sounds like a hardware issue with the battery
1. you can try different chargers if you have any
2. while plugged in, Hold the Home+Power at the same time for about 20 secs, if the apple comes up then release both buttons
3.if that doesn't work you may have to go into Apple store

I started a icloud backup of my iphone last night before I went to bed as I was told at the apple store yesterday that it could take up to 3 hours to backup. When I woke up this morning it was still going and said 15 hours remaining. After an additional hour or so the screen still read 15 hours remaining. I need to understand how I am suppose to backup the device to icloud without having to take this long as I cannot be without my phone for an entire day or longer due to work requirements.

All of my uploaded music within iTunes has been deleted, it is still on my C drive (I think) the music I had downloaded from the itunes store had also been removed but was available to download via the icloud system. HELP.

My iTunes 11.1.5.5 was running fine on my Windows 7 machine untill I opened iTunes to find all my uploaded CD albums missing with only my purchased iTunes store dowloads avalible, these had also been deleated but appeared within iTunes both to play and re dowload via icloud.
Over 170gb of music was deleated from iTunes. I checked my C drive and it appears that the music is still on the P.C hard drive.
Is there an easy simplistic way to repopulate my iTunes from my C drive.
Simple instructions would help.

This has just happened 2 days ago I would put my phone on charge then id take it off and my iPhone would turn off and say its not charged so I connected my iPhone to my laptop and reset it to a new iPhone ever sins I've done that its not turned off but now it's not charging went to bed with it at 40% now wake up and it's 60% , is there a problem with my phone

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. If it fried the charger, then there is something seriously wrong with it. You need to take it to an Apple Store to have it looked at, and be prepared to be told that you will need to get a new phone. If you can't charge it, it will be useless to you in a matter of days anyway. Also, do not even try to hook it up to your computer....you will probably cause serious damage to the computer and be even worse off than you are now.
Sorry about your troubles. But for your own safety, you need to have the phone looked at! Don't wait - if you wait until it has no more charge left, then no one will be able to recharge it to look at it....
