can I swap the games I've bought in itunes store ?
I choose the wrong device I should buy games (Brothers in arms) for ipod touch not for Ipad,

Not correct. From the terms of use of the itunes store:
"PRODUCTS CAN BE DOWNLOADED ONLY ONCE; AFTER BEING DOWNLOADED, THEY CANNOT BE REPLACED IF LOST FOR ANY REASON. YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR OWN SYSTEM, INCLUDING ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED OR RENTED FROM THE ITUNES STORE THAT ARE STORED IN YOUR SYSTEM."

You can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod: File>Transfer Purchases
You can try contacting itunes support to ask for an exception, but they are under no obligation to do so. -
Does Apple delete purchased items from our devices?
A song which I purchased last December has been removed from my MacBook Pro without my instigation or permission. When I tried to download it again I now must buy the entire album, which I don't want. I suspect this deletion was done by Apple. I'm glad I still have the song on my iPhone, iPad and iPod, where it had been synched. What is Apple's policy about removing items which have been purchased from a user's library? I am very hesitant to make any future buys.
MacBook Pro always has the latest system (currently 10.9.4)

The song was purchased on 12/9/13.Where are you looking ? My account's purchase history (Store > View Account menu option) shows all of my purchases. If you mean in the Purchased link for redownloading then have you changed countries since buying the items ?

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

When trying to transfer my purchases on my phone to my computer, I went to file>devices>transfer purchases, and said I have done so. But if I try to update my iphone a box pops up and says I should still transfer my purchased items first. But I already have, am I doing something wrong?
No, just a reminder that you should do so beforehand, which you have already done.

I am traveling in Europe and cannot purchase items with this iPad ...reset iPad that belongs to my sister for this trip. Traveling with my nano which is registered. When you say the iPad is your sister's and was reset, did you remove all settings and set it up with your Apple ID? If not, and it still has your sister's Apple ID then the security questions are hers and you must use her answers.

ThanksThey should be on the computer. Just sync them as you did the last ipod.

Hello I Have over the Years spent hundreds of dollars with Apple.I have authorized computers and have removed computers and therefore have lost purchased items.How do I restore ALL of the Items that I Have Paid Good Money for? Also I inadvertently have removed devices from the cloud and now have lost more $ in purchased items. Please help .Thankyou.
What you can redownload for free will show in the Purchased section : either click on the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage, or on the current version of iTunes you can click on your name towards the top right of the iTunes screen and then click Purchased on the popup :
If not everything shows there then check to see if you've hidden anything : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases - Apple Support
You can't redownload audiobooks or tones without repurchasing, they are one-off downloads. And if an item is no longer in the store, or if you've moved countries since buying them, then you will also not be able to redownload them, you will have to copy them from your backup of your downloads/library or over from another computer if you still have them on it - if you're not keeping and maintaining a backup of all of your downloads then you should be doing so (the store's terms advise you to do so)., you are only guaranteed one download of any item
Deauthorising a computer and/or removing a device from the Manage Devices section of your account does not delete any content from the computer or remove items from the cloud. -
Can I transfer my purchased items to a new apple device
My 3rd Generation Ipod Touch stopped working recently and it looks like it can't be repaired and is no longer any use, I am wondering if it is possible to recover my downloaded / purchased items onto an new Ipod Touch?
I plugged it into charge in a mains wall charger and was actually using it as well, next there was a pop from the charger and the Ipod went off. I contacted a repair clinic and they suggested it may just be the battery might have gone pop, so I left it to them the investigate. They were unable to do anything with it.The iTunes backup does not included synced media like apps and music. If iTunes purchases are not in your iTunes library you can redownload them by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Since iTunes can't see your old iPod you can't get anything off the iPod. -
when i updated my iphone 4 to the latest software, it warned me that i would lose the "purchased" items on the phone. i agreed with this and carried on, but when i had updated it, everything on the phone was lost!! contacts, pictures everything!!!!!! is there a way that i can get these things back? when i agreed with the notice, it didnt say id lose everything else that i did not purchase!!

I think I have transferred all purchased items but I keep getting the same message and I am afraid that i will lose all my purchases when i update it if I choose to continue.
With the device connected, select File > Transfer purchases.
If there is content from multiple Apple IDs on the device, each Apple ID must be authorized on the computer. -
This computer is no longer authorized to play purchased items
When I plug in my iPod and iTunes starts syncing, I get the message "This computer is no longer authorized to play purchased items that are on the iPod '___'s iPod.' Would you like to authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes Store?"
When I then click Authorize, iTunes brings up an ancient iTunes ID that I haven't used in years. I do remember the password for it, though. However, that doesn't work. It says an error has occurred. When I enter my current (and longterm) iTunes ID and password, that also doesn't work (same error message). I've tried deauthorizing my Macbook but I get another error message. Worth noting--I don't get an error message when I log into iTunes through the store.
I don't think this is a problem with my iPod. I think it's an iTunes issue. (I could be wrong of course.) By the way, all of these songs should already be authorized. I haven't made any purchases lately, and syncing these songs previously has been no problem. It appears that the songs that are causing the trouble are DRM songs that I have yet to update (purchase an update from Apple, gee thanks, Apple) to non-DRM format.

Would you like to authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes Store?". when I try to sync any ios device.
This worked for me. ALL user id's for itunes in the computer need to be authorized for every account on this machine.
When I click authorize after getting the message above I noticed that the ID that showing was for my spouses account. I actually have two itunes accounts on this machine (me and my spouse).
If you look in your itunes folder check if you have more than one itunes account. Open iTunes with the "option" key pressed. Select the other account. Sign in using your email username and password for that account. Then authorize that one. Log out, close itunes, and reopen with "option" pressed. Select your main itunes account. Sign in again with your normal ID and password.
I'm all fine now. I hope this works for you too. -
the iphone couldnt be synced because this computer is not longer authorized for purchased items on this iphone... to authorize this computer choose store and authorized................ this message coming again and again as i already authorized my computer with my apple id. but i dont understand why this message appear...... before it was working.. i did format my pc and install windows and software again.. even i check different computers with install itunes.. but same message..
