /SMB40/ "... but despite I downloaded it, my system still doesn't have the elements.
So, how can I use my own purchase order smartform or if i need the forms mentioned, in which best practice package i can find them?

Hi,
If your SAP doesnt have a standard smartform for PO, it is quite complicated to use smarform rather than sapscript.
I guess that you will need to modify the program SAPFM06P that calls the sapscript and make it call the smartform.
I will take a few time to adapt the sapscript.
