System not allow to change PR QTY after create PO
Dear Experts,
I have one scenario after create RFQ & PO no body can change the PR qty.
How can i restrict please guide me.

Use BADI :ME_PROCESS_REQ_CUST
Here with the help of the ABAP person write a code like while saving the PR in me52n system will check in the background if there is any entry against filed EBAN-EBELN...if found then system will throw a customized error.
you can also try out by making message 06-152 as error message.

To disallow any price changes, set the Tolerance Key limits for Price Variance (PE-Price Var in Purchasing) for PO in IMG to Zero. This will compare the new price (Effective Price w/ Cash Disc) to the material price in the Material Master. Also set the msg no. 207 (in App Area 06) as a "E"-error message. This will stop end users from making changes.
If the Tolerance limits are set to zero and the message 207 is set as E, it should work.

System not allow to change planning plant
Hi Experts,
My problem is I changed company code , maintenance plant & planning plant in old system as per client requirement. They are using same system from last 4 years. I changed all require setting in customization but now problem is that in equipment task list system does not allow to change the planning plant in header data of IA02 T code. I updated the new planning plant in Function location master,Equipment master , Work center & assign it planner group but even system shows the old planning plant in task list header data. System shows the planning plant data in display mode.
Pl advice from where system link the planning plant field in task list header data.

Pete is right. There is no way you can change the planning plant in the Task Lists
Task list creation is done for a planning plant & you will not be able to use the existing tasklist for your updated equipments having different PPlants.
The only way to proceed is to create new tasklists
Delete the old assignments of the tasklists to the maintenance item & reassign the new tasklists to the existing items
In case you dont want the tasklists in the system itself, you will have to delete the tasklists - ie mark the deletion indicator in the change mode & archive the TLs.

I would appreciate help on solving the following request: a property must be set by a user (ex property 'Entitytype' of a Unit node). However as soon as the property has been defined (value of property is not blank) this cannot be overridden again (example; if Unit node is set to COMPANY it cannot be set to DEPARTMENT, but the property value must be allowed to be set in the first place and overridden if blank only) Also remove value of this property should not be allowed if value is not blank or 'nothing. Try this
1. Create a derived property e.g. Can_Change with a formula like this
Equals(Date,Now(),AddedOn()) --depending on your requirement you may either use AddedOn() or ChangedOn()
This will return True of the system date and create date are same. which mean user should be able to change the value for the first time.
Now create a real-time validation based on the above property to stop the user from changing the value.

you could set in customizing for field selection keys the net price
to display for ME22N so that changes can not be made
(transaction OLME -> purchase order -> Define Screen Layout at Document Level).
Please check that you have set all the relevant field selection
groups to display: AKTV, ME22, ME22N... (read and apply note 30316)
Other workaround is try to do by yourself with the badi
ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST and send your own error message.

I am able to create database table using tcode: <b>SE11</b>
but I get an error when I tried to create table entries

Message no M0421
<u><b>Diagnosis</b></u>
The system settings (SE06 and SCC4) are such that you cannot make any changes to this table in this client

If you want to copy the price from PR to PO do the following settings
Here we have to do:
First create a parameter in
SPRO>Materials Management>Purchasing>Authorization Management>Define Function
Authorizations for Buyers
set the following fields:
Order price adoption, Ref. to PReq, Change source, Change
OTy./it. cat. and with Field sel. equals to AKTH. After created
this parameter we have to set the users profile (using SU01 Transaction) with Parameter
EFB (Function Authorization: Purchase Order).
After doing all the settings what i mentioned, when you create the requisition that time before saving you have to select the price adoption as net or gross than only it will copy to the po because default is do not copy
so go Valuation tab in the requisition and in PO price field select as nte price or Gross price than save the reqs
now if oyu create the PO you will see the price

I missed it. After I did the changes for this, the process for Sale Based Rent is good but I couldn't posting the result.
I saw that EhP4 has introduced a new feature whereby we can post sales based settlemnet using periodic posting feature. For this, a checkbox is introduced in the system which we have to check in the contract and is named as 'Post using periodic posting'. I dont see this indicator in my system even though I am on Ehp5.
Could you please advise?

Solman system not shown RCA Change reporting for ABAP_Transport store

We have configured RCA in Solman system.
We try to get Change reporting comparison of ABAP_transport for Dev and
Qas system.
But it shows error as Different technical system in Reference and CustomValue.

Select ABAP_Software(6store) of both system and then i click Comapre
And the status displayed as u201Cu2260u201DChanges were detected of Dev system, then i select the Dev system showing

SAP 2007 upgrade - does not allow to change old documents
We have recently upgrade to SAP 2007 from SAP 2005 and now it does not allow to change any of the old documents which was already in the system before upgrading.
Error message
Another user modified table [Message 131-183]
It gives the same error even after restarting the SAP server where SQL is runing and in all the user accounts including manager.

Diagnosis
You have no authorization for the authorization object 'S_DEVELOP', which would allow you to change the screen concerned.
There is also a second possibility:
You want to edit a modified SAP screen in a customer system after an upgrate (SAP transport). The screen remains locked for editing until the new SAP version and the customer version have been aligned (Transaction SPAU).
System Response
Authorizations are assigned to users in profiles. Profiles are stored in the user master record.
Procedure
Comsult your system administrator.

Does the user who would like to change the screen have the authorisation
for S_DEVELOP in his profile? Please run transaction /NSU53 after the
failed authorisation. You will get an information which authorisation
is missing.
Additional please check if you have open entries in transaction SPAU for
that object.
If you couldn´t solve the issue I need an user to analyse it in your
development system.
That user needs all authorisation for development and has to be
registrated as developer.
The system uses the authorization object S_DEVELOP for Workbench objects
can you please check your user master record whether it contains the
required autorization or not.
Please also ensure that modification adjustment is turned on as per note:

Promotion action - payroll run - not allowing to change payroll area in IT1
Hi Friends,
My client has the following query:
"One of the employee has been promoted from employee group 2 (Workmen) to employee group (Management Staff). We have run promotion action now, that is after running pay roll for the month of May 2011. Now it is not allowing to change the pay roll area in orga. assignment effective from 01.04.2011, please do the needful on priority to run pay roll for the month of May 2011."
Can anyone please help me and tell me what needs to be done in such cases.

As you said that you have already configured ABKRS feature for defaulting payroll area based on your employee group.
So when you run the promotion action it should actually pick up the default payroll area according to new employee group.
Are you able to do that? or did you manually change it on IT 0001 screen.
If you want it to be automatically defaulted then check your feature DFINF it should have value X if you want it from customising or leave it blank if it should be copied form the previous record

Hi, when I tried to create a new 1GB partition (on my Mac mini 2011, using Mac OS X 10.7.3) and then to delete it I could not restore (increase) Macintosh HD size using Disk utility (diskutil list shows the same value for Macitosh HD (498,17GB) partition before and after I deleted a new created 1GB partition).
Please help, how I can restore the original size of Macintosh HD when Disk utility does not allow to restore Macintosh HD after I deleted a small size (1GB) partition?
Thank you.The bottom right corner dragging does not help in my case, because it shows that Macintosh HD partition size is maximal, but its real size did not change after I removed 1GB partition.
Maybe any other idea can help me, for example some built-in tool like diskutil which allows to view and manage unused partitions in terminal?

We have facing the problem related to PO price field in PR
Network through we are creating the PR, so system showing the field PO price under the valuation tab is always u201DAs Net Priceu201D and not allowing to change for this field.
My Quire is,
1) How to make this field to default to u201CDo Not Adoptu201D instead of u201CAs Net Priceu201D
2) How to allowing to change this field.
