Sort By Date Not Working

I recently moved. Unplugged my computer, took it to a new apartment, set it all back up. When I brought up Mail, I received new messages -- but they came in the middle of the list.
Having always sorted my mail by date, this was odd. I checked my IMAP server -- all is well and in order there. But for some reason, new messages in mail are not being properly ordered.
I also checked my date/time settings in System Preferences -- all looks well.
help!

Are the new mail messages ordered hemselve, only for some reason after a chunk of of old messages that are not ordered? It seems the new ones in june 16th to 17th are in order, but listed after a bunch of non-ordered ones. Perhaps moving the unordered files to another folder and then back to the current one would help.

Below SORT statement is not working. Can any one explain me why this is happening.
SORT i_bseg ASCENDING BY belnr bukrs
                    DESCENDING kunnr.
I have table content as below.
BELNR      BUKRS KUNNR
0016000000|CROP |

Before and after the sort content order is same.
I want to sort the content like below.
0016000000|CROP |0008910168
0016000000|CROP |
Is there any thing wrong with the sort statement???
i_bseg is defined as TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF
Sort criteria must not change i. e ascending by belnr and bukrs and descending by kunnr.

hi vinod,
this is because on your statement, you are sorting BUKRS in descending order and KUNNR in ASCENDING order.
please take note that the sort order should come after the sorted field. if no order is given, the default which is ASCENDING will be used.
do your sorting like this
SORT i_bseg BY belnr bukrs kunnr DESCENDING.

iphone 5 cellular data not working, so i reset the all phone settings and it is showing only apple symbol on the screen afer i switched on the top.How to fix this problem

Hold the sleep / wake button and the home button down until the phone shuts off and then allow it to reboot again

Sort Order Column not Working

I have set a sort order column on one of A VARCHAR field, but the functionality is not working. The sorting is enabled in the table view and when I sort by the said column it still sorts based on the VARCHAR values of the column instead of the other INT column I want to sort by. The logical SQL and physical query never even includes the column to sort. Are there any exceptions for the 'Sort Order Column' setting? Is there a config setting or data connections setting that I need to check to make this work?

can you give me more detailes like some sample column data like below kind
Like Ex: varchar month column it sould display based on month id
month : Fev-2011,Dec-2011,jan-2011 and month id 1 to 12
set your month id as sort order column of month name.
double click month name ->In general tab set the sort order column as month id

That's strange though, whenever I logged into manage my account it only ever showed a 50MB starter allowance. Nevermind, I'm sure once the 50MB is gone the deal will kick in right? 4 months of extremely light use later (~50MBs worth) and the data side of the sim dies. I must now top-up to get online? Waiittt a minute, no no no! This isn't what I (literally) signed up for. And now; I've called EE a few times, always getting put through to the Indian call centre where the only thing lower than the quality of the VOIP connection is the operators grasp of English. During the first calls the guy added 100MB to my account but told me to wait until I was called back by someone who knew more. That call never happened but the 100MB data was removed. Now when I call they DENY the offer ever existed and actually hang up half way through a sentence like it's an accident. I'm a customer, I paid for a service you are NOT giving. Sure it's only a fiver, but this is the kinda stuff that gets you on WatchDog! 150 is a deadend for me, SORT IT PLEASE!

As I said above I was given a 50mb starter allowance that (due to extremely light usage) didn't run out for quite a while.
Just got off the phone after finally getting put through to someone who could understand me, I've now been told the offer was never active on my sim and that IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY to have got it sorted while the offer was still active. Even though data WAS working as far as I could tell and I recieved the sim at the very end of the offer dates anyway. But now that the offer is over, it's impossible to activate it.
And that's that. No apoligies, no "have this instead". Just "you should have known" and "you have a normal PAYG sim now".
Since when is it the customers job to do EEs job!!!
Absolute BS. Complaints on the way.

IPhone 6: Data not working on T-Mobile?

I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile's Simple Choice family plan with unlimited talk, text, and unlimited 2G data (with an additional 2.5G 4G data/month until 2016, it will drop to 1G 4G/month).
I have full text and call functionality (sending and receiving), but my Data simply does NOT work. It always shows that it is connected to the network (4G, LTE) with 4-5 bars, but it has not once worked since I've had the phone. I can use Wifi just fine.
On the My T-Mobile account app, I go to Device Support > Technical Support > Data Plan Check and it shows this message:
"Your current data service is not compatible with your device...."
Using Safari will pull up the u.web2go.com page that states this:
"Your data plan does not work on this device...."
I called the stand-alone T-Mobile store I activated the phone from and they said my account information is correct and the data plan is up and going so there should be no issues. (Other family members on my SAME PLAN also received the iPhone 6 and have NOT had any issues with data.) The T-Mobile representative told me to try the same stuff I had been trying, such as turning off my phone, resetting my phone, etc and none of that worked.
When it was finally 24 hours from activation I called customer care. For some reason calling before 24 hours has passed will only get you thrown into the "it hasn't finished syncing and we can't help you" category. He checked the network in my area and nothing was down. We tried the same things the local T-Mobile store recommended and he even checked I was up to date with iOS (8.0.2) and the Network I was trying to connect to was correct. He submitted a ticket to the advanced team to fix how my phone is receiving the network signal. He told me to turn off my phone every 2 hours and it should start working within the next 3 days. Bummer, because I am PAYING FOR MY PHONE RIGHT NOW. Simply unacceptable that this is happening and I really, REALLY hope this works.
Has this happened to anyone else?

ANSWER:
Apparently my phone was set up to receive Blackberry Data instead of iPhone Data for my data plan.Doesn't make sense to me, but it's true. All they had to do was put my phone "back" on iPhone data in their system and I was good to go in 2 hours! My data works!
If you have this problem just have T-Mobile verify the data plan you have and (the "phone type") because the T-Mobile rep said mine was incorrectly getting Blackberry data.

Extraction of certain master data not working

Hi, we are on BI7 and some of the BC masterdata extractions are not working correctly. Some masterdata working fine, consequently communication between systems working, but some master data fields e.g. 0co_area, 0chrt_accts and more are not working fine. Get this on 3.x and new datasources.
The data does get pulled through but the upload just never goes green, and keeps running. If one look at the batch jobs (SM37) in the appropriate source system, it keeps on going until it is manually stopped.
I am only experiencing this problem with data pulled through from the production system - I am pulling it through to my testing and production box, but fails in both, where all other ECC systems are fine.
In the monitor there is a warning and the following is the details of the monitor:
Overall status: Missing Messages or warnings
   Requests (messages): Everything OK (green)       Data request arranged (green)
       Confirmed with: OK (green)
   Extraction (messages): Missing messages (yellow)
       Data request received (green)
       Data selection scheduled (green)
       Missing message: Number of sent records (yellow)
       Missing message: Selection completed (yellow)
   Transfer (IDocs and TRFC): Missing messages or warnings (yellow)
       Request IDoc: Application document posted (green)
       Info IDoc 1 : Application document posted (green)

Thanks, for the responses. The appropriate Idocs work fine with transaction BD87. I looked in SM58 earlier during the course of the day and there was no error, just checked again (8PM) and found some entries with error texts for BW background user - 6 errors within 10 seconds. Something to do with 'ERROR REQU... PG# IN 1' - do not have authorisation at this moment to check the specific requests, but not sure if the master data extractions would have caused these.
In the job log for the problematic jobs, only 1 IDoc get created, unlike the other succesful ones that have 3 IDocs (not sure if this means anything)

Output of a "report_attribute_error_message" in a sorted ALV does not work!

in my thread editable ALV - how to throw an error message for a specific line & field I figured out, that the output of a "report_attribute_error_message" in the ON_DATA_CHECK event of an editable ALV does not work, if sorting is active for a column.
Thanks to The specified item was not found. for reproducing this problem.
A similar problem exists, using an aggregation of a column. This will lead to a runtime exception.
I've found no fix in the OSS to this problem.
So is there a way to use sorting together with the output of a "report_attribute_error_message"
or if this is a bug, can/will this be fixed in the (near) future?

I have a Apple iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G with cellular data. last night what I did I have updated my iOS on 3G Cellular which it was asking from many days. But after the update I am not able to connect to internet and when I am inserting same(iPad) sim to my Apple iPhone its working fine and when I'm inserting my Apple iPhone SIM to my iPad is not working there, I have tried different sim which are working on other device but after the update its not working on my iPad. Though it showing full tower and I have checked all settings too, then also I am not able to connect to internet.
I have reset my network settings and iPad to factory setting then also I am not able to get the internet on my iPad.
before the update everything was awesome.
Please Please help me what shall I do and how to resolve this issue.

You are not talking to Apple on this forum. We are all users here. First thing it would try is to reboot your iPad.
Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the iPad restart. See if that fixes your problem.
If that doesn't help I'd contact Apple Support.

Go to today/date not working in agenda view

I have my calendar set to default to the agenda view when I open the Calendar. When it opens it automatically goes to Oct 31 which is the first entry in my calendar rather then the current date. I go to the menu and select Today and it still remains on Oct 31. I then go to the menu and select Go To Date and the current date defaults as the option, select OK and it still remains on Oct 31. I have to manuall scroll down the current date.
In the day, week, etc views the Today and Go To Date functions work fine. If I set my calendar to default to Day view or last or something else it opens on the correct or last day fine too.
Something is jacked with my Agenda view. HELP!!!
I even tried to delete events prior to the current date to see if this would make them go away and resolve my issue but when I select the Delete Prior and confirm the Delete nothing happens. All prior events are still there.

are you sure your Blackberry did not have Oct, 31 as the current date ?

Not able to fix connection not trusted problem, updating date not working, cert8.db file missing in moxilla firefox folder

I have been using firefox since several years. Few addwares like digicoupons, discountcoupons bothered me so I installed kasprosky lab anti virus and did scanning. I also made some settings in security settings of Mozilla firefox. but now I am not able to open any site with https address and also the display of webpage for youtube etc are not proper. I have downloaded and installed firefos at least 6 times but am not able to rectify the problem. The file cert8.db is not available in the folder as I triedtosearch it and delete it. The updation of system as well as internet date and time is also not working.
The error message is Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer
Pleaase advice, I have already tried troubleshooting as given in support link of Mozilla.

Kaspersky has a feature to filter your web connections. When filtering a secure connection, it needs to present a "fake" certificate to Firefox in order to decrypt and examine the content you are exchanging with the site. Naturally, Firefox does not consider fake certificate secure, so you need to set up Firefox to work with this feature.

Import tabular data not working with Word file

The File-->Import-->Tabular Data feature works fine
with a text file, but only puts in table tags
(<table></table>) when I use a Word file (same data
with same delimiter in both files).
Any idea what's going on?

You will not be able to use Import Tabular Data with a *.doc
file - how
would DW know what to import when you give it the entire

Some sort order functionality not working

I am noticing that after uploading to iCloud, many of my songs and albums no longer sort as specified. Sorting does work where I have specified last name first for artist, but it does not appear to work for other fields. For example, rather than have my many "Best of X" albums all sort under "B", in iTunes I have them sort under "X". (Ditto "Greatest Hits of Y" and so on). In the album lists on my iDevices, they are all back to sorting under "B." Nondefault Song Title sorting also does not survive uploading to iCloud.
This is more of a comment to Apple than to the community; it would be nice to fix this in a future update. Meanwhile, if anyone has any suggestions or workarounds, I'd appreciate hearing them.

I recently bought the album “The Bespoke Man’s Narrative” via the iTunes Store on my Mac. In iTunes, it sorts properly under B. In the iOS devices, via iTunes Match, it sorts under T. Updating the Album Sort info in iTunes has no effect. The only way I’ve found to solve it, is to change the album title. However, I have tens of other albums that start with "A" or "The" sort just fine via iTunes Match. I don’t understand why this new purchase is behaving differently.
