[Solved] Disabled key for LXDE

Hi again,
I'm unhappy that I have to claim for your help again but I'm encountering some trouble installing LXDE. The problem ist discribed precisely in the internet and there are workarounds given to get things straighten out but I think, there might be some drawbacks.
One place the error is discribed is in the bugsection of this page. The bug is marked as closed over there giving the reason that it's fixed. Nevertheless I keep encountering that error. As an additional comment about closing "archlinux-keyring 20130525-2" is given. I checked that package. It is already installed on my machine.
As aforementiones ther are some workarounds. One is given by flexiondotorg who suggest to just reenable the relevant key. That might work for sure but I guess there is a reason for the key being disabled. Maybe there are some pagages, maybe malicious ones, signed using that key without authorization. That it would be advisable not to reenable that key, wouldn't it?
Now I'm left alone with two questions I'm not able to find a satisfying answer for myself. First of all I'm wondering, why the bug report is closed and marked as fixed, while I continue to get exactly the same error. Is it going to be fixed anyway or it's just me who doesn't see the point how it is fixed?
The second arising question is whether there is a way to get the LXDE package anyway making sure that the package is not manipulated using a stolen key from Mr. Wallace.

Ok, i did my homework and got some enlightments. You can disable, revoke and delete a key and their components respectively. But each one of these mean a (slightly) different thing obviously.
If you have to void a key, for whatever reason, you'll have to delete or rather revoke the key. However there are some advantages to revoking the key. I'm not going to carry that out in detail, but you can do some reading about that stuff in The GNU Privacy Handbook. By the way, the "redundant selfsigning" ist not a redundant selfsigning, but a rovoking of the uid. That's also explained in the Privacy Handbook.
Disabling a key on the other hand is not described in the Privacy Handbook but there is a brief description in the GnuPG (2.0) manual stating that you can "Disable or enable an entire key. A disabled key can not normally be used for encryption." If i understand alright, that will be just a local setting. If you disable a key, won't be used for encryption on your machine, but it would not effect others. Disabling and enabling a key or a key component doesn't change anything with that key. A revoked key will stay revoked.
Finally I'm not 100% sure, but I think re-enabling a key shouldn't affect any security concerns. Please correct me, if I'm misled. Or if you can confirm that for sure, you'll be very welcome to do that as well. Besides that I can't think about a reason why you disable a key. Maybe someone can also point me in a direction here.

After 3 years I took a new approach with ARCH
I guess commenting
# /sbin/hwclock $HWCLOCK_PARAMS
will do the trick

Disable shortcut keys for Universal Access

At our school we have a bit of an issue with students using keyboard shortcuts to set the Universal Access options (usually to Black on White, but also Zoom and VoiceOver), which freaks out the next student using the computer. I'd like to disable the shortcut keys for those settings. Are there ARD Unix commands that would do it?

I tried your recommendation, but got the following result:
When I have a label of "& OK" with the blank symbol as ALT-255, the Button in the Alert Box still has the focus. It seems as if there now is a blank in front of the OK (which is underlined). This does not really solve my issue, because the Button still has the focus and that should not be. The best solution for the user would be if he only could accept the message with a mouse klick.
Is there an other suggestion?

[SOLVED] GE70 0ND hotkey + Fn-key for wireless drivers

Got myself a brand spanking new MSI GE70 0ND with with Win8.
Did not like Win8 so wiped it all and installed Win7Pro (x64).
After that I figured out that my hotkey and Fn-key for controlling wireless does not work (Somehow had managed to disable wireless, no idea how) so I had to reset the EC to get it working again.
Are there drivers for the hotkeys or some other way to get them to work in win7?
Did not see any obvious drivers in the driver page for GE70 0ND.

You need S-Bar to utilize the hotkeys under Win7 (it's like SCM for Win8).
First install Microsoft.NET Framework 4: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653
Then install latest S-Bar: http://www.msi.com/service/download/utility-19983.html

unfortunately, the registry key is always for the logged-in user.
But I received the solution from another colleague:
You can disable the Update mechanism by removing the com.businessobjects.crystalreports.designer.updateserviceplugin_12.2.xxx.jar plugin from the \Program Files\Business Objects\Crystal Reports Viewer 2008\plugins\ folder. This will disable it for all users.
Note: Make sure to remove the localized versions of the same plugin.

Reboot the machine holding Command and r keys down, you'll boot into Lion Recovery Partition
In there will be Disk Utility, use that to select your Lion OS X Partition and Repair Permissions.
After that is done reboot the machine and see if you can log in.
If not repeat the above steps to get into Lion Recovery, get online and reinstall Lion again, it will overwrite the installed version and hopefully after that it wil work.
Reboot and try again.
If not follow my steps to create a Snow Leopard Data Recovery drive, then option boot from it and grab a copy of your files off the machine.
Then reinstall all your programs onto the external drive like setting up a new machine, then use Disk Utility to erase the entire internal boot drive (select the drive media on the far left, not the partiton slightly indented) format Option: GUID , 1 partition OS X Extended and then use Carbon Copy Cloner to clone the external to the newly formatted internal drive. Once that is finished reboot and disconnect the external drive.
Once you go that, boot into Snow Leopard and update to 10.6.8, use the AppStore and option click on Purchases and download Lion again and install.
Lots of work, but there is no Lion disks.

[SOLVED] Function Keys Problem On Dell Inspiron N5010

Yesterday I bought a new laptop (Dell Inspiron N5010) and immediately installed Arch Linux on it. But when I launched the installation framework, I needed to use fdisk to partition my drive manually and to open another tty, ctrl + alt + f2 or up to f7, none of them worked. When I use f4 or f5 for example, it changes the brightness of the screen cause these keys have icons on them which represent the brightness control. So I quitted, took care of that fdisk issue and got back, installed Arch Linux successfully. When launched in GNOME 3, nothing was changed. It still uses f1, f2, ... and so on as "just function keys" without using "Fn" key. It's fine somehow cause my system automatically detected those keys, I can use every single function of my keyboard. But without using Fn key, I can't actually use any fx key for my own use. For example, I can't use Tilda anymore cause when I use only f1, it tries to open monitor control stuff.
So... any ideas?
Edit: It seems that this problem is all about Arch Linux. A friend of mine has the same laptop and he has just tried Mint Debian RC and function keys worked properly. So, there's a problem and it seems it's related to Arch Linux (or maybe Xorg version, somehow?).

Actually the design is completely incorrect.
What you say is
I have
'foo', 'foo series'
'foo','foo model'
'foo',666
By virtue of table3 referring to both table1 and table2.
This means you actually need to have 1 (one) table:
'foo','foo series','foo model', 666
And the 'problem' disappears.

      please suggest the solution for the following problem.
            we are selling two types of materials, one is the product material and the second one is the scrap material.Different type pricing procedures, sale order,delivery and billing types were configured for the same. For CST and VAT   same condition type :"ZCST - for CST " and ZVAT - for VAT" were used in both pricing procedure and the standard account keys : MW1 for ZCST and MWS for ZVAT and same G/L accounts configured .

Now We want to maintain seperate condition types for VAT and CST for pricing procedure for Product material and Scrap material. I have created two new condition types for scrap sales ZSCT- cst for scrap and ZSVT-vat for scrap by copying the same from existing conditions ZCST & ZVAT, and the same is included in the scrap pricing procedure. And also maintained OB40,OBCN,OVK1,OVK3,OVK4, FTXP,FV11 and VK11.
now I am facing the following problems.
1. while creating the Material master & customer master, in tax category sub screen all conditions i.e. conditions defined for product material( ZCST,ZVAT) and defined for scrap material (ZSCT, ZSVT) displaying and these are compulsory fields.
2. While creating the sale order for scrap material, system is considering the TAX classes from ZVAT/ ZCST (defined for product material) and taking the condition value from the condition type ZSVT/ ZSCT with the TAX class values of ZVAT/ZCST.
Now I would like to know is there any procedure to assign the Material type and Customer group to Tax category.

On original system (ak1) the printout is ok but on target system(ak2)
not.
Lateron I transported also :
R3TR SCPD 1403(as the device type uses this character set)
R3TR TABU TSP08 (All entries)
R3TR TABU TSP1D(All entries)
R3TR TABU TSP1T(All entries)
I used also report RSTXSCRP to traport form and device types. L
Lately I discovered that when I performe printout preview I get also eronneous printout If I ssue an printout preview in language "EN" on system "ak1"(only on system ak1 and form preview in "SL" is oK. What steps you suggest me to solve the prolem
