Why is the split window limited to the professional version of the plug-in only?
In Adobe Reader you can create a second view of the document with Window > New Window.

Missing Adobe Reader Plug-In for Chrome
Chrome Version: 26.0.1410
Operating System: Mac OSX 10.6.8
Extensions: None
When trying to open a PDF inside of Chrome, I receive an error to disable the Chrome default PDF view and use Adobe Reader instead.
Using this website: http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=142056, I disabled the Chrome PDF Viewer plug-in.
I then opened Adobe Reader and went to Preferences > Internet. There should be a check box for Web Browser Options. Instead, I see a web page link that instructs me to disable Adobe Reader plug-ins within Chrome.
But when I open the chrome://plugins, I do not have any for Adobe Reader.
How can I disable something that isn't there?Look for a plugin that supports PDF; Reader is an application, not a file format, so it may not be listed that way in the plugin list. If not, you may just have to download the PDFs and open them in Reader manually but you can try asking for help in the Chrome forums:

- A few weeks ago, we created an OEM plug-in with charts.
At the time, the charts appeared normally.
- But when I tried to reload the OEM plug-in, the charts did not appear on the homepage.
- Could someone please tell me how to troubleshoot missing charts?
For example, under which directory should the charts xml file appear?
And, which log file has the chart related log entries ?

JohnSupport does have a force undeploy tool you can use for the case of a decommissioned agent (as you've described). The basic functionality is to remove the deployment entries for the dead agent only from the MP deployment tables (mgmt_mp_deployments, mgmt_mp_deployment_errors, mgmt_mp_nls_substitutions - You'll need to find your MP_GUID from the mgmt_management_plugins table to do it). Of course, doing this manually is not recommended/supported/etc.... so be very careful.
Then you can undeploy from any other agents where it still exists and delete it from the Management Plug-ins page. In this case, the delete of all versions from the repository will enact the final undeploy from the repository and clean up the plug-in. -
The option "tell websites I do not want to be tracked" is missing from the Options Window/Advance/General/Browsing. How can I use and find the feature: I do no want to be tracked by websites? I am using Windows Vista, Firefox 8.0.1
That option has been moved to the Privacy tab in Options (first item).

DW CC 2014 Window--- Extensions--- Adobe Exchange Option Missing from Menu Toolbar
I discovered that this option is not listed in the menu though from reading Adobe Dreamweaver * Extensions it should be.
Then, I did a search and came up with Adobe Extension Manager CC at Adobe - Exchange : Download the Adobe Extension Manager.
So. I thought maybe I had to install the Adobe Extension Manager CC and the option would then appear under the Window menu items listed.
I successfully performed the install of Adobe Extension Manager cc then started DW CC 2014..
The option did not appear.
Now, I suspect I can use Adobe Extension Manager CC just fine (assuming here) but I would prefer to manage extensions as advertised in Adobe Dreamweaver * Extensions.
Can anyone give me some guidance?

JerryFor anyone else with this problem it is a pain but, yes Arpit is correct. Uninstall Photoshop CC 2014.1, go to the Adobe site and sign in, go to Apps, download Photoshop CC 2014 again and install. It should open as 2014.2. Then you can see Windows>Libraries
I'm not sure why my system repeatedly would not see there was an update to Photoshop. That seems like a bug to me for a subscription based service. Wonder what else I might be missing out on?
Now I hope my Libraries content (which shows up in Photoshop) will now start showing up in the cloud online. It is missing. Ugh.

Dear Apple. I have just installed Windows 7 64-bit full version Home Premium using Bootcamp and cannot get access to the internet. I installed on a Macbook Air Mid 2012 with Mountain Lion. Are there some drivers that are missing from the Windows 7 bootcamp install download from Apple
It is a Total Misconception that the Support files are installed when you are installing Windows, even if the USB drive that holds them is inserted in the system when doing the Windows install.
You must always Run the Setup.exe files from the support files or run the drivers individually once Windows has finished installing and booted to the desktop.
Also you really need to run the Boot Camp Control Panel Applet and check for updates as not all the newest drivers for full function of all the hardware is included with the original support download. That download is basically a generic version to get the system working and without doing the updates not everything will work properly. -
After using iTunes for years I suddenly am prevented from opening it. I get the following message: "The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
Upon trying to reinstate I am thwarted with this: "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows Error 126)

Safari is giving me a missing plug in message when I try to view things like movie trailers. The trailers play on Firefox, so I'm not sure what's missing from Safari. I have Safari 5.0.6 and Mac OS X 10.5.8.
I just noticed that it won't play some newsite videos anymore either. What plug in do I need to update (if that's the problem)?

I too cannot download latest itunes version. Apple needs to respond and fix what is certainly a software defect. Am seeing all of the same error messages including MSCVR80.dll is missing from computer. For Windows 7 a "Error 7 (Windows errror 126) appears. How do you get Apples's attention. It is impossible to link up with real support from their website?
Remove old Apple programs, and use Explorer web-browser. (Firefox or Chrome will not do)

yesterday I updated logic pro, I have just discovered that my IK Multimedia ARC system has disappeared from the plug in drop down window, can anyone advise how I can get it back. It seems that old logic files where it was previously loaded still have the plug in live, but on a new project file it simply isn't there to select and activate.
Not sure about your issue. What did you update from and to? Is ARC still in the plugins/components folder?
I'm an ARC user too. I have it plugged in to Audio Hijack Pro which is set to hijack audio from Logic. This way ARC is after logic and you don't have to remember to bypass the plugin before you bounce. -
Get message that Itunes can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer - try reinstalling.
When I reinstall I get Itunes is not installed correctly - plse reinstall - Error 7 (Windows error 126)Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

Beauty Box plug-in missing from project
I have been using Digital Anarchy's Beauty Box plug-in on my home PC rig to edit a project. I have been having huge compatibility issues between my video cards and the plug-in (frequent crashes and color shifting during render).
In desperation, I have copied my project to a portable hard drive.
At my day job, I have a Mac Pro running 10.8.5. I have successfully transferred this project back and forth between the two computers in the past, so I figured it would not be an issue today. I re-installed Beauty Box (the Mac was wiped clean since the last time I edited the project on this exact Mac), opened PPCC2014 and opened my project.
Beauty Box is missing from all the clips, though it shows up in the PP effects tab as a plug-in I can use.
Anybody have any idea what I am doing wrong here?Here's some more detail for clarity - the plug-in is installed in the folders it needs to be in, PP reports it as loading during the splash screen. But when I open the project, select a clip from the timeline and open the effects editor tab, the plug in does not appear as already on the clip, which it is on my home system.
I have already tried the fixes found here:

Step one does not apply since there is no "deactivate" option under the menu as listed in the instructions.
Step two did not solve the problem.
Step three: I am unwilling to uninstall and reinstall PP at this time.
Additionally, Adobe states:
When you open a project with references to missing effects, Premiere Pro does the following:
tells you which effects are missing
marks the effects as offline
performs any rendering without the effects
This is not happening, either. The effect is missing from the clips as soon as I open the project.
SOAPBOX:
I am becoming very frustrated with PP and am considering moving my project over to Avid to finish it. I also report all my difficulties to the head of post where I work. We have been on FCP7 but are preparing to change. Based on these issues, I would recommend switching to Avid rather than PP. Avid is more difficult and less functional, but in my experience it is less problematic than PP at this point. -

Windows 7 Policy missing from Group Policy Management
Hey all,
I have 2 SBS 2008 clients that have Windows 7 Policy missing from Group Policy Management. I noticed that they have XP, Vista, and 8, but not 7.
I came across this when I started to deploy some new support software. I deployed my package, the XP, Vista, and 8 policies as well as the "Windows SBS Client Policy" and workstation, but Win 7 workstations do not get the software package
and this is at both sites.
I personally have SBS008 have tested this and same issue, XP, Vista, 8, 8.1, even my 10 get the software, but my Windows 7 does not.
Do you have any ideas? I have attached a screenshot so you can see what I am talking about.Hi,

I am having an issue with syncing my photos on my iOS devices running iOS 7.1.2, the two being an iPhone 4s and iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G.
When I sync photos, I keep on having photos turn up missing from entire albums. I have tried everything I can to resolve this issue from the support article titled <a href="http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3697">iTunes: Unable to sync photos</a>, and nothing has successfully worked in any kind of permanent form. I have even gone so far as to sync albums individually with a limit of around 400-500 total photos per sync, (give or take), and tried using what very little options I have on the photos tab for my devices in iTunes to essentially trick the devices to sync the missing photos. Despite this, iTunes still fails to sync newly added photos from the source location.
I have even made the attempt of re-installing iOS 7 on both devices, and restoring from backup. Again with no avail.
My best guess for my iPhone is that as it is a 16 GB, not all of 15.6 GB of photos will sync to the device, (go figure), but that doesn't explain why recent photos aren't added OR why my iPad 2 of 64 GB has missing photos.
As of this post, I have an estimated 38,940 files, spread across 1,703 folders, (a large amount of folders being in some of the folders; from my knowledge never being more than two folders in). They are all in one dedicated folder on a hard drive I've dedicated to iTunes and music related files, (for the sake of AVOIDING this kind of nonsense, I might add).
As for the system OS and iTunes, I am running Windows 7 64 bit, and I am using iTunes 11.2.2.3, but will have updated to iTunes 11.3 by the time anyone responds.I have the exact same problem.
Same kind of photos/videos taken with the same camera randomly sync.
Did 11.3 fix this issue?
