Hi Guru's,
i have configured smtp mail service for internal purpose. all the setups in SCOT is made.
and now i am recieving error :
Internal error: CL_SMTP_RESPONSE ESMTP error code is not known .503 503 Bad sequence of commands
i searched solution in forums but i couldnt find. kindly advice me for any changes.

I am facing an issue in IB, when ever i am triggering a reprot in IB which executes sucessfuly but gives a error msg in SOST tcode as below
Message no. XS829
Internal error: CL_SMTP_RESPONSE ESMTP error code is not known.
Diagnosis
An error occurred in program CL_SMTP_RESPONSE
Error text: ESMTP error code is not known.
and when ever i send the same reprot reprot of ib through process chain or shceduled one i am able to send that
Note: even if the failed one above if i execute it in SOST it is sucessful i gets the reprot in my inbox.
Please guide me

Very recently, we are getting this error when the user is trying to send deliveries thru the VL02n transaction.
User is trying to send the delivery output to an email id.
"CL_SMTP_RESPONSE ESMTP error code is unknown 554 relay rejected for policy reasons"

Hi i am posting this agian,
We have one background job scheduled everymonth. After ruunning, it has to send the report to 2 mail ids (Outlook) that are in the distribution list.
When i see the status in SOST, it says the message is not sent and shows the following error messgae no 829
Internal error: CL_SMTP_RESPONSE ESMTP error code is not
known. 554 554 5 3.4 Message size exceeds fixed maximum messa.
Anybody can call what is wrong with it ?

I think the message indicates that the mailbox of the recipient has been blocked. This could be due to the mailbox quota being exceeded, but it can be for other reasons as well.

"A unique co code has not been assigned to co no". I think this might have to do something with CO no range. Is it so. Does any1 have any idea what this could be because of?

Thxs for ur immediate reply. But cross co conttrolling is not active in my case. The error diagnosis reads as follows-
Doc breakdown is active in ur system. In certain cases, a co code is derieved frm the Co ID no and this must lead to the assignment of a unique co code.
A unique co code could not be assigned to Co no.

During manual billing t code EA16, we are getting following error.
'Tax code could not be determined'
Actually there is no tax code given in configuration for the subtransaction which I am using for manual billing. Whether anyone has any clue?

1. Check any where in the Bill/Invoice you have selected tax code <either directly or indirectly>
2.Assuming that Tax code is mandatory, why do not you assign a 0% tax code <either A0 or V0> in EK02?

after configuring all the settings when i attempt to send mail , recieving error message.

i enquired our smtp provider with this error message as mentioned in the above thread.
but the reply was
every thing is working fine , check your configuration.
i tried again but getting the same error.
Kindly help me to sort out this problem , i have to make it ASAP.

I recommend you open a support case with your MDS service provider. I believe that the MDS needs to be replaced.

Cost center belongs to company code 1000, not 2000

When i am entering cost center in sales order, I am getting an error "Cost center belongs to company code 1000, not 2000"
Does anyone know which transaction i can use to extend this cost center to a different company code?

I think you are creating sales rder for plant 1000. While the cost center you are providing is attched to plant 2000. Either you can change the cost center for plant 1000 or you can change the customiztion so that cost center is attached to plant 1000.

When i am posting invoice (MIRO) the following error is coming "The unique company code has not been assigned to company number" message number GLT0001, (origin - Post). We have only one company code and i have given six digit unique number also and assigned it to the company, still i am unable to post invoice.

Please check in Company Code's Global parameter whether company has been entered in Accounting Organisation section.

In addition, I recommend you check whether you have additional Authentication methods (like ASP.NET Impersonation) enabled.
Disable the authentication method and try again.

Blu-ray Error: internal error, code 11. Subtitle set too close

I have this error, when I'm building blu-ray disc with subtitles:
Blu-ray Error: "internal error 11 (software internal error: ..\..\Private\GraphicsEncoders\PGProcessor.cpp, line 236)", Code: "11", Note: "subtitle set too close".
I don't have any idea what to do, tried everything.
If I delete most of subtitles and there's only several lines left it builds it without any problems.
Today I have deadline with project.
Please help if You have the solution.
