Status F in RSPROCESS

Hi all,
the log of the BI_PROCESS_TRIGGER looks like
- Job started
- Step 001 started
- Status F hal already been reported to instance....
- Job finished
In the log of the Processchain in the rspc there is no log for this job.
What tells me 'Status F has already been reported to instance...'
Can anyone give me an explanation to that and tell me what I can do to solve
the problem.

BI_PROCESS_TRIGGER is the trigger Job.........this Job gives trigger to the chain.........If u right click on the Start Process >> right click>> Display Message >> Backg Tab >> Batch Monitor.............there u will find this Job..........In the log of the Processchain in the rspc u will not fing log for any JOb.......RSPC is for Process chain..........u can see the log of a JOb in SM37.......and in a chain ......as I hav already mentioned......

    Hi All,
    I am facing an error in the process chain in PRD.
    Error message: This AND process is not waiting for event RSPROCESS.
    We had a process chain which had two sub chains which run parallel and below of this we had AND process type and below of the AND process we had 4 more jobs.
    Once the two subchains got successfully loaded, the and process should turn to green and further 4 jobs should start.
    It is a daily load , it worked fine from past years,but suddenly the AND processtype is getting failed.The thing is in the two subchains if one got completed, the AND process process is not waiting for 2nd subchain to get completed.The AND process is turning to RED (status: cancelled) . I tried to repeat the AND process once after above 2 subchains loaded, but it didnt worked.
    And i removed the existing AND process and created a new one and placed it in same place and activated and schedules again.but still it is getting failed with same error.

    Hi,
    If you did any transports related to that metachain we face similar kind of issues.
    not only the AND process , we need to remove all the process before executing the AND process and create it again.
    It helps you, you said your in production So you should take the proper approvals and do it.

  • Process Chain Master Data Failed.Showing Entire chain has status R

    Hi,
    Everyday SDMasterChain is running successfully.
    Today one of the localChain or subchain  has failed.
    I have noticed that it has failed because last delta for one infoPackage has not yet completed and chain showing status "Entire chain now has status 'R'"
    Can anybody resolve the issue?

    There are times when Master Data load compel us to do Re-Init. I guess you need a Re-Init.

  • Process Chain - Status Green but log says "Termination of chain "

    One of the Steps in a Sub Chain of the Meta Chain shows the log as follows:

    and the Step has changed to Green. So we normally assume that it has executed succesfully. Recently, there came this data issue. This step loads Open Sales Order data from a Cube to APO DP Planning area. Now few Open Sales Order Qty for a material are missing in planning area.
    Does this step in the Process chain has executed Succefully or as the log says is it terminated? Though the step changes to green , were all the materials not loaded into planning area?
    Please advice and suggest.

    This log shows that chain has been successfully terminated. This is a common log
    The missing of Open Sales Order Qty for a material  may be due to other reason .
    Try to get into more details for which Orders this has happened and check in the source system.

  • CHAIN: custom process type: EVENT: complex status: bad planned jobs

    Hi experts,
    I've implemented a custom process type (in RSPC/Settings/MaintainProcess) called ZWX_COND.
    The main properties of ZWX_COND are: "ZCL_RSPC_DECISION" as ObjectTypeName, "00 ABAP Class" as ObjectType and "(Scheduled) processs ends with complex status" as PossibleEvents.
    Class ZCL_RSPC_DECISION is a copy of the standar one CL_RSPC_DECISION. I've only made the necessary changes in methods GET_EVENTS and GET_EVENT (I only need two events) and EXECUTE (to choose one of the two events depending on a customized table).
    I've made a main process chain with that new type (a decision step). I've connected that step with the process chain "A" for case ‘01’ and with the process chain "B" for case ‘02’. I've verified the main process chain and all is correct.
    Once I've activated and planned the main process chain, un unknown job BI_PROCESS_CHAIN appears. In addition, although the decision step ends correctly (green color) and the event RSPROCESS with parameter XXXX_02 is triggered (it's correct, since it's indicated in that way in the customized table), process chain "B" doesn't start. In fact, neither process chain "A" nor process chain "B" starts. Both process chains remain in yellow color, but the corresponding jobs are not activated or finished, they are just released.
    I see that the start condition (event parameter) for the planned jobs corresponding to process chains "A" and "B" is incorrect, since it is XXXX in both cases. I think the condition must be XXXX_01 for process chain "A" and XXXX_02 for process chain "B".
    I'd like to implement this process type because I want the process to end with a green status. If I use a custom process type with events "succesfull" or "incorrect", I can make the decision and the chain process works, but the process chain ends with red status when the event triggered is the "incorrect" one.
    Please, could somebody help me? I don't know if it's a program error or I'm implementing it in the wrong way.

  • Any ideas for a status or "at a glance" splash screen / presentation?

    This is an idea I've been tossing around and wanted to know if there was something easy out there that would accomplish this...
    I'd like to mount a monitor in one of our common areas for the management team and have it display current statuses of some of our IT features/services and maybe quick bits on what we are currently working on, major issues, etc... 
    I've seen some company lobbies with similar setups that display company-wide information, weather, etc.. so I know the capability is out there but I don't know squat regarding what that would entail. The easier, the better, naturally... as I don't want this to turn into an entire job position updating it, haha. But something that I could hopefully remotely update would be nice.
    Any ideas? Thanks!

  • Purchase order status open

    Hi Experts,
    Due to some other reasons we tried clear GR/IR clearing a/c. i will explain clearly.
    We have some purchase orders pertaining to 2006 year. we have not done MIGO and we did MIRO, So that we could not able to clear GR/IR A/C. SO, we have posted manual entry with fb50 same as MIGO posting then we cleared both documents with f-03 its done every thing was fine now But if we see purchase order report status showing OPEN
    How to change the status please some one let me know.this is high priority issue.

    First make sure that you will not receive goods against your PO..Then go to me22n and delete the item in your PO.
    This will resolve your issue.

    On delivery of materials from projects, sale order status remain open. Request you to look into the matter & suggest about status change of sale order after delivery / billing.

  • Dunning Status Report

    Report should be pulling information from dispute management.  Report should pull all active dispute cases by company code (Company Code and Name should be at the top of the report).  Report should show dispute case ID, case status, customer ID, customer name, invoice number (Invoice reference), Invoice date, currency, total currency amount, days overdue, last dunned date, all dispute notes for the case with the dates included, and person responsible (from dispute case).
    Please help me what are the tables i have to use in this.

    Hi,
    Check the table entries for the excise invoice. First check the Part II entry correctly made in J_1IPART2 table. And also check the status of the Excise Invoice in tables J_1IEXCDTL, J_1IEXCHDR, J_1IGRXREF is posted or not (P).
    If there status P is missing after Part II posting you have to make it as 'P'.

  • Check The Job Status

    My requirement is as below.
    I will loop through an internal table and create some files with background processing method.(JOB_OPEN,SUBMIT & JOB_CLOSE)
    Now once this job is triggered I need to check the status for that job after maximum 10 mins. Its not neccessary that each job will take 10 mins. only,It can be finished in 2 mins also.
    Once the job is finished then I will XCOM that file.
    So my question is how to code such timer which will check the job status for that job? I have a FM BP_JOB_READ which returns the job status.

  • How do I turn off and on the icon size slider bar at the lower right status bar of a folder window.

    I have been trying for days to help a friend with a new iMac to turn on the icon size slider bar that on my iMac appears at the bottom of ever folder when it is open when in the "view" > "icon" mode.  I cannot find anything that discusses this slider bar.  I can turn this status bar off and on on both my machine and my friends machine, but I cannot turn off or on the slider on either machine. 

    This did not help.  I am a Mac User since 1984 and generally I am never stymied buy the Mac OS, but this one has me.   I can open and close the lower status bar, as you described, and that works fine for me because I have the icon slider bar already there and it works fine; however when I open the lower status bar on my friends machine there is no icon size slider bar, and I can't seem to find out how to get it there, as it is on my machine or at all. The icon size can be controlled from the View menu, but as a photographer, it is really handy to have it at the bottom of the folder window.  Thanks for trying.
