Tables in which authorisation data of a user is stored

Hello All,
Could any one tell, in which table the authorisation data(profiles, roles) of a user is stored?
Example: for the user ABC may have SAP_ALL assigned, so in which table I will be able to see this information with
respect to the user?

Data for user - profiles assignment are in table UST04 and for user-roles in Agr_users, Agr_define.

COOIS/COHV this kind of report will not display TECO date .Basically , you should have ABAP query with following sequence to get the date :
1.Enter Production Order Number : AUFK
2.Pass the value of Object Id from AUFK to JEST then to Tabel : JCDS
Seat with your abaper with those tables and explain him so that he can help you out

How to find the Table name which providing data for the Business content DataSources (Master Data). Is there any table or Transation which give datasource and Table name at once.

Hi Revathi...........
1)If the datasource is extracting data from any table.................open the datasource using RSO2..........there u will get the table name......
2) If the datasource is extracting data from any view.............go to RSA2..........copy the view name..........go to SE11 >> give the view name >> and check..........
3) If Datasource is Function module based............then u hav to check in RSA2 >> give the datasource name >> execute >> there u will find the Extract structure name......Copy the Extract Structure name >> Go to SE11 >> in the Data Element field give the Extract structure name >> Display >> From the Entry Help/Check tab u can get the Table name............
If u double click on the Extractor..............u will get the Function Module..............from there also u can check that the FM extracting data from which tables............
For Other datasources also...........u can get the structure name from here........
4) If the Datasources r LO datasources............then u can get the table name in LBWE.............LO extractor - goto transaction LBWE.................... Select the maintenance link for your datasource............
here in the right hand pane.........in the drop down box, you can see the structures associated with this extractor ........ just remove the MC for the structure names to get the base table names. e.g. EKKO for MCEKKO.
5) There is a pattern for the Extract structure name for LO datasources.............for an example..........
DataSource 2LIS_11_VAITM ......Extract structure name is MC11VA0ITM
2LIS_11_VAHDR >> MC11VA0HDR

Tables in which LSMW data is stored?

Hi Gurus,
I would like to know the base tables that LSMW uses. My actual requirement is to fetch the action log of the LSMW object. No option is provided in R/3 to download Action Log of an LSMW object into Excel.
Hence I am trying to find the tables in which LSMW maintains the Action Log, so that the data could be fetched from the tables and could be redirected to an Excel Sheet. Plz help me in finding the tables.

What table is the Release Date of MIRO Invoice Block stored on?

I'm attempting to track the timeframe between the date when a block is placed on an invoice vs the date that the block is released. I realize in the application you can see the release date through document changes...but can anyone tell me what table the release date is stored on forf reporting purposes?
Is there a standard t-code that would display both the date the block is placed and the date the block is released?

Hi Jan,
in table CDHDR you can see the last person that changed the object. To release an invoice causes saving the object. Therefore the person releasing blocked Invoices is the last changer.
Check wit transaction SE16 table CDHDR with "Change doc. object" = "INCOMINGINVOICE" and "Object value" your invoice number.

Authorisation check: Data not in user buffer

Hi,
I have just cretaed a new role in PFCG and generated it and assigned a user to it. This role only has 2 transactions assigned.
I have created it in development system and tested it in QA system. Everything was fine. I then transported it to production and assigned the user again.
I asked the user to log off and log back on and test the transactions for which i created the role for.
When the user tried, an error was returned with no authorisation to that transaction.
When i go to SU53 to display the authorisation data check for that user, it says beside the Autorisation profile under the Authorisation Data for that user:
"Exists in the master data, but not in the user buffer"
I have searched on this but to no avail. I would have tought that by login off and login back on the user buffer would have been regenerated/updtaed but the issue remains despite several attempts.
How come did it work in QA and not in Prod. (QA is a copy of Prod)
How do i get to solve this issue?

Hi Ravi,
Can you go to SE80 and check the function group you have provided while creating the table maintainance generator.
See at the top include what the name SAP has generated for the internal table .
I think if you get the name of the internal table name you can do the manipulation.

I have created one form using screen painter displaying text boxes and bind them to the table.
This form is working absolutely fine when there are some data in table (i.e. Browse using navigation)
My problem is, when I click add button from tool bar the "OK" button turn to "Add" that means the form is set to Add mode, but when I click "Add" button after entering some data nothing happens and input data is not stored in Table. The same "OK" Button turned to "Update" when I do changes in loaded data, but my changes are not reflected to table after I click "Update".

There is no such query. The table fields is directly linked to Edit Box or Combo Box in form.
From the examples I learned that I have to do something like this to get my table updated

Tables in which basis users details are stored

Hello,
I'm writing an application to read Basis users details using JCO. But I'm not able to locate in which tables the users details are stored. I tried looking at USR* tables, but most of its tables doesn't have data. Only usr01 and usr02 are having some relevant data. I also tried looking at ADR* tables, which are again of no use.
If anyone knows in which tables Basis users details are stored, please let me know.

You could probably trace them at COSP or COSS tables where the object starts with VD (summarization object).
Summarization transaction are better if run separately. First KKRV for summarising plant level information and then KKRC for hierarchy summarization.

Datasource / tables in the source system
Go to RSA2 (DS Repository) in your source system and display your source system.
If Extraction Method is 'V' - you are lucky and you see table name where data is taken from.
If it is F* - function module is used, and you have to go thru its code to see all the tables it uses and logic how data is
processed.

Since you have the extract structure and the extractor, you must have some transaction like the Extractor Checker RSA3. If so
then execute ST05, switch on the trace and execute the extractor checker. Once the extractor checker presents the results
switch off trace. The clcik on Display trace and you will see all the tables that were hit by the extractor checker to
retrieve data and present it to you.
