J'ai achate un IPAD2 d'occasion chez cash converter "donc d'occasion"
J'ai peu le réinitialise pour tout sauf l'acces à Icloud bloque par une mail inconnu!!
L'ancien proprietaire ne connais plus le mot de passe et ne peu plus m'aide

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Bonjour, Adobe Créative Cloud, m'empèche d'accéder aux applications qui lui sont associé. Je suis bloqué sur la fenètre où il m'est demandé de vérifier une adresse mail à laquelle je n'ai plus accès. Seuls deux boutons sont clicables "Continue" et "Resend" (bien sur, continue ne fonctionne pas, celui-ci actualise la fenètre).
J'ai déja essayé de désinstaler et de réinstaller Adobe CC, rien n'y fait.

J'ai moi aussi un problème pour me connecter à l'Icloud sur mon Iphone car mon identifiant est une adresse mail qui n'est plus utilisable & je ne me souviens absolument pas du mot de passe.. De ce fait, je ne peux supprimer mon compte Icloud. Par contre, mon identifiant Itunes quant à lui, se base sur une adresse mail tout à fait correcte!
Que puis-je faire?

essaie de faire un simple reset. Tiens le bouton home et le bouton on/off ensemble jusqu'à ce que la pomme apparaisse sur l'écran. Relâche les deux boutons et laisse le iphone repartir

Je suis très déçu de Keynote sur iPad qui perd de super fonctionnalités par rapport à Keynote sur Mac, par exemple le déplacer et la fonction échelle qui permettent de zoomer par exemple sur une partie d'une image.
Ce n'est plus Keynote mais Power Point sur iPad !

Je ne souhaite pas que les differentes adresses pré-utilisées s'affichent quand je veux taper une adresse mail et envoyer un nouveau message. Comment désactiver la saisie semi automatique qui m'affichent ces différentes adresses? ex: si je tape la lettre "p" j'ai 4 adresses qui sont pré-sélectionnées et je ne veux pas ça.

I don't want the email addresses used for previous sent messages to show when I input the first letter of the desired receiver of the message. How can I disactivate the auto complete function of the mail addresses? i.e. when I type the letter "p", I don't want the 4 addresses starting with "p" to show.

If you erase the iPad completely, (erase all content and settings) the addresses will go away, but they will return again as soon as you start sending emails again and entering text in the To: field. And you will have to set the iPad up all over again.
If you reset all settings - they will not go away.
Erasing the device is pretty radical and it is only a temporary fix anyway. The suggested email addresses window will always pop up when you start entering text into the To: field and there is no way to deactivate it.

J'ai fait la manipulation suivante:
-Aller sur le site apple.
-Changer l'AppleID pour mettre l'ancien (celui du compte cloud).
-Sur l'iPhone, aller dans réglages > icloud > supprimer le compte (taper le mot de passe).
/!\ la suppression du compte n'entraine pas la suppression des données sur l'iCloud. Il supprime le lien entre l'iphone et le compte iCloud.
-Revenir sur le site web
-Remettre le nouveau AppleID
-Sur l'iPhone aller dans réglage > iCloud > ajouter un compte (mettre le nouvel AppleID).
-Rédemarrer l'iPhone, pour une synchronisation.

Are .mov files from my iPad accessible on MAC via iCloud?

I believe I have set up both my iPad and MAC correctly on iCloud, but I'm not sure. Should I not be able to see the .mov files that were taken on my iPad on the MAC? Where would they be? They are not under Movies, where I have other .mov files.
On the iPad, I selected Camera Roll under Backup Options and believe the backup is ocurring correctly (the space required seems to change as I would expect it to). I don't see a Camera option when under iCloud, in Settings.

iCloud doesn't sync videos, only photos. If the videos were taken on your iPad and stored in the camera roll, they would be included in your iPad backup, but the backup is only for restoring your device should you ever need to.
To transfer them to your Mac, import them to iPhoto, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.

IPad "notes" not findable on iCloud

Altho I do supposedly save to iCloud, I cannot find my Ipad "Notes" these when I log on to my iCloud account from my laptop. Any ideas? Thanks, James
Old iPad version 5.1.1 - supposedly this is fine
iCloud is indeed enabled for "notes" as well as "documents & data"
I regularly do manual iCloud back up, as well as automatic back-ups when iPad is charging

Open the Notes app on your Mac and make sure your notes belong to the iCloud account. If they don't, you can drag and drop them to iCloud on the left sidebar of the app to add them to iCloud.

I'm not sure I understand the connection between iCloud and this problem. Is it simply a problem of coincidental timing (ie, the problem happened after you set up iCloud)? If so, there's almost certainly no connection between these two events.
Where are you getting the files you're trying to open, and what specifically happens when you try to open them?

IOS 5 ipad not backing up to icloud

I have given a friend a number of my older Apple devices that he likes to use with older IOS. Before the start of October, all of his devices were backing up to icloud with no problem. Suddenly, the 3 devices(iphone, ipad 1, and ipad 2) stopped backing up to icloud, but his iphone with IOS 6 is still backing up to icloud. I doubt there are many people out there still using IOS 5, but has anyone else experienced this problem? My feeling is that Apple is not supporting icloud backup for IOS 5 devices due to the fact his IOS 6 phone is working fine.
We have tried a number of fixes. We have removed the icloud account from his phone, tried using another icloud account, etc. We have deleted the backup of the ipad 1. Nothing has worked. The same error appear about 30 seconds after attempting an icloud backup. It says something to the effect of "an error has occurred. The icloud backup did not complete."
We don't want to erase one of the devices and go back to factory settings. My friend likes using IOS 5 and does not want to update the phones. Any ideas/solutions? Thanks in advance for the help.

You can try this:
Go to Settings>iCloud, turn Contacts to Off, choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (they will still be in iCloud).
Download the app My Contacts Backup. Use this to backup the remaining contacts on your phone (from the other accounts/groups) as a vCard attachment to an email that you send to yourself. Confirm that you have received the email.
Go to Settings>iCloud and turn Contacts back to On.
Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Account (in the Contacts section), set this to iCloud.
Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars...tap each of your accounts (Google, exchange, etc.) and turn off contacts syncing with these other accounts.
Open the My Contacts Backup email and tap the attachment to import the contacts from the other groups back to your device and to iCloud.
(I'm not sure if this works with Facebook contacts or not.)

Create a new calendar (or potentail use an existing one, if appropriate), then share just it.
To share the calendar, from teh calendar app: Tap Calendars (upper left), tap the blue arrow icon beside the calendar you wish to share, then eiterh turn on Public Calendar or add recipients to Add Person.

Pour iCloud, les photos sauvegardées via le flux de photos ne sont pas comprises dans l'espce utilisé. Par contre ces photos vont être conserver dans le nuage que pendant 30 jours.
Tu as probablement configuré ton appareil pour faire un back up en ligne. Des lors, sur ton appareil, dans paramètres, iCloud, sauvegarde (en bas, storage and backup en anglais), gérer mon espace, et la tu vois les documents. Tu peux également spécifier les données de quel programme doivent être sauvegardées.
