Syncing pictures from MacBook pro to iPad

None of my pictures on my MacBook pro have synced to my iPad.........but most of my pictures on my iPad have synced to my MacBook pro. I thought once you were hooked up to iCloud all the syncing was automatic and it synced to each device. HELP!

From what I have noticed, in iPhoto, on the Mac, you have to manually add the picture on the Photostream.

Photos that were taken with the iPad (or any photos in the camera roll) can be deleted right on the iPad. I managed to download the music I purchased from iTunes to my Macbook Pro. I also managed to sync the music with my iPhone 5 so that I have all purchased music on the iPhone. However, I fail to sync the same music from the Macbook to my iPad 4. Any clue?

If you don't know what iTunes Match is, you don't use it. You have to subscribe to it before you can use it and I'm sure you would've remembered that. So that rules that one out.
if you have two different Apple ID's - and I mean two different Apple ID's that you have purchased content with, you have to be signed into that account on your iPad in order to sync that content from iTunes.
Podcasts used to appear in the Music App, IIRC but then Apple released a podcast app a while back. If you don't have the podcast app look in the Music App in the More button at the bottom of the screen to see if the podcast is in there. If it is a video podcast look in the Videos App for it.
When you connect your iPad to your Mac, after iTunes is running and you have clicked on your device name in the left sidebar, you want to look in the iTunes window on the right side in order to see what is synced to your device. There is a row of tabs across the top of the window, Summary, Info, Apps, etc.
Click on Music and you should see something like this. I sync selected items - not my entire iTunes library.
Are you seeing this when you sync with iTunes?

Thank you, that was easy. It's hard to believe that I was on the phone with apple support for 50 mins and they never mentioned what you suggested, in the end they suggested I reload the os x & iTunes. Or to use the iCloud method. I like your way & thank you for it.

Syncing videos from Macbook Pro to Ipad

A long time ago i purchased some DVD's that came with digital copies. i put those copies on to my iPad and everything was fine. Today i go to plug in my iPad and the videos are gone.
I go to re-sync the videos and every time is tells me that it can not copy the videos because this computer is unauthorized. i re-authorized the computer and it still says the same thing for all of the movies. I can see the videos under iTunes but can not get them to sync to my iPad.
Anyone else having this problem??

From the iTunes menu bar click Store / Authorize This Computer. Re sync the videos.
