Target URLs not loading

Question

Hello everyone.
I'm having a strange issue here that's probably going to turn out to be me just overlooking something really obvious in my HTML ... but anyway, if you can view the link below in your browser, you will see my live test site. Only two of the links (home page, sprint car pictorial) are actually linked to their respective pages at the time, but that should be enough for us to trouble shoot.

The problem is simple ... when you click either the "home page" or the "sprint car pictorial" links in the nav column to the left hand side of the page, the target URL doesn't load. I am using jquery here to do the drop down menu beneath the "article" link and that may be part of the problem, what with event propagation and all. Incidentally, my js code for that part is below.  Any ideas what is going wrong?

I apologize if I'm asking this question in the wrong forum, but this seems the most appropriate room since my question is HTML based.

I'm not sure if this is the totality of your issue,however your site url is index.php, and the link to your "Home" page is index.html.  You also have the html extensions on the other link.  The files do not seem to be loaded to the server.
