Subscription error on reconnect

I have an application that uses the MultiTopicConsumer and MultiTopicProducer, and everything is working great until I restart the server. Once I do this the client gets caught in a loop trying to reconnect. And when it does the error message that is keeping it from connecting is this:

Does anyone know why this error happens or what I can do to get past this.

Not sure if it's related, but I am also getting this error message (tried both blazeds 3.0.1 and the bleeding edge svn).

The client seems to subecribe successfully, but when it sends a polling request, it gets the erro:
"faultString = "The client has no active subscriptions over endpoint 'my-amf'."
It then tries re-subscribing many times, but gets the error:
"Duplicate subscription. Another client has already subscribed with the clientId, '14BD556E-519B-9B8B-828B-A4B79599DC3E'."

This week I had posted that the subscription error had been resolved. I was wrong. I'm still getting them. I hadn't realized that somthing I did to my Apple Mail rules had made me think I wan't getting them. I set a rule to foward back to Apple Disc. and delete (I would have bounced them but you can't in Apple Mail rules) Anyway, I also set Apple Mail to remove from server after quitting mail so it made me think I wasn't still getting them. Someone posted me in Discussions ans advised me to (report post) and that a host might see it and I could write in there about my situation. But I can't because of my level. Those who don't know what I'm talking about, I've been getting a ton of subscriptions for >user name (OSXMESS) that's not me, I'm (ORIGINALOSXMESS) and I wish, Oh how I wish some host would fix this. IF your a host tell me what you need, info wise to fix this and I'll provide. Thanks I think.

I've wondered that, and can't really remember. But there is an osxmess now that certainly isn't me.
Those two sentences seem somewhat contradictory.
Once an account is created on these Discussions, it can't be deleted. So if you created that account in the past, it's still yours; you're just not using it any more.
It looks an awful lot like this is an account you set up yourself, for the following reasons:
• To me the osxmess posts sound a bit like your posts in terms of language choice and wording.
• The osxmess account was created on 5/24/07, three days before your originalosxmess account
• While sparse in terms of profile details, the osxmess account lists having an iMac, as do you.
• osxmess posted only one topic in that one day, then never posted again. This makes me think you might have created that account, posted there, then either forgot that account information or decided to stop using it and three days later created the originalosxmess account.
• osxmess' topic was responded to by QuickTimeKirk, the poster who osxmess seems to be subscribed to. I'd guess that you, as osxmess, either purposefully or inadvertently clicked on the "Subscribe to this user" link for QuickTimeKirk, so whatever email address is specified in osxmess' account is still receiving those subscription emails.
but it dosn't change the fact that I'm getting a subscription that isn't mine.
If you are certain that you didn't create the osxmess account, then this is true.
But if you created that account and, while using it, subscribed to something in this forum, the email address you specified for the osxmess account will continue to receive those subscription emails until those subscriptions are turned off.
I can't remember from previous threads... Have you checked your Keychain (in the Applications folder) to see if there are more than one Apple Discussions accounts with user names and passwords stored there? If you can find the login details for the osxmess account (if it is actually yours), you can then log in to that account and delete the subscriptions set up there.
Of course I could be wrong in my guesses, in which case a Host's intervention is required. But I have a strong feeling this is indeed an account you created and abandoned.

"Renew your subscription" error

Hello,
I have been trying for days to get any of the adobe softwares to launch. I keep getting a renew your subscription window popping up from the adobe Application Manager. I see that a lot of people had the same problem on this forum but there is not a real solution. I tried this: ttp://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/license-this-software.html but I keep getting the same message...

            For renew your subscription error message:
            Request you to please close all the cloud applications, launch / open any one application.
            After you launch the product please click on " License the software" and then enter your adobe ID and password and it will work fine.
            In case if it does not work, try with a different browser.
            Further, still it does not work, try deleting cookies and then try the steps.
            If all the above setps does not work, you can contact adobe customer support team and they will help you with it within minutes.

SSRS 2012 Subscription Error in Test Environment

Hi All,
I was trying to set-up Email Subscription for SSRS in my Test Environment using "Reporting Services Configuration Manager" and after providing SMTP server details. I was getting error "Failed to sent Email to [email protected]"
What could be the reason?
I tried pining SMTP IP address from the Machine where SSRS installed and I was able to ping SMTP Server using CMD ping command.

Hi All,
I found the issue. The IP address of Machine, where SSRS server installed, was not included in to the SMTP relay and that's why I was getting error "Failed
to sent Email to [email protected]".
Once my network team, added IP address, it started working fine.
Another thing I noticed, due to some reason SQL Server Agent was stopped and was not running and one
of my colleagues was trying to create new subscription and was getting error 'The SQL Agent service is not running. This operation requires the SQL Agent service. (rsSchedulerNotResponding)'.
Once I started SQL Server Agent, My colleague was able to create new subscription.

Payment refused, reactivate subscription error, Sk...

Before the end of the subscription I got a message: Unlimited Europe 12 months Status Refused
I thought restore it when finished (I did a few years). When "Unlimited Europe 12 months" expired, I tried to reactivate.
And here the problems started!!!

SSRS Subscription Error (rsInvalidDataSourceCredentialSetting)

Hi,
I just started using SSRS using SQL Server 2005. I've created several reports and have deployed these reports so they are available to use in Report Manager. I started playing around with subscriptions hoping to automate and schedule printouts for my end-users.
I am trying to subscribe to this one report and have filled in the necessary fields in the subscription page but after getting everything filled in, when I hit OK, I get the ff msg - "The current action cannot be completed because the user data source credentials
that are required to execute this report are not stored in the report server database. (rsInvalidDataSourceCredentialSetting)". I've looked this up online and found a Microsoft Technet page on changing the setting of the data source I'm using and is as follows
1.Go to the Data Sources properties page of the report that you want to automate.
2.For the Connect Using option, select Credentials stored securely in the report server.
3.In User Name and Password, type credentials that can be used to access the database. If you are using SQL Server as the data source, the user name must be valid for both logging on to the server and for accessing the database that contains the data for the
report.
4.If the user name and password are credentials for a Windows account, select Use as Windows Credentials. If the credentials are for a SQL Server user login, do not select this check box.
I have also tried using Credentials are not required. I have followed these tips and made the changes to my data source but I still get the same error msg.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If the credentials options are set to "none" - no credentials are required, then you need to go into the Reporting Services Configuration Manager and set the Unattended Execution Account. Otherwise, you should set the data sources to have stored credentials.
After that the only other cause of problems with subscriptions is if your report uses User!UserID - in RS 2005 and earlier we were very restrictive around the use of this property in subscriptions. As we have reviewed usage and scenariso, we have progressively
allowed more use of it.
I recomment trying to narrow down which data source is causing the trouble by eleminating data sources from the report and creating subscriptions to them...
You may find more infomration in the report server trace log files which could narrow down the source of the problem.

Unable to Cancel BBM Music Subscription: Error Id: 31600

I have tried to cancel my BBM Music subscription through both App World and the application and get an error in both areas. In App World, it just stated there was an error and could not cancel the subscription. In BBM Music, i get the error Id: 31600.
When I submit a support ticket by selecting "Get Support" in App World, it won't submit saying my PIN in invalid.

Duplicate subscription error on first page load

I have Flex / BlazeDS application that utilizes a long polling channel
for both remote procedure calling and asynchronous messaging. The
application is utilizing embedded Jetty to serve BlazeDS content and
everything is working as advertised *except* on the first page load.
When I start a browser session, calling Consumer subscribe fails with
the following error:

First of all, thanks for the quick reply. In response to your questions:
* I can reproduce the problem every time regardless of whether the server has been freshly started of not.
* Both polling and long polling appear to have the same problem.
* Using embedded Tomcat 6.0.16 has not fixed the issue.
I am currently trolling through the BlazeDS logs to see if I can see what I am doing wrong.
Is there any particular config / code that I can post that will help diagnose the problem?

Data Driven Subscription Error: Done: 23 processed of 23 total; 3 errors.

I am trying to diagnose the cause of the this error message and more importantly find out which subsriptions did not get sent.
I looked into the the reportserver log and found this error msg;

Subscript error on export

I have a report that has a two formulas that splits the name of an individual into two seperate fields. First Name and Last Name.
Example..
Name = Doe, John M
Formula fname = Split((Split({tablename.NAME}, ",")[2]), " ")[1]
Formula lname = Split ({tablename.NAME}, ",")[1]
results = fname = John
results = lname = Doe
My formulas save without errors and i can execute my report without any errors, but when i export the report i get "A subscript must be between 1 and the size of the array."
Can someon please help me figure out how to get the report to export without this error occuring?

Well you can try to identify the first occurence of a comma in your field. If none is found then probably your split functions will fail.

False Compressor error msg: reconnect render files

This issue has cropped up recently. During compression, the "reconnect media" dialog pops up, saying that one, two, or as many as thirty render files are missing. When I click "reconnect," a message says that there are no such files and the render continues normally.
This happens three times, for each file (2 audio, 1 MPEG).
This has not happened before. It means I can't Compress overnight because these false errors halt the process. Babysitting required!
Is is there any fix, any way to stop this?

I'm compressing MPEG-2 files. It generally has not been a problem until this recent project, which is a collection of sequences from other projects. The compressor is probably looking for leftover files that don't exist.
Perhaps I could solve the problem by re-setting the scratch render disk and re-rendering. That would take some time, but it might be worth a try when I get a moment. Or, I could simply clean out the render folder and re-render.
What do you think?

ICal subscriptions error US Holidays and others

I have looked and am unable to find this topic but I recently had to create a new account on my mac and slowly bring everything over because of permission issues. Now My US Calendars will not refresh I get an error message. I also tried to subscribe to a calendar I made and it will not show the the events. I tried subscribing to any calendar and it will show nothing but it lists the calendar under the Subscriptions title. I have reinstalled snow leopard and updated it. I created a test account and was able to subscribe to calendars. It is something in my current account. Ideas? Help!

In getting the answer to my removal question from a poster, I discovered another method to add subscribed calendars, one that includes authentication settings.
If you go to your Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar > Accounts, click on the Add Account... option. Then select Other at the bottom. You'll next see a screen that includes Add Subscribed Calendar. Once you enter your subscribed calendar's address, the next screen will ask if you have any authentication information required.
Hopefully, this will allow you to get onto your calendar.

Data Driven Subscriptions Error - the query processor could not start the necessary thread resources for parallel query execution

Hi,
We are getting the following error when certain data driven subscriptions are fired off: "the query processor could not start the necessary thread resources for parallel query execution". I've read other posts that have the same error, and
the solution usually involves adjusting MaxDOP to limit the number of queries that are fired off in parallel.
Unfortunately, we cannot change this setting on our server for performance reasons (outside of data driven subscriptions, it negatively impacts our ETL processing times). We tried putting query hints like "OPTION (MAXDOP 2);" in the reports
that are causing the error, but it did not resolve the problem.
Are there any settings within Reporting Services that can be adjusted to limit the number of subscriptions that get fired off in parallel?

Yes, that is correct. It's a painful problem, because you don't know which specific subscription failed. For example, we have a data driven subscription that sends out about 800 emails. Lately, we've been having a handful of them fail. You don't know
which ones out of the 800 failed though, even from the RS log files - all it tells you is that "the
query processor could not start the necessary thread resources for parallel query execution".
Thanks, I'll try changing <MaxQueueThreads> and will let you know if it works.
On a side note: I've noticed that it is only reports with cascading parameters (ex. where parameter 2 is dependent on the selection from parameter 1) that get this error message...
