Tabs reloading when I select them

I just upgraded to Firefox 13.0.1 on a Macbook Pro. When I switch to a different tab, the new selected tab reloads even though it was previously loaded. How can I disable this?

This can happen if you reopen a tab automatically and haven't visited the tab.
*Firefox > Preferences > General > Startup: When Firefox Starts:
**Show my windows and tabs from last time
**Don’t load tabs until selected

Not possible. In order to read an email in the preview pane requires opening the message. You can mark a message that you've read as unread after reading it.

Tabs reloading whenever clicking on them!

Have safari open with 4 windows each with about 10 tabs open.
When clicking from tab to tab it completely reloads the tab. Am only clicking on the tab, and not right clicking and requesting reload tab.
This is really a hassle for 2 reasons - a delay each time I look at a web page on a different page, and secondly anything I have entered in any form is erased as the page reloads.
Have 8GB of memory and I have more than 5GB Free - So it is not a memory issue.
No other High CPU apps are running.
It not a matter of flash - same thing happens if I turn on or off Flash blocking.

How do I redownload previous purchases? Itunes says that the items are downloaded, but when I select them in my library it says that the original file can not be located.

I've gotten a new computer, the hard drive of my original one had issues and I wasn't able to move all of my iTunes over to my nec pc. I went to the purchased area on my iTunes to redownload the missing stuff (music and tv shows), but it says that they all are already downloaded onto my pc. I do find the items in my library but they won't play, I get the option to "locate" the missing original files or "cancel". I've even tried simply repurchasing the tv series, but I get a message to go to my purchases to redownload. Any suggestions on what to do?

If you plug in your iphone, click on it in iTunes, and go to the apps section, it should be checked to sync apps if you want them to show up in iTunes as well as your iPhone. Once synced they will show on both.
Then if you click Apps under the Library header in the left panel of iTunes, you'll be able to permanently delete apps, removing them entirely from iTunes. Highlight an app's icon or a group of icons by holding down Shift and hit the delete key (or select Edit > Delete from the top menu or right-click on an icon and selecting delete).

Using Lightroom 5.7, Raw files become from my Nikon D810 become corrupted when I select them to view or edit.

There are several likely sources of corruption, and video card would be far down on my list of possible suspects.
The transfer from camera card to hard disk is the most likely place for problem, either the card reader or USB cable can go bad. Another likely source of problems is the computer's hard disk is starting to fail. The camera card itself may be bad. And lastly, the memory in the computer may be malfunctioning.

Agent delivery content delivered in tab delimited when csv selected

I am facing an issue and I can't tell whether this is a bug or not. Running OBIEE 11.1.1.5 and creating an agent. When specifying the delivery content format to CSV it is always delivered as tab delimited. Is this a known issue? Is there any work around to have the output be CSV. Running the analysis and exporting manually exports correctly to csv. However it is not working in the agent

After some research it appears that maybe I can specify the delimiter used by the obiee agent. By default it is set to tab whereas I want to change it to a comma. Any help would appreciated.

Tabs reload when I click on one

Hi Safari (5.1) will reload a tab once I switch back to it, why does it do this? I have to wait for it to reload etc...

Safari in iPad is driving me crazy. Unlike tabs in Safari for Mac, the pages on the iPad seem to be hardwired to reload when you select them (I usually have several pages open and need to switch back and forth between them). And that means lots of wasted time waiting for pages to reload and many times the new page refreshes with different content so I've lost the exact page I was on. Is there a way to stop Safari from auto-reloading pages when they are selected? I'd prefer to have to manually initiate refreshes.

Your advice didn't work for me. Safari was the only app I had running, and I only had two tabs. I was attempting to post in school discussion forum. I opened a new tab, and found the link I wanted to reference. When I returned to the discussion board tab, the page reloaded and I lost everything I had typed thus far.

How do I get all of my favorites, transferred from IE11 to display when I select "favorites", instead of opening them as tabs?

I have transferred them over but when I select them, only a partial list is displayed. I can open them all as tabs but that is not satisfactory to me. I could see them all with IE11.

If there are problems with importing the IE Favorites in Firefox then export the favorites in IE to an HTML file and import that file in the Firefox Bookmarks Manager.
If you do not have the menu bar in IE then right-click the toolbar at the top or hold down the alt key to display the Menu Bar.

Why Are the Text Boxes I Create in a Layout Not Editable When I Add Them?

I've made some chapter and section layouts and in the layouts panel when I select them the text boxes are red and editable. But when I apply the layout to a page in my book, everything is greyed out. Nothing is locked, but now my layouts are useless.
Have anyone else had this issue? Am I just creating the text boxes incorrectly? What's the problem?

I figured it out but this is a HUGE gotcha for anyone else this happens to.
While editing layouts, there is an option in the Layout Tab in the Inspector called "Editable on Pages Using This Layout". This MUST be checked for each object you want to change in the pages you add to a book.

Pictures rotate when I send them from my Facinate

When I attempt to send a photo from my facinate phone, it frequently will rotate the photo 90 degrees.
I cannot seem to rotate back once it is attached to the message.
How can I send pictures always in the same position as they appear in my gallery when I select them to send?

No clue, but there are two settings you can test.
Mail > Edit > Attachments > Always Send Windows-Friendly Attachments
and
> Always Insert Attachments at End of Message

ok sorry everyone but i solved it myself but the solution is so nuts i've posted it here to help others who have the same problem.
to setup a comcast imap account on your iphone:
go to mail, contacts, etc in settings
under accts, select add account
select "other"
new screen, choose "add mail account"
now on the new acct screen you must enter your name, email address and password for your GMAIL acct ! (yes i said your gmail acct !, or some other acct with a NON comcast address).
hit next
then the acct verifies
when verified a screen will open with all the acct settings for this acct AND @ the top of the screen are the 2 buttons > imap or POP
select imap and THEN CHANGE ALL THE ACCOUNT information to the comcast account !
then hit next and the account will take a couple minutes to verify but it will verify and now you have a comcast imap acct set up on your iphone. The problem must be that when the iphone sends the initial verify acct info to comcast (if you enter that information first) the comcast server is simply not setup yet to signal the iphone that there is an imap option.
