Status message shows  " Error in Process" in SRM

Hi,
At the time of Confirmation, status message shows  " Error in Process " in SRM.
So please suggest the solution & the possible cause for the Error.

Pl goto RZ20, SAP Enterprise Buyer monitor--confirmation and open the alerts.
All error logs have to be there. How will you analyse otherwise as to what went wrong?
Have you done the partner profile settings for confirmation? Defined ports in SRM? Are you on classic/extended classic?

  • PO - Error in process at SRM

    SRM 5.0
    Extended Classic Scenario
    CCM 2.0
    The PO is  " Error in process "  at SRM.
    When see in TC RZ20 - getting the below error message:-
    PO 70000XXXXX: No instance of object type PurchaseOrder has been created. External reference:
    PurchOrder 70000XXXXX: Purchase order still contains faulty items
    PurchOrder 70000XXXXX: Net price must be greater than 0
    PurchOrder 70000XXXXX: Transfer failed
    when check via Function Module  BBP_PD_PO_CHECK.... No error comes.
    Even after executing FM - BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC ....same error comes in the RZ20
    Can any one advice ?

    I would like to inform you that its a Development server and just one n a half month back it was working perfectly fine.
    Suddenly it started giving the problem although the Last PO which was approved and posted to backend was on 27.10.2010 ( i.e. In the month of October2010) successfully.
    I am supprised like how come there is a need of applying SAP note on this since it was working perfectly fine one and half month before .
    Well we have craeted SC and PO craeted successfully till 27th October 2010 , after that we have tried now in the month of dec its giving the Error in Process PO .
    Well we have found the below notes :-
    Seems to some OSS Note is missing in either you R/3 backend or the SRM system ->
    Note 841021 - Manual price entered disappears - error 06 218
    Note 932236 - BAPI_PO_CREATE1: Purchase order price unit not transferred
    Note 580225 - Purchasing BAPIs: Conditions and pricing
    Note 853970 - BAPI_PO_CREATE1: Net price is not transferred
    Note 571860 - BAPI_PO_CREATE1: Price is not transferred
    Note 487605 - ME21N: 06 218 'Net price must be greater than 0'.
    Can you please advice which one you were taking about ?
    Or is there any other way apart from applying SAP notes ?

    Hi Experts,
    Can anyone tell me hwo to resolve this problem?
    This is classic scenario, version 4.0
    The user has raised a shopping cart without assigning vendor to it, so it has gone error in process as we dont have the Purchase requistion scenario.
    I have now assigned a vendor in the shopping cart by going to the sources of supply tab and giving my vendor in the preferred vendor and then ordered the shopping cart still I the approval and follow on documents are in errors and not able to generate an order
    Please suggets some FM  or some solution thru which I  can generate an order, I have used the following but not able to generate an order .
    I tried by BBP_PD_SC_RESUBMIT   -FM
    BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER -  FM.
    BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_INTERNAL.
    but the problem is not yet resolved.
    Please suggest.

    Thanks for your reply
    I m sorry there is no error related to this particular, as I could replicate the same secanrio in Test system.
    Actually we had maintained the PR number ranges in the SRM system and not maintained in the SAP R/3 system, so if at all any data is incomplete it should create a PR, but as the number ranges are not available in R/3, so it throws an error for the same.
    All the rest UOM and other factors are ok.
    Only when I m try to resubmit it it is not changing the approval status or follow on document history.
    Can please suggest on this !!!

  • I paid for I Match, while downloading an error message shows: error 9810 ?????

    What can i do? I purchased the I Match and while step 1 of checking library, an error message shows "Unknown Error 9810, please ty again". I have done this several tries and still thesame problem. What do I need to do?

    This error has been reported here before, and seems to be to do with the network/internet. I'd recommend doing a search, or checking out some of the threads listed to the right of this screen.

    I m sorry , I have already tried that actually, but didnt not work. Actually the shopping cart is already approved  for that I have made changes and re-submitted .
    the workflow is WS14000133, and N-step approval with Badi implementation.
    so i think this is not allowing me to change.

  • Blackberry App World error message "An error occurred processing your request"

    Since upgrading my Blackberry Q10 to version 10.2.1.2156
    I cannot download anything from BB App world, when ever i press download it keeps on coming up "An error occurred processing your request"
    I Have tried to restore tne device , Hard/soft resets, Refreshing app world, restoring payment information, nothing seems to work, can anybody help me out please.
    I Wanted to try and delete app world from my BB but it does not seem to be a way to do that.

    Can anyone solve this problem.Its urgent for me.
    My scenario is IDoc->XI->FILE
    The file i am trying to generate is an xml file which i am dropping in XI application server using File system.
    The problem is when i am going to see the message using transaction SXMB_MONI the perticular message interface is showing waiting for acknowladgement status .
    But in message monitoring in runtime workbench the it is showing following status:

    is ur mesage ie sxmb_moni in red staus or scheduled status...??
    if in scheduled cud be errors with queues ...delete ur queues with tcodes : smq1 and smq2...
    and also hopefully u must have configured ur idoc correctly..

  • Synchronous Send step showing errors in process designer

    Hi All,
    I have few questions in using a synchronous send step in
    BPM.
    Can I use a synchronous send step without opening Sync/async bridge.
    When is the sync/async bridge opened?
    Scenario:
    File async --> XI (receive async) --> sync send step to J2ee application (HTTP post) --> async response send to File
    Sync Abstract Interface:
    Input:
      Message type (same as outbound)
    Response:
    Message type (same as Http response)
    When I use the synchronous step, I see errors in the process designer saying
    Message to be sent and synchronous interface are not of the same type.  This happens for both request and response message.
    Please help me.

    I think the Problem is with the INTERFACE Determination.
    You need a BPM for the above scenario, but not a Sync/Asynch Brindge
    In BPM
    Step 1 : Receive from File 1
    Step 2 : Do Transformation from File1 format to J2EE Request Format
    Step 3 :  Send a Synchronous send Step to J2EE
    Step 4 :  Transform the HTTP response to your File2 Format Response
    Step 5 :   Send the Response to File2
    Interface Determination
    File1 to j2ee Request
    J2ee Request/Response To  J2EE Request/Response
    J2ee Response to file 2
    Please check your Interface determination very closely.

  • How to clear status "Error in process"?

    Hi All,
    I need help to clear the status of my invoice in SRM. The invoice status is "error in process". We checked in backend and reprocessed the IDOC through WE19 instead of BD87 and the invoices are posted now in backend. But the status of the invoices still shows "error in process" in SRM. I do understand that we should not use WE19 and should have processed it through BD87.
    I checked in SRM and the enteries exists in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB table for these invoices, just tried to run CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 but no help.

    An IDoc BBPIV is sent if an invoice is released in the BBP system.In the invoice the statuses I1022 "Release granted" and I1017 "In transfer" are set.In addition, for the background job (see below) an entry is written to table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB.
    Unless I1017 is not set again to inactive, all previous operations are not allowed (in particular all changes to the invoice), that is, they are stopped by the program. The sending of the IDOC is checked by the background job CLEAN_REQREQ_UP. The report reads the BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB and makes a RFC (remote function call) per META_GOODSMVT_UPDATECHECK to check the posting of inbound IDocs.If the IDoc is posted successfully (status 53), the BBP invoice receives status I1018 "Transferred to backend".In addition, the entry is deleted in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB.
    If the IDoc is posted incorrectly (status 51, no follow-on document), the status of the invoice is set to I1019 "Transfer failed".The entry in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB remains as is, that is, the status of the IDOCs in the backend system is still checked by the background job.The sending of the IDOC is checked by the background job CLEAN_REQREQ_UP.If the IDoc has not (yet) arrived in the backend system, the entry also remains as is.
    Status I1018 allows to reverse the invoice in the future. In case of status I1019, a deletion is (again) possible.
    The following must be considered when processing an incorrect IDoc in the backend system:
    a) Further process the same IDoc (BD87), instead of copying and correct the IDoc with Transaction WE19 since in the latter case, the background job cannot find the (copied) IDoc and the invoice posted from that. In this case the BBP invoice would remain endlessly in status "incorrect", the entry in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB would never be deleted and the background job would always make the RFC at every run.In addition the BBP invoice would never receive the status "paid" (see below).
    b) If the IDoc cannot be corrected or the error in the backend system cannot be solved, the IDoc remains in status "incorrect".In this case the BBP invoice should be deleted and the entry in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB should be deleted manually or with a self-written report.
    Additional information: As of EBP Release 4.0 or after the implementation of Note 601470 or the import of the relevant Support Package, the entry in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB is deleted by the program (during the deletion of the invoice). Then the manual deletion is no longer required.
    The following section does not correspondingly apply to the confirmation, but only applies to the invoice.
    Status I1020 "paid" is set in the invoice by using the second background job BBP_IV_UPDATE_PAYMENT_STATUS to check the payment status of the follow-on invoice in the FI backend system for all invoices from the selection area.This only occurs for BBP invoices with status I1018 "Transfer to backend". To read the FI documents, META_FI_DOCUMENT_READ_40B is used.

  • PO is getting created but showing error is address with status of IDoc - 51

    Hi Experts,
    I am using IDoc type  - PORDCR103
    Process code - copy of  IDOC_INPUT_PORDCR1 (Function Module)
    After processing through WE19 it is generating an IDoc number with status - 51 showing error in Address , But it is creating a PO.
    My requirement is In status -51 It should not create PO.
    Inside IDOC_INPUT_PORDCR1 a Bapi  'BAPI_PO_CREATE1' is used for creating PO. Here In RETURN parameter of BAPI a Row is comming with Message type - E.  Some other messages are also there of type 'S' and 'W'.
    After processing ,  PO is getting created with staus - 51.
    Please help me .

    Hi,
    in ur code ur filling the idoc data rcord, control record ryt ..before u append data to idoc data , u r also validating and u might be doing in loop for appening the idoc data.
    if there is any error in idoc then it won't distribute the data, it will be in error status only..u can only see the data in WE02. Then u can also change the data in WE02 and redistirbute it via BD87.

  • Confirmation  - error in process - idoc status 29

    HI ,
    i got one new problem today.
    This is one of the case when one user createsconfirmation of the Purchase order and then Confirmation status goes to error in process. i check in RZ20 and found error in Idoc which is generated from that confirmation,When i check the status record it says error in ALE.status 29. Only an inactive partner profile was found with the following key and this is my PRDCLNT100 (production system address).
    I can see that all other confiramtions are getting posted but having an issue with one confirmation.
    2ndly how i can delte error in process Confirmation . So that we can create new confirmation , or is there any other way to get my present confirmation status to Posted.

    Regarding working on the faulty IDOC
    In WE19 check what Function module will be used to post the data, you can see it when you go to 'standard inbound'. Then you can debug it when you click to the button 'inbound function module', here enter the function module and click 'call in debugging mode' and 'in foreground', then press the button 'enter'. Now you are in the debugger and can check why the error occurs and what should be filled.                                 
    If you know the error number set watchpoint at sy-msgno = *** or just set breakpoint at statement message.
    If this is only happening for one confirmation, the standard approach to delete this is the following.
    Issue:
    The corresponding IDOC for the confirmation document has not been processed successfully and ended with error in the backend.
    Solution:             
    Because of this there is entry left in the table bbp_document_tab,              
    which is not allowing to cancell the confirmation document.                                                                               
    Please find the attached note 338985, which contains the procedure to           
    to delete entries from table bbp_document_tab.

    I wanted to recreate this status in GOA "ERROR IN PROCESS" can you suggest some trick to create a GOA with ERROR IN PROCESS
    in the change version.

    Hi KT,
    You must have used a varialble while designing the query and you must be knowing which type it is.
    To be more precise pattern selection is supported for selopt (selection option variables only).
    Please note down that the "Contain Pattern" is not supported for the following variable types:
    1) Single value variable
    2) Multiple values variable
    3) Range Value Variable
    This feature is only supported by variable type 'Selection option'.
