Sony Bridge don't detect my iphone backup

As you can see on the screenshot i have a backup the 13/09/2014 on itunes on the right that is not detect by soy bridge for mac on the left the latest backup is the 20/10/2012.
Please help me to get my old iphone backup on my new xperia Z3 compact.

Sorry for letting you wait.
The first backup 20/10/2012 is not encrypted and readable by BfM. The following instances are encrypted and not readable by BfM.
You need to turn off encryption in iTunes and do a new backup if possible.

I backed up my iPhone 4s. I had to have my phone replaced and when trying to restore my backup, I'm being prompted for a password. I don't know this password. How can I get my information restored?

Why wouldn't this work?
Start off with a new iPod Touch (as was my situation) and a newly installed iTunes on a computer with minimum possible software installed on both.
1) Make a memory map of the entire contents of both.
2) Then make an UNencrypted backup of the iPod using iTunes.
3) Make new memory maps of both.
4) Then make an encrypted backup.
5) Make new memory maps of both.
By comparing the memory maps, one should be able to find out exactly where on both iPod and computer have been placed the "markers" that indicate an encrypted backup has been made.
Then delete or alter those markers as needed so the history of encryption is removed. Then make an encrypted backup and write down the new password used.

Concern: Will I lose all my media and other data ? Just hate to push the RESTORE & UPDATE button, only to find out I have LOST all that stuff. My son says it should be backed up when I did the 4.3.2 of iPhone. Concerned a ton over this problem.

Syncing photos does NOT sync the phone; the camera is considered a separate device from the rest of the iPhone. You sync with iTunes, and should do it often enough so you don't cry if you lose all data on the phone.
At this point you have no choice; there is no way to NOT restore it. If the last backup is not corrupt it should restore the phone as of the time of the last backup.

Is there any way at all I can get that deleted data from the phone?

Since it has always been very basic to backup your computer and all it's data, Apple provides no way for you to transfer music from your iPhone back to your computer. As you know, you can re-download all iTunes purchases, but music that you ripped yourself you'll have to just re-rip again.
You can try and find 3rd party applications that might help you. I'm sure you'll pay, however.
Let this be a very important lesson learned.

I've tried everything others have suggested without any luck.
Now I'm stuck with a 300 bucks mp3 jalopy.

why aren't we hearing from apple? why aren't they saying something like "yeah we messed things up but be patient. we are trying our best to fix it..." ?

If so, now it locks back to the original carrier.

I have a Jabra BT 2010 Bluetooth headset. When I turn on my bluetooth of my Iphone it don't detect my headset.
I've look on the website of Jabra and it says that the BT 2010 is compatable for the Iphone 3G but still it will not working.

There was a post similar to this, but was lacking something that worked for me specifically. From the Apple site http://us.jawbone.com/pairingguide.aspx the following will pair the Jawbone (original at least) to the Iphone. I had similar problems with not being able to pair until I came across this:
Apple iPhone
_*Set the Jawbone to Pairing Mode._*
For the Original Jawbone, press and hold down the Noise Shield button for at least three seconds until the LED Indicator Light flashes red.
For the New Jawbone, press and hold down both the NoiseAssassin™ Button and the Talk Button for at least three seconds until the LED Indicator Light flashes red and white alternately.
From the iPhone Home screen, touch Settings.
Touch General.
Touch Bluetooth.
Turn Bluetooth on. (The iPhone will search for nearby Bluetooth devices.)
Touch Jawbone on the list.
Enter the PIN number "0000".
Touch Connect.
The Jawbone should now be paired with the iPhone.

If you encrypted the backup, there is no way around it. You will need to configure your iPhone as a new device.
From iTunes: About iOS backups:
In the iTunes Summary screen, select "Encrypt iPhone backup" if you want to encrypt the information stored on your computer when iTunes makes a backup. Encrypted backups are indicated by a padlock icon, and a password is required to restore the information to iPhone. You may want to write down the password for your backup and store it in a safe place. If you use a Mac, when you set a password you can select to store the password in the keychain. With iOS 4 and later, you can transfer the iOS keychain backup to a new device if you encrypt the backup.
Warning: If you encrypt an iPhone backup in iTunes and then forget your password, you will not be able to restore from backup and your data will be unrecoverable. If you forget the password, you can continue to back up and use the device, however you will not be able to restore the encrypted backup to any device without the password. You do not need to enter the password for your backup each time you back up or sync.
If you cannot remember the password and want to start again, you must perform a full software restore and when iTunes prompts you to select the backup from which to restore, choose set up as a new device.

After 3.1.3 iphoto & image capture don't detect iphone as camera device.

I have installed the recent update 3.1.3 on my iphone 3GS.
My iphoto (or image capture) no longer detects the iphone as a camera...
and will not automatically bring up the import option.
I can't get photos and video from the iphone to the computer...
The iphone seems to sync with itunes without any problem... it's just the image capture.
I have a laptop (running OS X 10.5.8) and a imac desktop... neither of them detact the iphone when it is connected for image capture... iphoto is set to open automatically when a camera is detected (i tried my other dedicated digital camera and it works fine)... even if I manually open iphoto - it simply won't import... I have restarted everything... I have swapped the connection cords...
it has to be a bug in the update... everything was working fine before the update.
please help...
