Task status not changing in UWL
Task status is not changed in UWL when the task is executed from UWL . workitems transfered from R/3 by executing a workflow .SAP says real time refresh not supports in this UWL version.
please let me know any workaround to solve this issue.

UWL does not refresh immediately. You need to refresh the UWL again.
As I saw over internet, the Real-time Refresh feature for Universal Worklist is available in SAP NetWeaver 702 SP02 and above, and SAP NetWeaver CE 7.20 SP01 and above.

Status Profile : Status not changing in CRM

Created order with header status as as " In process" , item status is defaulted to " open" and order replicatd to ECC , billed aswell . But when I checked in CRM still status not changing to completed but retains with In process at header level & open at item level.
I would expect order status should be completed at header level & Item level.
Is there any thing wrong with status profile settings at header & Item level? , I have created status profiles with following settings.

aggregation is not changing status on LTVD. (Possibly LTVD has been already agregated). Newly maintained LTVD is not changing status of the product, its remaining negative whatsoever.

Task status is not changed in UWL
Task status is not changing when it is executed in UWL. the tasks comes from R/3 when a workflow is executed . SAP says realtime refresh not supportinng in current version of UWL. please let me know any workaround to solve this issue.

Unfortuntely, there does not seem to be a 'working' workaround for the issue.
This is resolved however in SAP Netweaver 7.0 EhP2 or 7.20 versions.

Presence status not changed when using Lync 2010 Remote Call Control
Hello,
I'm currently testing the Remote Call Control functionality of Lync 2010. Call management works fine but I'm surprised that my presence status does not change to "In a Call" when the call is established.
OriginatedEvent, DeliveredEvent and EstablishedEvent are forwarded correctly to Lync Client 2010. All responses are "200 OK".
Is there something more to send to Lync Server 2010 so the status of the Lync Client gets correctly updated to "In a Call" ? Or is a plugin for the Lync Client necessary to achieve this ?

MartinI think there's something missing from your scenario and I don't believe you would need a plugin for this. It's been forever since I've set up RCC with Lync 2010 however. I know this isn't what you're looking for, but I've used this product in
the past to configure Lync and RCC with third party PBXs that don't support Lync/RCC but do have a TAPI interface.

Partititon1,2,3 in group ODS,FAC status not change after data redistribute

first thanks for your help. By now the db2 data redistribute has been sucessful. but another issue occurs , could you give me some suggestion?
1. run Tcode dbacockpit-->db2 for linux, unix, and windows database > configuration>database partiton group
i found the stutus in db partion group NGRP_FAC_AB7 and NGRP_ODS_AB7 and partion 1,2.3. is partion not in partitioning map containers created. I know if we want to change the status from this to partion in partioning map status , we should do a redistribute.
i have made a redistribute action like this
1. double click what i want to distribute
2. select the relevant partition , for example partition 0001
3 click the execute immediatelly button .
when i finished , the status is not changed . so i change the redistribute log located in /db2/db2ab7/sqllib/redist/ AB7.NGRP_FACT_AB7.2008022808582 .
the log message is
Data Redistribution cannot be continued.
Error: Redistribution failed with SQLCODE=-6047 (rc=-2145779603).
the SQL 6047 detail information is like the following. I don't know what happens.

Use the ALTER TABLE command to specify partitioning keys for
tables that do not have one. Then try the request againBefore redistribution, do your tables reside on only one partition? Does the error message you get list the table or tables that do not have a partitioning key?
All fact tables, ODS tables and PSA tables are created with a partitioning key in a SAP BI system. However, in the FACT and ODS tablespace, there are a few BI management tables (name starting with 'RS') that do not get a partitioning key by default if created in a tablespace on only one partition. The BI data distribution wizard in the DBA Cockpit takes care of some of these tables, for example RSDMFACTAB and RSDMODSTAB. Maybe there are some additional ones.
Please list the names of the tables without partitioning key. If the error message does not contain them, you can get them with the following SQL statement:

Task status: Not Authorized

I just upgraded from ARD2 to ARD3 and am no longer able to generate reports. Whenever I try, the Task Status column reads; Not Authorized (with a red exclaimation point). I am able to observe and control computers, but cannot generate reports, which I had been able to do in version 2. Thanks for any help with this.Hi,
I have the same problem here, where some clients are able to be reported and other not ("! Not Authorized" immediately after starting the report).
I have just find a (curious) workaround:
1. Select the client(s), go to Report > User history, select "Rebuild data for report" and press "Generate Report". You will obtain as result a "! Couldn't collect report data" error.
2. Select the client(s) and go to Report > Administration Settings... Check all fileds to be included in report an press "Get Report". For me all fields are "on" expected "Collect Application Usage Data" and "Collect User Accounting".
3. Try to report again. For me it works. I have tried to report "Software Version..." what failed on 8 for 13 computers (all running 10.4.5) and after this trick it works fine.

Status not changing to Available after sleep?
Just recently got my wife a MacBook (white). I got her setup with iChat and it's working well except for the status. When she wakes it from sleep, it logs her back into iChat, but keeps a status of "Away". I did change the option in Prefs to "Set me as Available" when coming back or something like that.
What am I doing wrong? Anyone?Hi,
In the General Section of the iChat Preferences you can set one of three option on "Returning to my Computer" which normally refers to Waking from Sleep or coming back from the Screen saver.
One of the options as you say, is to set the Status to Available (If it was set to Away before).
Like you I find it does not work.
I have also tried the sub-options in the Menu Bar Icon bit about Logging out of AIM if I quit (Which Sleep will be considered as the same thing).
Basically I was trying to find if this setting over-rides the lower one.
I Set it to At User Login set my Status to Available which I know works on Start up. But from Sleep this does not over-ride the Status Message when it is set to Away.
If the above setting is not set the same thing happens (it stays as Away when I wake the computer.
Whether I have it set to Set Me as Off Line when I Quit (paraphrased) or not also does not change the Status Message on waking the computer.
Not even turning Off Auto-Reply with Away message made any difference.
That leaves two things.
Does this setting have anything to do with Sleep of Screen Saver ? (is it something else ?)
Is it a bug ?
iChat help has this on Setting the Status.
If you are away from your computer for a time, your status is displayed as “Idle.” Messages that arrive while you’re away wait on your screen
This implies the former. i.e. if you have set the Status as Away and physically leave the computer and the Idle time kicks in before Sleep or Screen Saver then iChat will change you Status to Idle (Although it can not actually display this varient of Idle).
Also there is not setting if I am Idle change my status to Away either.
The Idle time is preset at 600 seconds (10 mins)
My Screen Saver kicks in earlier than this and may over-ride this.
Right this minute I do not have 10 ins to do something else or wait until the Idle time kicks in.
Summary.
This issue seems to be something based on what Away means in this context.
I suggest it refers to the Idle time (which is hidden from your Buddies if you have set Away as the Status).

HU status not changing after GR
Hi All,
For a stock transfer order we create outbound delivery and create HU and then do PGI and at the receiving site we do GR via HU in MIGO transaction.
however the status of the HU changes after it is created and after it is PGI ,,, but after doin GR the status does not change.
Please help me with this ,,,

Service Order status Not Changing From Resloved to Closed status
The service order Status not automatically moving from Resolved to closed after 30days.
Observation
We Revived program Z program ,seems to be fine.
I am set the program in debugging mode for testing the Service orders by reduce the time duraion for staus resolved to closed, am getting the getting the Error Test determination procedure is not evaluated .
Point of dout
1) Is there any relation between Test Determination Procedure and Z program.
2) while am checking for Text Customing for Consistency I found an error Log.
3) While creating Service Order Test field was Mandatory
for that have dout about is there any relation between for this program

I did connection test of the system object and the connector is working fine (using SAP Logon Tickets). When checking the UWL log I have found the following messages:

In relation to the scenario that you have described you mentioned the following:
When you are accessing the UWL application in portal you are getting the warning "cannot Connect to Provider You performed a connection test of the system object and the connector is working fine (using SAP Logon Tickets).
When checking the UWL log you have found the following messages:
"Problem in calling BWF API to retrieve inbox items in system SAP_ECC_HumanResources"."com.sap.portal.connectivity.ConnectivityRuntimeException: No more storage to append internal table".
Ok now in relation to the issue that you have described there are a few important points to highlight. The UWL follows and works from the concept off the UWL Destination Service Configuration.
Now although you mentioned the configurations are setup accordingly. I would like you to kindly review the UWL Destination Service Configuration as the smallest discrepancy maintained can cause unpredictable and unexpected behaviour.
SAP Note: Note 1133821 - UWL Destination Service configuration
When you followed and implemented SAP Note 1133821 - UWL Destination Service Configuration we need to make sure that connector names and also destination names match exactly (Case Sensitive).Example: I mean if your portal system alias (=UWL connector name) is for example XYZCLNT100, then the rfc destination name should be exactly XYZCLNT100$WebFlowConnector. After checking this and if you make any configuration changes
Clear the UWL Cache
Restart the UWL Service (during a period of downtime/low usage levels)
Let me provide a little more clarification regarding the importance of a correct UWL destination setup: The UWL works using two Pull operations. Firstly tasks are pulled from the backend into the UWL cache and they are then pulled a second time from the cache into the UWL User Interface. Due to this architecture there is an inherent delay in the automatic refresh's
of the UWL. There is no way, in the current architecture that the UWL can refresh instantaneously.
This is upon inital load as the cache must be built first upon logon.
So getting back to this error that you are encountering "Cannot connect to the provider". From a general troubleshooting and overview analysis guide I would like to point you in the direction of the following guideline link:

Now to be more focused in our investigation let us seperate your two log findings.
The first of which relates to:

Regarding the exception above did you attempt to recreate any system objects to see if that resolved the issue? Also kindly ensure your authorizations are configured correctly.
Secondly
"com.sap.portal.connectivity.ConnectivityRuntimeException: No more storage to append internal table".

These are details that you need in order for the performance to be optimal in the Universal Worklist. Please check through the documentation to see if your parameters are set accordingly and also that you have followed the information in this document.

Work flow task id not found in UWL config XML file

We are facing a strange issue with UWL XML file.
We are running EP 7.0 SP13
We configured UWL and we are able to see the work items in UML iview. These are the same work items as seen in SAP Inbox.
But when we open the uwl.webflow.<system alias> XML file corresponding to the back end system, We were not able to see the task id of the work flow item displayed in the UWL.
Any help on this would be highly appreciated.
