SRM PO Output log table name
Hi,
We are using extended classic scenario. PO is created in SRM. When SRM PO is created, email is sent to supplier. I wanted to know the name of SRM PO output log.
Regards,
Satish Aralkar
Hi Satish,
If you want to see the Output sent from SRM you can check the transaction SOST.
OR
if you want to check the triggered output for PO:
You can use transaction BBP_PPF to see the output logs
Enter the following values for PO log:
1.Action definition = 'STANDARD_PO'
2. Application Key = Enter PO Number
You can remove any value in time Frame.
Click on Start .You will see all the triggered output's for PO.
You can access this in Web GUI (ITS) with trasaction link 'Issue Purchase Order'
If you want to see the Output sent from SRM you can check the transaction SOST.

the table PPFTTRIGG holds all actions for different application objects that are to be executed later (status unprocessed) or have been executed (status processed successfully/with error). The first guig just identifies the action object itself
OS_GUID identifies action object
The second set refers to the application object, this action belongs to. The application object is defined by its key. As the application object is a persistent object, it can also be defined by its class name and a unique id:
APPLKEY semantic key of application object
APPL_OID unique id
APPL_CLS id of persistent class of application object
Each action has a processing object (medium), which is again identified by its id and class:
MEDIUM_OID id of processing object
MEDIUM_CLS persistent class of processing object
If you want to translate class ids into real class names, please have a look at tabe SEOCLASS.

Error log table and output type
Hi All,
While creating an invoice(while saving billing document) is it poosible to capture the error in a log in table?
And how is this error log table related to the output type?
ThanksYou seem to be confusing saving of the billing document with creation of the output. These are two independent updates (LUWs). A document may be saved without any output.
If there are any errors in the billing document creation, the document just won't be created. Such errors should be captured in the log of the Blling Due list, if it's been run properly.
To update the processing log for the output, use FM NAST_PROTOCOL_UPDATE. -
Error Messages in NW Log: Unable to run query / Enter table name
Hi all,
I am always wondering about the tons of error messages in the NW log.
Today I opened the workbench and a query (SQL-Query, Mode Fixed Query) and viewed the Fixed Query Details. Then I looked into the NW Log (SAP Logs), and it contained the following errors from my query opening inside the workbench:
com.sap.xmii.Illuminator.logging.LHException:
com.sap.xmii.Illuminator.logging.LHException:
com.sap.xmii.Illuminator.logging.LHException:
Enter a table name
Unable to run the query
All in all 15 error entries have been generated. Unfortunately no more details are contained in the log.
Has anyone an idea why this happens when only opening a query inside the workbench without starting it?
MichaelDo you get similar errors when running a ColumnList query without providing a Table name (with the Group parameter)?
/XMII/Illuminator?Server=XXXXX&Mode=ColumnList
/XMII/Illuminator?Server=XXXXX&Mode=ColumnList&Group=TABLENAME
Just a guess, but perhaps the WB is trying to fill the lower left listbox of available columns without the benefit of a table name being selected from the upper left listbox of available tables.

Hello Experts,
My XML output from XI looks like:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
- <ns0:MT_UPDATE_STATUS xmlns:ns0="http://test.test.ca">
- <STATEMENTNAME>
- <dbTableName action="UPDATE">
<TABLE>stfx.job_copy</TABLE>
- <access>
<status1>DONE</status1>
<status2>DONE</status2>
</access>
- <key>
<jobId>00595593</jobId>
<status1>NEW</status1>
<messagenm>d3e98e294bfcd2d5d3e98e29</messagenm>
</key>
</dbTableName>
</STATEMENTNAME>
</ns0:MT_UPDATE_STATUS>
However, I need to change the table name being output from stfx.job_copy to stfx.job_history . How do I do this??? Where is it configured?
Thanks
nullHi Ahmad,
That worked - although I see what you mean. It shouldn't be left like this.
Back to the original problem. I currently have XML being generated as follows:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
- <ns0:MT_UPDATE_STATUS xmlns:ns0="http://test.test.ca">
- <STATEMENTNAME>
- <dbTableName action="UPDATE">
<TABLE>stfx.job_copy</TABLE>
- <access>
<status1>DONE</status1>
<status2>DONE</status2>
</access>
- <key>
<jobId>00595593</jobId>
<status1>NEW</status1>
<messagenm>d3e98e294bfcd2d5d3e98e29</messagenm>
</key>
</dbTableName>
</STATEMENTNAME>
</ns0:MT_UPDATE_STATUS>
I need to change stfx.job_copy to stfx.job_history. Now that I am able to edit the IR, I still don't see where stfx.job_copy is hard-coded. I know it is in message mapping, but when I click on TABLE, I do not see anywhere to change stfx.job_copy. Any ideas?

your question is very unclear and does not relate to performance.
SRM uses webdynpro ABAP so the recommendation will not help.
Do you need a technical UI element?
Or the application table where the business data of an UI is stored???
If it is the later, then you can use the SQL trace, change to element you are interested in, and trace it. The table should appear in the trace in connection which an UPDATE command. Still a bit cimbersome.
