Support Page not loading correctly to FTP host

I recently updated my muse and once i did that one of my supporting pages is not loading corectly now. I have 16 supporting pages and all others are working just fine. I have tried to upload on a different computer. created a new supporting page and moved all content over. reverted the site back to an older version i had saved and non are allowing this single supporting page to load correctly. www.medamilitaria.com supporting page Edge Weapons. I also created the new supporting page Edge Weapons 2 today and that is still not working

Hi
Seems the page is not exported properly to root location.
Please check if the page is exported to root or not, if not then try to export as html and then use any FTP client to move the exported html folder to your root overwriting the existing ones.
Thanks,
Sanjit

  • Pages not loading correctly

I am having trouble with certain webpages not loading correctly - even on this site. It appears incomplete. The problem is especially prevalent on Amazon. The page simply won't download fully- all the formatting if off to one side and the site is unresponsive. It is the same whether I use Safari, Firefox or Chrome. I have emptied my cache, reset cookies, but still the same. Any suggestions? I can't live without Amazon!

Adding Open DNS codes to your Network Preferences, should give good results in terms of speed-up as well as added security:
If you are using a single computer: Open System Preferences/Network. Double click on your connection type, or select it in the drop-down menu, and in the box marked 'DNS Servers' add the following two numbers:
    208.67.222.222
    208.67.220.220
(You can also enter them if you click on Advanced and then DNS)
Sometimes reversing the order of the DNS numbers can be beneficial in cases where there is a long delay before web pages start to load, and then suddenly load at normal speed:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2296
If your computer is part of a network: please refer to this page: http://www.opendns.com/start/bestpractices/#yournetwork and follow the advice given.
You could also try these codes as well: 4.2.2.1 & 4.2.2.2
If you use a Router, make sure it has the latest firmware installed.
One reason for a slowness in page loading may be the 'DNS Pre-fetching' feature of Safari 5.x

  • Web page not loading correctly

This web page does not load correctly in Firefox but is okay in other browsers:
    http://forums.techguy.org/
    Can anyone help please?

Hi, I don't think it's important to understand the results, it does us no good, other than to know they've made a mistake when designing that page, perhaps just a minor one that affects several thing after that, and that some Browsers can handle or figure out that error.
A bit like I ask a browser to draw me a map of what's at 1st & James street, and there is no 1st & James, but there is a nearby 1st & Main street, & a 2nd & James, so one browser refuses to draw what's at 1st & James since there is nothing, another draws what's at 1st & Main street, & what's at 2nd & James, figuring that must be what's wanted.
Bottom line, someone caring for that site needs to fix the error, or you can use a browser that handles that problem.

  • Internet  pages not loading correctly with Explorer for Macintosh 5.1

I received the Ibook from my brother-in-law after his death. I've updated it with 512 ram and the newest version of OS X for this Ibook. When I access a web page with explorer for Macintosh 5.1 the page is not loaded correctly. it seems to wraparound , some heading overlap each other. Some pages won't load at all. When there are scroll bars and they are used, all that shows is blank. I'm use to the windows environment and am just preparing this machine for my brother to use to access the internet in his retirement. Am I missing some plug-ins or set-up?

It looks like most people in the OS 9 Forum are recommending the wamcom-131-macos9-20030723.sit download available from this page:
    http://wamcom.org/latest-131/
You have to sort through a lot of builds to find the correct one, but that looks to be it for Mac OS 9.
I'm not sure that any browser version for Mac OS X 10.0.4 will work satisfactorily at this point in time, Jim. They are all likely to be as creaky as Internet Explorer 5.1, I'm afraid.
lvg416, you may want to post about the problem in the Mac OS X v10.3 & earlier > Using Mac OS X Forum:
    http://discussions.apple.com/forum.jspa?forumID=745
I did a little poking around in there, but not many people are using Mac OS X 10.0 (and for good reason). Personally, I didn't find Mac OS X usable until Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) came on the scene.

  • Page not loading correctly in local Preview

When I preview in a browser—Safari on Firefox, the page doesn't load properly.
    Here's some background:
It seems the problem centers around recently changing my local root folder to
public_html--(to synchronize with my remote public_html root folder).
All my pages on my local view, including Image Gallery (a template from project vii) pages had been in a
    subfolder: www
After the reorganizing, all my pages updated and seem to be working
    correctly, except:
    1) When I preview (local) one of my Gallery Image pages with Safari, full
size images can't be found—although all the links are correct.
I looked at Safari's activity window; it showed errors in loading, as it was
still looking for the full size images in the old www subfolder (which no
longer exits) instead of the new root folder--public_html.
    2) The problem also happens when I create a new Image Gallery page.
Note: these pages load correctly on the server.
    3) I would appreciate help with this.
    Thanks,

Hard to comment without seeing any code but there's no need to rename your local root folder to be the same as your remote root folder.
Provided the site definitions (local and remote) in DW are set correctly and the Host directory for the Remote Site is set to "public_html", DW can handle the file paths.
I have several sites on different areas of my local hard drive with various folder names. Likewise the Host directory for the Remote Site varies: html, public_html, web and so on. DW is happy with all of them.

  • Apple Home Page not loading correctly?

Only when I visit www.apple.com, the images do not load. This is extremely stressful as it also disorganizes everything on the site. Is it some preference on my MBP (or Safari) that is wrong, or what?? Is anyone else experiencing this on the apple home page as well?
P.S. sorry I had no idea where to post this topic?

    Hi Tizzyler!
If you clear the Safari Cache, quit Safari and try again does it correct the problem?
And I have requested that a Host relocate your Topic to the Feedback Forum.
If they agree, it will be transferred so it is not necessary for you to repost elsewhere at this time.
Although here in the Safari Forum is also a good fit.

  • Pages not loading correctly anymore

Running firefox 7.01 on win7 64 bit. I just recently got a popup asking me whether I would like to see additional information from when I click on a link (on my nas) or not. I selected no. However, now I do not get any confirmation dialogs anymore and some websites (which use java) seem to have stopped working. I went into settings but could find nothing that would block these particular sites are particular java options.
How can I get this back to where it was before because now I am unable to access some sites that do not load with this setting in place anymore

  • One page not loading correctly

I am using the latest Muse CC. It seems the problem began when I downloaded the new version of Muse CC.
My ads page under portfolio on www.tallguygraphics.com is not uploading correctly to the server since I added new items to the page. I have tried to remove all the new items but it still has problems. There are several other pages using the same design and they load correctly. Has anyone had this problem or know of a way to correct it?
I'm frustrated trying to figure it out.
    Thanks, Todd

    Hi Aish,
Thanks again for the quick reply. It looks right on your end except that it is supposed to be centered with the page. What browser are you using?
I'm on a Mac and the browsers I use; Chrome, Safari, and Firefox all show something crazy. See below.
I will try uploading with Transmit and see if that helps.
    Thanks again- Todd

  • Ping shot up and pages not loading correctly

    Hi guys,
For some reason there appears to be a slight problem and I'm not entirely sure what it is.
My ping is fluctuating around 110-160ms and the connection is not being stressed in any way. Also, the ping to the exchange/POP is 8/7ms and it also is to the 3rd hop. If my connection was being stressed the ping to the 3rd hop would be massive but it isnt as seen below:

  • IGoogle home page not loading correctly after update to 10.0.1. Help please!

I use iGoogle as my home page. Since the update, the page displays minimal information, no gadgets or widgets, the theme heading or anything. Just the Google search box and some basic links. Howeer, if I click on Google Classic, that page displays correctly.

  • Some web pages not loading correctly!

Prior to the last Apple security update and move to Firefox 6.0, everything worked correctly. No problems of this type since I purchased my Imac Feb.2010. Listed are some of the problems I am experiencing. Please note that a number of web sites load and display correctly as in the past. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. I am not a technical person, so please keep fix suggestions simple.
web site page shifted to the extreme left of display
some are centered but only 1/3 their former size
one site has the top the page covered with extra page info
some text is outside the boxed area it was intended to occupy

Live chat was closed when you were in the queue that is why I linked you here.
Is the problem still present in safe mode?

      <p align="left"> Dear Sugar Hill families,<br /><br />
It is hard to believe that the school year is almost over. It has  been a wonderful year and an honor and a privilege to work
with the  families of Sugar Hill.  Thank you for your dedication to our school and to your child's education.  A special thank you
also goes to this year's PTA Officers: Courtney Reasons, Jennifer Pettirossi, Lorie Trevino, Robin Kerr, and Megan Pack for their service,
time, and commitment to our school.<br /><br />I hope that you will join us for our final school wide event of the year. Our 4th annual K-5 Science
Fair and PTA meeting will be held on Thursday, May 8th, at 6pm. Sugar Hill scientists have been hard at work! We will begin the evening
in the cafeteria and then move to the Media Center. <br /><br />We are already excited and looking forward to the 2014-2015 school year.
Enjoy the last few weeks of school and your summer, and know that I am always just a phone call or email away.<br /><br />
Proud to be your principal,<br />
    Chris Godfrey
