Song purchase failed to initiate but my bank account charged $8

I have been trying to purchase a song on Itunes for some time now. Each time, it tells me that my account information has changed, and when I update my debit card information, it tells me that what I have entered does not match bank records.
I tried creating a new profile, same problem.
It apparently matched my bank's information enough to allow you to charge me $1.00 every single time I clicked the button, however, as about $10 of charges from itunes now show up on my online bank info.
This is incredibly illegal, and it needs to be fixed. When I call the number that shows up on my bank statement, I get told to go to the itunes website and send an email, which has so far not worked at all.

I am not charging you anything and neither is iTunes.
When you enter CC info, iTunes will place a $1 hold on the account to verify the card account is valid.
The hold will be removed, usually within 24 hours.
Go into your iTunes account.
Click None on the payment method.
Click OK then quit iTUnes.
Relaunch iTunes and go back in and enter your CC info.
Note: For security, I recommend that you do not leave a CC in your account info.
Add it when you want to make a purchase, make the purchase then immediately remove the CC details.

    You weren't by change purchasing gifts for someone else? Those can't be purchased with a gift card. If you were buying for yourself, the iTunes Store showed a balance sufficient to cover the cost of the purchases, but your credit card still was charged, go here:
    iTunes Support
    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

    Using the Egg vs Chicken app yesterday I tried to purchased a bucket of stars in the app for $15.99, however, the stars didn't appear but I have been charged for them, twice! How do I go about getting a refund or getting the stars?

    Does the app have an IAP download option, and/or is there any help on the developer's website ?

  • Bank account charged by GLOBAL COLLECT - but no SK...

    hi,
    i paid 50 euros as a single payment via my homebank in germany, using GLOBAL COLLECT BV LEIPZIG as always (which worked flawlessly since 2006), but the 50 euros were invoiced (and collected by GLOBAL COLLECT), yet never arrived in my SKYPE-account!
    i only found out today when i checked my bank account that that was on the 01.08.2013, the reference nr my bank shows on the statement is 408739860829. i had been thinking the payment simply wasn't successful (which is often the case when trying to buy SKYPE credit btw) until i found out, that my bank account was in fact charged those days.
    can anyone still help please?

  • Song purchase failed

    Hello,
    I tried to purchase a song from iTunes for the first time, clicked "buy," entered personal and CC info, clicked "done." The song did NOT appear in my iTunes library, but I was able to drag it there. Once there, it had a "buy" button next to it!
    Checked bank acct online, transaction didn't show up. Of course, that could happen days later.
    What step did I miss?

    Dragging a track to the library doesn't purchase it. It just sort of saves it like a "wish list" for later purchase. My guess is that the purchase didn't occur; if it did, the downloading process would be obvious. Check your Shopping Cart; if it's active, the track will be sitting there waiting for you to confirm the purchase. If not, you can check the Purchase History in your account (click on the account login at the upper-right of the main iTunes Music Store windows) and see if it shows there. If not, then you didn't purchase it; if it's not in the Shopping Cart, just try again.

    When you click the song, pop up the window saying that can't find a file.
    There is no instruction how to get download again the songs already purchased.

    The first thing you have to do is to remove the songs from iTunes, so right-click them and choose Delete.
    Then, follow these steps to redownload the songs > http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519 If you see the name of the song with a cloud icon after deleting it in the iTunes window, press it and it will be downloaded automatically

  • In app purchase fail, money gone but no purchase

    Hi, so I just done an in app purchase and was not given my purchase, but the credit from my iTunes was taken. Is there anyway I can fix this or get a receipt to send to the app creator in hopes of getting my purchase?

    I did that.  Clicking "report a problem" doesn't bring me to the screens shown on your link; it opens the Apple Support website.  That's how i got here to ask the question.

    I bought my first itunes redeemable card ($15). Redeemed the code. Bought a few songs (had a balance of $8 and some change). Few days later went to buy another song and it charged my bank debit card (that I HAD to enter). Since it debited it out of my bank I haven;t purchased anthing else untilI know what's going on and now I have a $6 and somechange balance? What am I doing wrong or is it itunes? How do I maked it where it will take it off by itunes balance and not what seems to be from both?

    Where did you buy this laptop?  I know if I opened a box expecing and having paid for a 2012 model and found a 2010 model, I'd be back at the store demanding an exchange quicker than you could imagine.  Open box or not, if you thought you were buying a 2012 model, you should get what you paid for.

    If those email addresses are already in use somewhere else, you can get new email addresses for your kids.  You can do this via your ISP, or by one of the free email services such as hotmail, yahoo, or gmail.

    I just buy a full version of HDslideshow maker from Mac Appstore but when I fill in all the detail including payment credit card detail is done sucessfully. But when i download the App they come out the message "Slideshow HD failed to download"

    You will need to do a network recovery:
    Install Lion/Mountain Lion on a New HDD/SDD
    Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
    Boot to the Internet Recovery HD:
    Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND-OPTION- R keys until a globe appears on the screen. Wait patiently - 15-20 minutes - until the Recovery main menu appears.
    Partition and Format the hard drive:
    1. Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
    2. After DU loads select your external hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
    3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
    Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion and click on the Install button. Be sure to select the correct drive to use if you have more than one.
    Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

  • Selecting alternative Bank account in Purchase invoice is not working

    Hello experts
    When adding a particular purchase invoice, I select an alternative bank account for this vendor on Logistics tab. But when generating payment file for this invoice through Payment Engine, the bank account that can be seen on the file is the standard one for this vendor, so selecting an alternative Bank account in the invoice doesn't seem to have any effect on payment file. Do I have to consider something else?

    Thanks for the update. But by checking it, I haven't been able to find anything regarding vendor bank account selection on invoice, or about paying an invoice to vendor secondary bank account.
    Also I have done some testing, and the only way I have found so far to get a vendor invoice paid in the secondary bank account is to set this secondary bank account as the default bank account just before use Payment Wizard and Payment Engine. But this is a poor workaround and I guess there should be a way to make work properly the "Pay to Bank" functionality in invoice.

    I have already registered on iTunes but my bank account and email address are different now so I am trying to change this in order to buy an iBook. I am fast running out of patience as the iTunes 'change your account' details section says it's being updated and "sorry for the inconvenience" !
    I have so far spent an hour trying to change am thinking to a trip into whsmith s the better option as I don't want to be billed by the bank that I no longer use as its the only one that I am registered with.

    You tried in the App Store, at the bottom of main page, selecting your apple I'd and hitting view apple id? Then you can change payment information.

  • Alv Grid to Excel Sheet Downloading problem for Bank account Number(CHAR18)

                 I am downloading  Alv grid to excel using local file---> spreadsheet
    but,  the bank account no is populating as like ''11+E213". When press F2 in that column then only its showing the correct value.
    If i do download directly from  ctrlshiftF7 , its down loading perfectly but my user Needs the Header of the ALV also, Buecause HEader Consists of Payment Date and all details.
    I have checked the same from the Satandard table also its also populating in the same way as in the report,
    So if any body have valueble suggestions, Please reply soon,

  • Payments to Vendors with multiple bank accounts

    Please, can someone advise about vendor payments? We have vendors extended into several company codes and each CC should pay to a different bank account. Is there any automated way how to pick up the correct bank account in F110 or already in MIRO/FB60? OSS note 9829 mentions a BTE, but without any details. Thank you. Kind regards. Marcela

    sorry, I probably didn't specify my question enough. I didn't mean multiple House banks (bank through which we process our payments), but multiple bank accounts for one vendor account we can pay to.
    The only way how we can manually pick up the right bank account to pay to, is during the invoice posting by selection of partner bank type (field BVTYP). BVTYP needs to be assigned in vendor master to each bank account. Then there is a possibility to choose.
    Vendor XX should receive payments from customer in Germany (company code 01) to a different bank account than from customer in China (compnay code 02). If no partner bank type is selected during vendor invoice entry, there is a risk to pay to a wrong account as the first bank account from vendor master is choosen automatically.
