Survey Form at item level is not visible

Hi Experts,
I have created two survey forms for lead. I want different survey form based upon item category.
But, In my Lead transaction NO survey form is visible at item level. its visible at header level only.
I want it at item level.
Please help.

ASCP Taking Lead time to buy Item from Item Level and not from ASL

Hi All.
We have a buy Item Which is used at multiple Organization now we have defined processing Lead time for this Item at Item Level and ASL level (Global) However for different organization Like ABC and XYZ we have same supplier and Supplier Site for this item,
Below is the details of Item
Item's Processing Lead Time at Item Level
Org - ABC - 35
Org - XYZ - 15
Item's Processing Lead Time at ASL Level
Org - ABC - 10
Org - XYZ - 5
Now when we run ASCP plan for org XYZ and check for exception, Item's Lead time is coming from Item Level (15) not from ASL Level (Does this is expected behavior from Oracle?)

I tested one more time with the same scenario, this time ASCP is considering Processing lead time form ASL only however it is considering processing lead time for another organization (When I am running ASCP plan for Org XYZ ASCP is considering Processing lead time for ABC).
Does it is due to same supplier site for both the organization?
Also it has an active sourcing rule for the same supplier

Delivery address at Item Level and not at the Header Level

Hello Experts,
We are facing an issue as described below:-
We are in SRM 7.0 using classic scenario.
After approval of multi line Shopping Cart in SRM ,PR's are getting
automatically created in backend R/3 system.After converting PR's into
POs in backend R/3,we are observing that the delivery address for these
PO'are getting printed at Item level and not at the Header Level
inspite of the delivery address being same for all the Item level.
As desired,the delivery address in the PO's should have the delivery
address at the header level if the the delivery address is identical
for all the Item Levels.
However,if we create a PR directly in R/3 system and then convert these
PR's into PO's in the backend R/3 system,we find that the deliver
address are getting printed at the Header Level if the delivery address
is same for all the item level(which is as desired)
Any pointers will be highly appreciated.

It is standard process only.
In Po delivery address is maintained at item level because to which address perticular material to be delivered,
this may change from material to material or may not change

Item level security not working when placed in a portlet page

I have three page links linking to separate pages and have two of them with item level security turned on for specific groups with view privilges. I have the access for those groups with view privilges in the page level as well. I have published that as portlet and placed the portlet in another page which has view priviliges for the groups specified in item level as well.
But I notice that when i place the portlet in a page, the item level security is not working.
Item Level Security Not Working for Items Placed on a page and published as portlet and placed in another page. Is there some work around for this.

Would you please clarify for me? Is the problem that unauthorized people can see the portlet, or that unauthorized people can see the links?

Incoterms on Item level is not updated on STO.

Issue: they have created a STO with wrog incoterm, now the issue is that the Incoterms on PO--> Item level is not updated if Incoterms on Header level is changed. I suggested them to change incoterm on item level manually, but user is saying the problem is that SAP doesn't change automatically Incoterms on item level if Incoterms on Header level are changed??
What user is saying..Is this correct? or any thoughts/solution to fix this issue?
Can anyone suggest me on this?

Thank you for your response.In our case even if all the Line/items level have same Plant and storage location still the delivery address is getting printed at Item level and not at Header Level and this is happening only for PO's created from PR's orginating from SRM7.0.
However if we create PR's directly in R/3 and then convert them into PO's,the delivery address is getting printed at the Header level if the delivery address is same for all the Item level.
Can you plz some insite into this?

This may be an old note, but it may point you in the right direction: Note 450425 - Delivery Address creates individual R/3 address number.
If you debug the function module in SRM that creates the PO in ECC, you can check if this is the case.

Urgent:Tab and item level access not working

Hi,I am on portal 9.0.2.0.1 version.I am trying enable security.I have made 5 groups.Added users to group.Those users have only basic view privileges.
At my page group level I gave view access to all 5 groups.
At page level gave view access to all 5 groups and checkmarked enable item level security.
At tab level on one of tabs I gave view access only 4 groups.
At item level on one of items I gave view access to only 4 groups.
Now I log in as one of the users in 5 th group and the tab as well as te item both are visible.
Is it a bug or am I missing somehting.

If you don't assign view privilege on the page group, then you have to assign view privilege on every page that you want your users to see.
As you discovered, the tabs and items override the page privilege (a tab or item can be hidden from a user who has view privilege on the page), although your users need a minimum of view privilege on the page to see any content.
I don't understand your comment about groups - they work fine for managing privileges.
Note that you can use bulk actions (and List View in 9.0.2.6) to manage privileges for multiple pages. You can also assign privileges to your page template to default the privileges on pages based on the template. And new pages will inherit the privileges of their parent if the page group property "Copy Parent Page Properties When Creating Page" is set.

Notes at the Item level is not getting Copied

Hi All,
When a quotation is copied by clicking on the "Copy" button, the new quotation has all the Notes copied at the header level. But all the Notes maintained at the Item level dosent get copied.
The Copy control has been maintained between the Item Category (ZAGN to ZAGN) and a Copy Routine 9REVQT is maintained.
Help in this regard would be appreciated.

I tried that but looks like it doesnt work as we are not creating the follow up but copying a quote. Once copied the new quote doesnt have the notes maintained at the item level.
Could you please tell me what would be the "Reference Text Type" for the notes maintained at the item level (As shown in the attachment)?

Item Level Security not working with Tabs

I've Portal 9.0.2.2.22
This issue is with Item Level Security with Tabs. Here is what I've have:
Page Group: MyPagegroup (Privs: portal => Manage All)
Page: MyTestPage (Privs: portal => Manage All,
testUser => View)
There is a tab called MyTab on page MyTestPage which has two items (simple images) image1 and image2. The tab's access privs have been set NOT to inherit from the page. The public check box has not been checked for the tab. I've specifically assigned access privs to the tab.
Now here are the two scenarios that I'm having problem with:
1) MyTab (portal => Manage All, testUser => view)
image1 (ILS enabled: portal => Manage All)
image2 (ILS enabled: portal => Manage All,
testUser => View)
When logged in as "testUser", I still see both the images on MyTab although image2 doesn't have view priv to testUser. My expected result is to see just image2 on the tab.
2) MyTab (portal => Manage All)
image1 (ILS enabled: portal => Manage All,
testUser => View)
image2 (ILS enabled: portal => Manage All)
When logged in as "testUser", I still see NO images on MyTab although image1 has view privs to testUser. I would expect to see image1 on the tab.
Question: In both the above cases, the tab privs seem to be dictating what the user sees regardless of what the item level privs are set to. Is this normal behavior or a bug? If a bug, is there a patch? Is there any way so that even after setting the tab privs, I still have finer control of what the user can access through item level privs?
If I don't put the items under a tab, then things work as expected.

This is a known problem with the 9.0.2 release - fixed in 9.0.2.6.

Fixed Value Date at line item level is not in changable mode when copied

Dear SDN Team,
Hi i have a problem in the Fixed Value date at the line item level in the Return sales order.
The Problem is When creating the return order with reference to the scheduling agreement (10.03.2010). In the Return sales Order at the line item level the fixed value date is coping from scheduling agreement item (fixed value date eg: 31.12.2009)
But i would like to have the fixed value date in the return order as 10.03.2010 but the field is greyed out.
But normally when the sales document is created with reference to the preceding document the same will be copied. But field is greyed out and it is not in changable mode.
Can any one help how to solve this.
I have checked also SAP Note where i did not find any messages.
In normal scenario - when the order is created without any reference the fixed value date is in changable mode until the document is in open.
Pleas help me to resolve this.

I am sharing the resolution which was done to this requirement.
We have a specific condition type with statisticaly used and with routine to have KWERT with zero value,
Based on the different key combination. We have a specific key combination for the SA and SDoc and for this we need to maintain a condition record for the condition type with fixed value date and which will be linked to only the specific document. Once this is done.
We need to do update pricing in the sales order for the particular line item. by doing this the Fixed value date will be changed in the particular line item.

Newly created item through personalization not visible

Hi All,
I have added on new item , in a page,
Howerver when I clicked apply on that item , once I define the required properties of the item.
I am getting this error
"Attachment item "%ITEM" has been created successfully, however, it does not have an Entity Map associated with it. To avoid a runtime error, please either create an Entity Map for this attachment item, or delete attachment item "%ITEM"."
I am not able to locate that item , anywhere * either in personalzied page nor in application page

I have gone to personalize page -> selected LOVRN -> create item ->
level - Site
Item Type - MessageLOVInput
Prompt - some custom prompt
Id - some custom id
External LOV- given exisitng seeded path for LOV with region name in the last
apply .
Then the error appeared as

After the above steps complete. I have again gone to personalization ->complete view . But I am not able to locate the item created in above mentioned steps.

Service Orders gets saved but text at item level are not saved for all item

Hi All,
We have configured service order scenario. The service order gets saved in GUI and in WebUI. But we are facing issue that not all the text entered at item level are getting saved.
Example if we maintained text for 4 line items and save the SO.
We open the saved SO, we get only 3 line items with proper text
one of the line item text is not getting saved.
The issue happens at both GUI and WebUI.
Any pointers to fix this issue?

You can try clearing the buffer using 'CRM_ORDER_INITIALISE' followed by CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN" or TEXT_SAVE and TEXT_COMMIT, followed by BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT with wait.

Item level targeting not hitting nested security group

Hi guys,
Got two security groups (A & B). Group B is a member of A.
We've applied item level targeting with security groups. We've chose a bunch of drive maps to apply to Group A (which I was hoping would apply to Group B also.
The drive maps appear for the users of Group A but not Group B. Is this expected behaviour?

What is your forest functional level? I am not sure, but if I recall correctly if your forest functional level is 2008 R2, I guess you should experience no problems. Otherwise you need a workaround solution like a custom script and etc.
