Status profile not allowed for object type

hi
i had created a status profile (for having 2 statuses before production order release) and assigned in the order type.
but while creating the production order i receive the following error.
Message no - CO622
status profile not allowed for object type
please provide your inputs
regards
Ramesh

Ramesh,
once you cerate a Status profile in BS02 and add status to the same. in the tollbar you will see OBJECT TYPE push button, select teh obejcts like PP/PM order header / operation /comepeoent and PRT ect where that staus can be applied.
Then assign the statsu profile to order type.

  • Method 'PROCESS' is not defined for object type 'BUS2081'

    Hi All,
    I am using a workflow for incoming invoice approval using WS20001004. I prepared one version for this. The standard business methos bus2081 i delegated to zbus2081. Here i placed one decision step for reject or approve. In the same task in inbox i can see the document i can see as attachment. Now the issue is after seeing the attachment when i click on task in  my inbox it status is changed to red and i can  not process it further.In log i can see the error like Method 'PROCESS' is not defined for object type 'BUS2081'. This method i do not have in standard or in delegated one. I was struck here. Pleas help in this.
    Regards,
    Madhu.

    Hi,
    "Here i placed one decision step for reject or approve." if your workitem is based on standard user decision step type of workflow, then the business object in underlying task should be 'DECISION' and method should be 'PROCESS'. I think in the task you have put your custom business object instead of business object 'DECISION'. This could be the reason you are facing error.

    Hi,
    Since you are saying that the object worked fine in DEV and giving problem in Quality I feel that some sort of Your Dev work was not properly included in the Transport Request and was not gone to Quality server.
    Something like EVENT activation, release status etc were not gone to Quality
    check them.

  • Set type COMM_PR_UNIT is not allowed for product type

    Hello all, I am working in SRM 7.0 and when I try to replicate service master (DNL_CUST_SRVMAS) I have this error:
    Set type COMM_PR_UNIT is not allowed for product type
    What can I do? I think that is an ABAP problem
    Thanks in advance

    Rosa,
    This note is something different and nothing to do with the issue. Can you share how did you resolve the DNL_CUST_SRVMAS issue? We are also getting same error.

  • Value 'defaultNs:AddBP2Type' is not allowed for attribute 'type'

    Hi All,
    I created the wsdl for mobile and I tried to send a SOAP request from Altova XMLSpy. However when I geive the wsdl in 'wsdl file location' I receive the following.
    File http://127.0.0.1:8080/B1iXcellerator/exec/dummy/com.sap.b1i.vplatform.scenarios.setup/vPac.sap.B1Mobile/001sap0003_sap.B1Mobile.wsdl is not valid.
    Invalid XML schema: 'Value 'defaultNs:AddBP2Type' is not allowed for attribute 'type'.'
      Error location: wsdl:definitions / wsdl:types / xs:schema / xs:element / @type
    Any Idea?
    Vangelis

    Hi,
      it seems that Altove did not cope with defaultNs prefix that is used for marking default namespace.
       just look up in your <xs:schema > tag what namespace prefix is used for your namespace - you shall find there something like this
    <xs:schema xmlns:ns0="your.namespace.com" xmlns:xs="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" elementFormDefault="qualified"
    and replace prefix defaultNs with prefix of your namespace (in example above it would be ns0)
    There might be several usages of defalutNs iside of WSDL (at least in my case were two) so replace it everywhere using same approach
    Best regards, Artem

  • SAP MM Rounding Profile not allowed for plant in sales org data 1-Quantity stipulation

    Hi
         I have created rounding profile in OWD1 for a particular plant  and it is showing IN material master MRP DATA1 area. But when i am trying to assign in sales :sales org1 data under quantity stipulation area there is no profile  . Is there any specific plant assignment for sales area data?
    Kindly guide me.
    Ganesh

    Hi,
       The material master sales data 1 is not plant specific generally. You may create a rounding profile in OWD1 without plant and then the same will be visible in the F4 list in sales data 1. If the rounding profile is plant specific,  you have to maintain the delivering plant in material master - sales data 1.

  • Method not defined for object

    Hello,
    When I look into one of the standard tasks in my wf, this message appears:
    "Method 'POPUPCONTABLE' is not defined for object type 'ZBUS2081'"
    This problem happens in Test (Quality - QAS) environment, but not in Development (DEV). So I have activated and generated the object type in DEV and then generated again the whole wf, and included it all into a transport request.
    After the requests were released and imported in QAS these modifications apparently did not take place, and the method is still unrecognized for that object.
    How could I make sure that this change will be included in the requests? And, is this approach right (activating the object type)?
    Appreciate your suggestions,
    Best regards,
    Ivson
    Note: There are other/similar methods in that object type, in the same wf, that work ok.

    Hi Ivson,
    The transport system can be a bit flaky, though to be fair it can get quite complex. What it tries to do in the case of interdependent objects is to attempt activation of one thing, then reactivate the other and go back and reactivate any failed ones.
    There are a few notes on OSS regarding transports and you'll see a few recommendations to simply retransport things if they failed. One way to minimize problems is to transport objects and code first, then workflows, then customizing.
    As to delegation, you said 'other attributes work' so I assumed you'd delegated. What you should be doing is creating a delegation from BUS2081 to ZBUS2081. This is effectively the reverse of inheritance and makes all your additional components in the Z-object available as part of the BUS...-obj. In your workflows you should then ONLY work with BUS2081.
    Cheers,
    Mike

  • Partitioned IOT of Object Type - mapping table not allowed for bitmap index

    Hi,
    looks like a feature available for standard Partitioned IOTs is not supported for object based tables, namely the MAPPING TABLE construct to support secondary local bitmap indexes.
    Can you confirm behaviour is as expected/documented?
    If so, is a fix/enhancement to support mapping table for object-based Partitioned IOTs in the pipeline?
    Results for partition-wise load using pipelined table function are very good, look-ups across tens of millions of rows are excellent.

    DEF456     500

    Thanks Dan,
    the intention is to range partition based on the initial character, so A* -> Text_Part_A, B* -> Text_Part_B, and so on.
    Here's an example, using an empty IOTObj_Table as created previously.
    1) Set up & confirm some test data (two 'D's, one 'N', and two 'Z's)
    SQL> INSERT INTO IOTObj_Table VALUES (IOT_Type('DEF456',500));
    SQL> INSERT INTO IOTObj_Table VALUES (IOT_Type('DDD111',510));
    SQL> INSERT INTO IOTObj_Table VALUES (IOT_Type('N3000',515));
    SQL> INSERT INTO IOTObj_Table VALUES (IOT_Type('ZZ1212',520));
    SQL> INSERT INTO IOTObj_Table VALUES (IOT_Type('Z111X',530));
    SQL> COMMIT;
    SQL> SELECT * FROM IOTObj_Table;
    TEXTDATA NUMBERDATA
    DDD111     510
    DEF456     500
    N3000     515
    Z111X     530
    ZZ1212     520
    2) Just to prove our IOT is enforcing the Primary Key based on the TextData attribute, try to insert a duplicate
    SQL> INSERT INTO IOTObj_Table VALUES (IOT_Type('Z111X',530));
    Error starting at line 141 in command:
    INSERT INTO IOTObj_Table VALUES (IOT_Type('Z111X',530))
    Error report:
    SQL Error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (OCDataSystems.SYS_IOT_TOP_84235) violated
    00001. 00000 - "unique constraint (%s.%s) violated"
    *Cause:    An UPDATE or INSERT statement attempted to insert a duplicate key.
    For Trusted Oracle configured in DBMS MAC mode, you may see
    this message if a duplicate entry exists at a different level.
    *Action:   Either remove the unique restriction or do not insert the key.
    3) Now confirm that our data has been slotted into the range-based partition we expect using the PARTITION clause of SELECT...
    - The two 'D's...
    SQL> SELECT * FROM IOTObj_Table PARTITION (Text_Part_D);
    TEXTDATA NUMBERDATA
    DDD111     510
    DEF456     500
    - The single 'N'...
    SQL> SELECT * FROM IOTObj_Table PARTITION (Text_Part_N);
    TEXTDATA NUMBERDATA
    N3000     515
    - The two 'Z's...
    SQL> SELECT * FROM IOTObj_Table PARTITION (Text_Part_Z);
    TEXTDATA NUMBERDATA
    Z111X     530
    ZZ1212     520
    4) And to wrap up confirm an empty partition
    SELECT * FROM IOTObj_Table PARTITION (Text_Part_W);

  • Create Synonym for Object Type not supported; Why?

    Does anybody know the reason why Oracle does not support the creation of synonyms for object types?
    In our application we use many schemas to separate subsystems. The schema name has a version identifier included to allow multiple product versions loaded in the database at the same time.
    We reference objects between schemas by using synonyms, to avoid hardcoding the schema names.
    Therefore I must refrain from using object types, currently.
    Does anybody have such a multi-schema architecture, also?
    What is your experience?
    Thanks,
    Robert

    Robert,
    Type synonym is now supported in Oracle9i Release 2. The practice of using multi-schema architecture is an excellent practice for large applications. This provides a level of abstraction to simplify application maintenance, whihc you must have experienced. In conjuction with Object types, you can further simplify your application through reuse of user-defined types.
    Do you have an email address that I can contact you for further discussion off-line.
    Regards,

    In our application we use many schemas to separate subsystems. The schema name has a version identifier included to allow multiple product versions loaded in the database at the same time.
    We reference objects between schemas by using synonyms, to avoid hardcoding the schema names.
    Therefore I must refrain from using object types, currently.
    Does anybody have such a multi-schema architecture, also?
    What is your experience?
    Thanks,
    Robert
