Table Relationship Between AP Down Payment And AP Invoice

Hello Experts,
I would like to know how an A/P Invoice table and A/P Down Payment table are linked each other.
For example, when you click the button "Total Down Payment" in the A/P Invoice screen, the list of down payments is shown.
How does SBO search appropriate AR Down Payments which is linked to the AP Invoice?
I searched down payment tables (ODPO) which may be linked to purchase order (OPOR) and AP Invoice (OPCH), but I cannot find it.
I'd like to know it to prepare a query.
I really appreciate your help!

AP down payments and final invoice

Hi,
I have a purchase order for 10,000
I made a down payment to vendor wrt PO for 5000. Now I have received an invoice for 5000.
When I do MIRO, there is a pop up message saying that 5000 down payment exists on vendor and PO XXX. But it will not adjust against the invoice.
Is there a configuration to adjust down payment at the time of MIRO(Invoicing) as the clients wants to enter the final invoice only for 5000 and not for 10000.
Pls suggest me a suitable solution.

since the payment to vendor is 5K only and it is already paid via downpayment, you book the invoice and clear the invoice & down payment together manually through F-54 and F-44.
from EHP4 the downpayment clearing function is integrated in invoice verification, the BC set "LOG_MMFI_P2P" has to be activated.

Diff between Voluntary Down payment and mandatory down payment in EHP4

We are implementing ECC 6.0 Ehp4 funcationality. We have an option to maintain the down payment details in the Purchase order. There we have the option of Voluntary DP and Mandatory down payment.
What is the basic difference between the two in the subsequent process.

I worked on EHP4 and didn't find any difference in using the M or V indicators on down-payment, may be while executing ME2DP you can restrict the voluntary down payments.

Down Payment Adjust to Invoice Automatically?

Hi,
Is there any way or work around to clear vedor/customer down payment to vendor/customer invoice automatically without transferring Spl GL amount to Invoice?
Generally we will post down payment and then invoice and after that we will transfer down paymetn amount to invoice and then will clear the invoice.
With out doing manual clearing of down paymetn, isit possible to automate it?

As per my understanding the query relates to adjusting downpayments at the time of invoice verification itself.
Once invoice verification is done anyway we can clear manually or automatically either by clear downpayment or clear vendor.

Table relationship between Profit Center and G/L account.

Hi,
I have an issue related to wrong profit centers. We have a workflow that updating the profit center to a G/L account regarding the business of Reverse Logistic. In that business, we shift from a G/L account to another G/L account.
Now I have to find the tables relationship between Profit center and G/L account, which contains the correct relationship between a profit center and a G/L account, so that I can profit centers related to the moved G/L account and the original G/L account.

Parent Child Relationships between Drop Down Menus

I have a request for additional functionality. Parent child relationships between drop down lists.
for example,
the first dropdown, could contain North, South, East, West & assign values of 1, 2, 3, 4.
the second dropdown, could contain a filtered set of data depending on the option from the first dropdown,
so the data could look like this in the second drop down:
Manchester 1
Leeds 1
London 2
Southampton 2
Norfolk 3
Newquay 4
so if I select North in the first dropdown, the second drop down would contain all the items with a value of 1, so Manchester & Leeds.
I have managed to get round this using conditional show & hide, but it is much messier on the design screen & also the way in which the data
will be returned is very very messy - seems like a simple addition which would improve the functionality no end.

I want to know whether there is a table mapping between ISO country code and ISO currency code.I have searched T005(Countries) and TCURC(Currency Codes).why the filed of WAERS(Country currency) hasn't maintained in talbe T005?Whether ISO country code and ISO currency code hasn't direct relation?

If you know the table which is having ISO Country Code or ISO Currency code,then go to that table and clik on GRAPHIC(ctrlShiftf11) which will give the foreign key relationships.I guess checking all those table displayed in the graphic will give you some lead.

The next step is create the Request/Task relationship with this ID.
I need to generate report that have relationship between Transaction Document Nº and Request/Task, but I need to know the tables that save this information.

BAsically the relationship can be foundon the basis of cost centre it will be good if you paste the structure ce11000.
I have worked on it and as far i as i can recall it contain value fields right...like vv205,vv305 etc?
Provide me more details.
Are you preparing some reconcillation report for costing based COPA or Account based COPA..?

Error while adding a used relationship between the New DC and the Web DC

Hi Gurus
We are getting the Error in NWDS while Adding a used relationship between the New DC and the Web DC.
Steps what we are Done
1. Create the custom project from inactiveDC's
2.creating the project for the component crm/b2b in SHRAPP_1
3.After that we changed the application.xml and given the contect path.
4.Then we tried to add Dependency to the custom create DC we are getting the error saying that illegal deppendency : the compartment sap.com_CUSTCRMPRJ_1 of DC sap.com/home/b2b_xyz(sap.com.CUSTCRMPRJ_1) must explicitly use compartment sap.com_SAP-SHRWEB_1 of DC sap.com/crm/isa/ like that it was throwing the error.
so, we skip this step and tried to create the build then it is saying that build is failed..
Please help us in this regard.

After ur valuble inputs we have added the required dependencies and sucessfully created the projects, then building of the projects was also sucessfully done and EAR file was created.
We need to deploy this EAR file in CRM Application Server by using the interface NWDI.
For Deploying the EAR into NWDI, we need to check-in the activites what i have created for EAR. once i check-in the activites ,the NWDI will deploy the EAR into CRM Application Server.
In the Activity Log we are able to check the Activities as Suceeded but the Deployment column is not showing any status.
When i right click on my activity Id the deployment summery is also disabled.
So finally my Question is that where can i get the deployment log file, and where can i check the deployment status for my application..
Any pointers in this regard would be of great help..

Getting Error The trust relationship between the primary domain and the trusted domain failed in SharePoint 2010

SharePoint 2010 Backup has been taken from production and restored through Semantic Tool in one of the server.The wepapplication of which the backup was taken is working fine.
But the problem is that the SharePoint is not working correctly.We cannot create any new webapplication ,cannot navigate to the ServiceApplications.aspx page it shows error.Even the Search and UserProfile Services of the existing Web Application is not working.Checking

Service Tax On Down Payment and Tax Payment Wizard

Hi All,
We would like to make a down payment and apply service tax to it.
Once i create a AP Down payment invoice with the service tax, make an outgoing payment against it, create AP Invoice and adjust the down payment, now after following this procedure, when i run the tax payment wizard, the service credit available becomes zero.
It works well in case of partial payment but not 100% advance. Has anyone faced this issue??
How can this be resolved?

Exactly! The system doesnt consider the tax on DP when we check through Tax Payment Wizard.
I guess this is a missing functionality? What do you think? Because there may be a chance that the service tax may get deducted at down payment! What is your take on this?

Down payment and PO adjustments

We have created PO at the value of 7100000 and down payment has been done against the PO 4400000 and check also enchased by vendor
Now the requirement is to amend the PO by 2800000 only
Are there any possibilities to adjust the remaining balance of 1600000 to another PO for the same vendor?

Here the issue is with regard to clearing the down payment against the invoice Nothing to do with the PO. If you are able to amend the PO to reduce the amount you can clear the down payment with any other Invoice (With some other PO, other than 2800000).
There is no restriction regarding this.

What is the difference between Drill down Report and Interactive Report?

Drill down report and Interactive report seems to be acts as same. But there is a minor difference between those two.
Drill Down Report - When you click on a particular field in a report it drills down to the next report, it won't trigger another screen.
Interactive Report - When you click on a particular field in a report it will trigger another report based on the field clicked. It opens another session internally in the same screen.
