Subscription renews Oct 3, but today is Oct 4 and ...

My credit card was charged on Oct 1st for my 120 min per month subscription to Fiji.  My account currently says "You have used all your month minutes, use Skype Credit to make calls. Renews on Oct 3, 2011."  But right now it's 12pm EST on Oct 4th!  Why?

I double checked your account and I can confirm that your 120minutes subscription is reset on the 4th, not on the 3rd.
Also you should see next recurring payment on your account, but it's not the same as reset date. Recurring payment is taken in advance to avoid any payment process delay. (Of course days will not be lost, just payment goes through before reset date)
Could you please send a screenshot of this to customer service as your recurring payments should be taken on the 1st and minutes reset on the 4th?

    In terms of a refund, what does it say on the app's description page in the store (a lot say that refunds aren't given) ?     Hello, My subscription is on auto renew. Got renewed and charged on the 4th of July. Have not made any calls post that, and now when i am making calls, it sayd 0 minutes available and will renew on 3rd september. Whats am i missing here? Have checked the usage and july has 0 minutes used.

        My current subscription has 0 mins left and it renews on 21-Jun-2015, as I need minutes to call I recharged same subscription, amount also got deducted, but I don't see any minutes added to my account.
    Can someone please help me on why minutes are not added.

  • Subscription renewed, money charged, but no minute...

    I have a 400-minute subscription to Russia. I am charged on the 14th of every month and that is when I can start using my 400 minutes as well. However, this month I have been charged, but there are no new minutes added. Mine still shows the left-over minutes from the previous billing cycle.

    Please keep in mind that recurring payment is done 3 days before, but minutes will not be reset 3 days before. Your minutes are reset on the 17th each month since the original order was made on the 17th.

    Recurring payment is taken 3 days before in case there are any delays or payment issues. Then you have enough time to fix issues like change expired credit card to new one or in case bank is not able to deliver order right on time.
    This doesn't mean you will loose your subscription days.

    Hi Randers4 thank you for trying to help.  I finally gave up and just called apple.  Apparantly my renewel went under my icloud ID while my previous accout was my itunes ID.  Never had to match them before but I guess we do now. Once I switched my iphone ID to the ID I used to renew the icloud it backed up.  Live and learn.

    My iCloud subscription renewed on 14th October (Current Plan is stated at 10GB, so total 15GB).  It's 16th October and I have the message 'Your iCloud storage is full' and Total Storage is given as 5GB.  Backup isn't working.

    I was using my iPhone for company email a year ago, but I no longer need to do that. I deleted the global MDM(?) and after everything cleared out, the storage & backup tab came back.

    By default all subscriptions are recurring as stated in terms of service. Your subscription will be automatically renewed until you cancel recurring payments as shown here: https://support.skype.com/faq/FA1881
    In order to ensure that customers don't get cut out in the middle of important call just because recurring payment was even 1 minute delayed, Skype is taking recurring payment 3 days in advance. Of course you don't lose these 3 days, subscription next month will still be activated on the 20th as expected.
    Your minutes will be available to your on the 20th of February and valid till 20th next month.

    In September I bought a three-month renewal for my 12-month subscription. It shows in my purchase history and I have an email confirming it. However, I now show that my 12-month subscription is up and WAS NOT RENEWED, even though I paid for it and have confirmation. I am not on a mobile device, I have not exceeded fair usage, and I am not trying to call countries outside my subscription. This is the only method my family has to contact me at this point.   • Subscription Renewal Not Working

    I renewed my subscription to Creative Cloud a few hours ago, but when I try to use the applications is says that my subscription is expired.  How do I start using the applications again? 

    Same problem, I was using lightroom and photoshop just fine then all of a sudden it tells me I have to renew, the funds came out of my account on the 21st and the chat rep asked a bunch of questions then said it was a technical support issue and I would have to contact them on Monday when they are open. This is not acceptable as I have school work I rely on these programs for. I am irritated and ready to dispute the charge on my account if I cant use the products I have been charged for. The chat rep was useless, today is saturday and I used chat earlier, now it is telling me chat is only available m-f and today is Saturday. It is a shame Adobe has such terrible customer service.
