SOMEONE PLEASE HELP WITH MISSING FILES XP PROBLEM

i recently purchased an ipod touch, and all i want to do is get some music on it, and update the firmware, but i cant use itunes, cuz im getting 'there are some files missing' problem.
I swear to god, if i dont get this fixed by the end of the week, im gonna post the latest video on youtube... on how to smash up apple products.
Ive been trying NOT to buy apple products since the first dawn of time, but i do actually like the ipod touch. But, low and behold... the very reason why i never buy apple products has been confirmed!
can someone PLEASE tell me if there is a solid fix for this? i have literally tried EVERYTHING before you ask. im at my wits end.

Frustrating problem: Help with add file name problem with Photoshop CS4. What happens is this. When I am in PS CS4 or CS3 and run the following script it runs fine. When I am in Bridge and go to tools/photoshop/batch and run the same script it runs until it wants interaction with preference.rulerunits. How do I get it to quit doing this so I can run in batch mode? Any help is appreciated. HLower

I am super tired of having to put all of my movies and music on the hard drive just to have it erased again. The products I am using are WD 4TB My Book and 2 TB My Passport external hard drives. When it happens, there is always an icon that reads, EFI, along with the My Book icon. Thank you for your assisstance.

Yes, you have WD software installed REMOVE IT !!
WD has warned its customers about their huge mistake that their software doesnt work on Mavericks and causes data loss.
(also dont use WD drives anymore)

My iTunes continues to say "Security Code Invalid" when I know it is in fact correct. I can't update my apps or purchase anything and it's extremely frustrating. Someone please help with what to do?

Every time I go on my iTunes account via my iPhone or even my computer, I get notified that my security code is invalid. My account did this a while back, but I ignored it for a while and it eventually accepted my security code. It's not doing that now. It's been a week, I need to update my apps and want to be able to purchase whatever I want. It's extremely fruststing that it won't accept my actual card security code. Someone please help?

I was dragging a bezier layer on top of my image to apply the mask. Instead I needed to create an image mask in the layer to mask, then drag the bezier layer into the well in the inspector to apply the mask.

I thought I understood how to do this but I don't. I have tried several things but the result doesn't look right to me. I have a Canon Vixia HG21 and today I recorded a little with the pf24 mode.
After converting to apple pro res 422 in FCP 7.0, I exported through compressor using Apple Pro Res for progressive material, changed the video settings in the inspector to custom 23.976 frame rate, and turned on frame controls and set deinterlace to reverse telecine. It shows up now as a 23.976 file in quicktime but still looks bad on my monitor, especially when I pan. It's as almost there is ghosting trails. I see this on my external monitor as well, which is a little Vizio HDTV connected HDMI from my Black Magic intensity card.
I then tried cinema tools, and tried their reverse telecine, after guessing at several different options to choose from. The conform button and selecting 23.98 didn't help me either. I am willing to upload the short clip to my mobile me account if someone wants to download and try removing the pulldown for me. I am just stumped, and really want to figure this out. Maybe I am doing it right, and that's just how the quality of the pf24 looks like, but I doubt it.

Is it possible to use to invoke tag files from other tag files in the project? Is it allowed by spec?
1. Create empty project.
2. Create tag file tagFile1.tag using wizard.
3. Create tag file tagFile2.tag using wizard.
4. Drag TagFile2 tag from toolbar to tagFile1.tag in editor pane.
tagFile1.tag is:

Help with missing files in Elements 3

I am not a computer wizard an dI am trying to catalogue my digital photos. I have almost 2,000 photos in Photoshop elements.All the photos are in the browser and I have created folders for each holiday, wedding, graduation etc. and copied photos into them. Suddenly a lot of the photos have a red rectangle on the bottom of them with a jagged line running diagonally across them which I have now learned means that there is a missing file. I have tried to reconnect the missing file following the help program but nothing happens except the 'torch' searching for the file. I can't do anything with these photos, I can't edit them or print them of copy them to a flash drive as back up. All these photos are precious and I can still see the image in teh browser. Have I lost them?

OK I consider myself severely reprimanded!
Sorry to appear dim but all I have ever done is:
1 open photoshop elements
2. take the card out of my camera
3. put it into my computer.
4. click 'get photos'
5.save photos to my browser
6. create new folders as previously described.
Photoshop Elements toolbar has the camera to 'get photos' so that's what I did, I didn't put them anywhere else first and then copy them into there.
The photos in my browser and the copies in my folders all have the 'missing file' icon so I can't drag the folder one back into the browser it just keeps saying 'missing file'. Plus some photos I haven't copied to folders also show the same icon. Can I say goodbye to my photos or are they there somewhere but I just can't find them? I haven't deleted anything.

HT4623 CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! IOS7 activation problem!

I just downloaded the new IOS7 to my phone, it all worked perfectly, switched on, i used it for about 10 minutes... when i realised imessages were sending from my email address..... so i restarted my phone, and it came up with "recovery mode connnect to itunes" now its back to the welcome screen of a brand new iphone..... it says click here to activate iphone, i do that and it fails everytime!!!! i don't understand i've lost everything. i'm devastated, i can't even get onto my phone. can anyone please please help???? also when i connect to my macbook it says connection to itunes store failed.

the activation server seems to be experiencing issues dealing with the increased activation requests that are coming from ios7 updaters. unfortunately, the only solution is to wait for the traffic to die down in order to activate the iphone again successfully. it shouldn't take too long for the servers to catch back up and be functioning properly, but until then, the only answer is to wait it out.

Help with "Missing Files" message

My blog has been giving me an error message when I open it: "The following errors occurred when trying to open this document", "Missing file 'Pinstripewelcometile-15.jpg". It's one of the background pinstripe graphics for the "formal" theme that has an "x" and a question mark - it's used on all the entry pages. (http://web.me.com/mikejdunlap/Site/BLOG/Entries/2010/4/27ChocablockCookies.html) I've added new pages and republished, but the "number" of the missing graphic keeps changing every time I open iWeb: "welcomepinstripe15.jpg" etc - I think it started at "_9.jpg". I can't "replace" the file or add them again to my page - since it's a template graphic, rather than my own that I can choose in the media browser. How do I get iWeb to put this background image back in the entry pages? Thanks in advance for any help!

UPDATE: I restarted my computer and went through the exact same process outlined above and now it looks like it resolved itself; the error message no longer appears after I turn sync back on. I believe everything is working correctly now. Basically, it looks like the solution is to completely reboot your computer.

Help with missing files within lightroom

I need help locating the missing files within lightroom. When I click on the question mark to locate the files, it opens up a window and I click locate, and then the files are no longer there. This happens even on files that I have not moved out of lightroom. How can I make all of my files appear as they used to? Thanks so much!

You have to find the photos on your hard disk, somewhere. At this point, Lightroom can't help you because it doesn't know where the photos are. If they haven't been renamed, you can have your operating system search all of your hard disk(s) for a specific photo name. Then, you can reconnect entire folders (or folder hierarchies) via
