Speed Upgrade Advertised For $5 More Per Month Can't Get Any Answers
On Verizon's website is a speed upgrade to 75/75 for just $5 per month more. When I click on the button to order it it comes up as $10 per month more.On Verizon's Facebook page I posted this 3 times and each time my post was answered quickly and I was told they would look into it and get back to me. No one ever got back to me. The offer is on Verizon's website when I am logged in,

I can speak from experience on this as I ran into the same situation a couple months ago. A rep. even tried to get me the $5 offer to no success. He could only get it to reflect $10 more. He said something goes on with the system that causes these pricing errors (yet Verizon never fixes them). I was told to wait a week and check the offer again once the system gets updated. I waited a week, checked again and was able to get the offer. My suggestion is to do the same. Wait a week and check again or keep checking daily.

If you want to sync it to the iPad from that Mac, you need to upgrade it to at least 10.5.8.
If you want to copy the music to another Mac, you don't. Move the iTunes folder of the item in the Finder's sidebar over as you would any other folder. If you put it somewhere other than the Music folder, launch iTunes with the Option key held down and point it to that location.

Do any of you apple geniuses out there know how to retrieve the answers to your security questions or at least reset them? Apparently its to much for the support team. Can't get an answer out of them...

If all else fails:
Go to: Apple Express Lane;
Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
Then choose iTunes Store;
Then choose Account Management;
Press Continue;
Now choose iTunes Store Security and answer the bullet questions, then click Continue;
Sign in with your Apple ID and press Continue;
Under Contact Options fill out the information and advise iTunes that you would like your security/challenge questions reset;
Click Send.
You should get a response within 24 hours by email.
Presently there appears to be problems on Apple's end, so it may be quite some time before they respond.

Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
1) on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
2) Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select "done", in the upper right corner
3) sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the security questions.
4) At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

I'm on a Mac, and Lightroom comes up with "update available, download now", so I go to download it and find that actually it is a paid for upgrade. So I pay for it, and then have to wait days for Adobe to "confirm" the purchase. It the meanwhile the demo which downloaded itself is saying "trial period over" and said that immediately (i.e. no trial period). How do you get Adobe to respond? I can't get an answer?

I own CS 5 Design Premium. Reading the FAQs, it seems I am eligible to upgrade to CS 6 but I can't find the upgrade to purchase and download. I can't upgrade to CC because $49 per month is too much for me -- I don't use this product for work. The $29 offer seems reasonable but $49 is way too much. I don't need the majority of the programs included in CC, but subscribing to just three of them will cost way more. Really not sure what to do here :-(
Thanks Ned. I did find this page, however it isn't an upgrade. I have been purchasing Adobe products for years so that I could just pay the upgrade price for current products. With the current system, I would be paying much more than I would for an upgrade. For example, I have been using my version of CS for at least three years. The upgrade cost me $750 so that comes out to around $21 per month. I guess I have no options as far as upgrading except for paying for the overpriced CC. Oh well, time to start looking for alternatives. It was just so convenient to have the same programs at home that I use at work.

Why should I upgrade if it will cost $15 more per month?
I've got an iphone 4 with unlimited data, 450 min of talk, and a block of text messages for $75 per month plus tax. I never go over 450 min, usually use less than 300 MB of data, and send/receive less than 200 text messages per month.
When I look at the upgrade options to an iphone 5, the cheapest plan is $90 for 1GB of data and unlimited talk and text. Since I only have 1 phone, I would be paying $15 more per month and receive no useful benefits based on my use pattern.
Is that the best Verizon can do, or is there a better upgrade deal that would better fit my use pattern?The 450 plan is definitely still offered, but that 250 text plan isn't pretty sure it's only 1000 text plan, as the previous person stated it's just a really old plan, so that may need to be changed, along with the unlimited data obviously, so you should be looking at $5.01 more a month.
The 250 text plan may not fall off, I have a 1500 text plan and when I upgraded it didn't need to be changed. -

Then, go to the admin dashboard of your site and the launch the site live by paying for it or redeeming a free site.
Add domain to the site
Change name-servers at domain registrar

The photographers "special" of Lightroom and Photoshop includes little for videographers. You can rent Premier Pro for an additional $20 a month, buy Premier Elements or live with the limited video capability of Lightroom.
As most users of any recent camera have a video button, it disappoints me that Adobe can't somehow accommodate the amateurs with some sort of limited access to Premier in their "special" price program. -
