TDS Addon Installation Error

Hi,
When iam installing TDS Addon 1.36 it's showing error
message like Add-in TDS: Add on installation failed because
another version is already installed. please ensure that the
version number is higher than the version prasently installed.
I checked in Add and remove ther is no TDS Addon and i
removed here C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business
One\AddOns in this TDS Folder and
can i remove Addon Install.SBO And Addon
LocalReistration.Sbo Files in C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP
Business One here it will solve ?

there is already a new version for TDS Add-on which has come up. You can get that, and there is no problem in installing and its good too.You can contact Harish Kumar from Citixsys to get your new version.

SAP Business one 9.0 AddOn installer error

Hi Experts,
I have upgrade my SAP B1 from 8.82 to 9.0 PL 5. I have an addon also which is I compile with 9.0 DLLs. it is working fine if I direct connect by visual studio 2010 to any client 32-bit or 64 bit. But When I make an .ard file using B1DE 2.2.6 . it gives me error '"BadImageFormatException: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B)". I use the following steps for make an addon.
1. Run Addon Installer Wizard and follow all steps.
2. Change Compile -Advance Compile option -Any CPU.
3 Rebuild again project.
4. Rebuild ard file by clicking on batch file
Please suggest where is the gap. It tried to install on both client 32 bit or 64 bit, but it gives me above error.

Custom AddOn installation error on Windows Server 2008 64 bits

Hi All,
We have developed an AddOn that our client is currently testing on several Windows XP machines.
My client requested to install it also on a Windows Serer 2008 64bits machine, so we have compiled it (both the AddOn and the Setup Installer) to x64 bits with Visual Studio 2005.
However when we try to install it on the server and inside the SBO, we get the following error:
An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format (Exception HRESULT 0x8007000B)
The problem is that both EXE files (addon and installer) are in fact in x64 bit format because we get the standard error when we run with an 32bit machine (xxxx is not a valid Win32 application).
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Addon Installation Error on 2008 Server (64Bit)

I have installed an Add-On of our development on various PCs' without any problem. However on a specific server during the installation process we get an error:
"Error: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format (Exception from HRESULT:0X800700008)"
thats why i am cahanging my addon Code & Ard Proprties With CPU to x86
but i am facing new problem with this " Error : Wrong Digital Signature"
Client's Server is 2008 Small busness server 64 bit
B1 PL is 13

after you have rebuilded your application in x86 mode, of cource you should rebuild the installer also and generate a new ard file.

This error message coming by the ard should be regenerated.
This means, all the exisiting installation should be updated.

Hana One Addon installation error

I am unable to install the 69 addon to an existing Hana One instance (v 1.00.66.382664). I get the following error.
Install : The Package installation step Data_Backup Failed. Aborting operation
It looks like the logs for this instance are taking a lot of storage, but I can't confirm if that is indeed the issue, and if so, how do I configure those to not accumulate?

We were able to get the updates (69 and 70) to finally install by deleting (through the Backup Editor) all but one of the backup files. So that worked, kind of...
...now, we have the system showing the backups taking 186 GB, when there is only one backup file there and it is only 11GB. I was able to follow this Note ( Help set_retention_date() Procedure ) and set the retention date on log files to 3 days (just a dev system, so no need to really keep them any longer. Is there a way to configure something similar for the data backup files? And to force the cleanup of that diretory? (The Admin guide cautions about going into the directory at the OS level and deleting files as it may corrupt the system.)

SPM Addon Installation error due to BI cont 7.04

I am installing SPM 2.0 ( Spend Performance Management )on BI system with BI cont 7.04, installation is not starting complaining that BI CONT should be 7.03. Following messages are thrown in the SAINT.

I have proceeded as per note 1150822, downloaded 4th SP of the SPM 2.0 and uncared and kept that in EPS/in along with the SPM PAT/ATT files and retried the installing which went successful.

AFS 6.3 ADDON INSTALLATION ERROR

             I just now installed ECC 6.0 successfully , I now installing AFS 6.3 from the TCODE SAINT , But while importing the follwing error showing .

        Thanks , I done the index and activate for two objects successfully , But i cant do for the table        J_3ABDBS . Because the Adjust and activate database grayed , Iam not able to select that option , only Create database Index only avaliable for select . If i try to create means it gives the folowing error message .

I have downloaded SAPK-704IHINBICONT, SAPK-704UHINBICONT and SAPK-70401INBICONT but don't have SAPK-704DHINBICONT.
What exactly SAPK-704DHINBICONT is for?
You suggested me to use MOPZ for queue calculation, i don't know how to use it.
Can't we do this without using MOPZ?

"Error in function: Add Table not found [131-183]" - TDS Addon Version 3.16

While loading TDS Addon Version: 3.16 I am getting the undermentioned error:
"Error in function: Add Table not found [131-183]"
SAP B1, 2005B, PL 39.
It also shows the message that it is successfully installed. When I try to access any of the screen the above messge pops up.
This is very urgent kindly help me out.

The addon is a third party addon which was developed by CitiXSys. so the support is provided by the partner who developed the addon.
Go to the vendor Citixys for further support will give you a quick reply.

TDS Addon,XL Reporter addon installation failed while connecting Citrix

Hai!
I am using SAP B1 PL 42
I have installed, MS sql Client,SAP B1 client and Addons in my citrix
server.
It's installed successfully and i able to log in,Connect TDS,XLR
Addons.
I publieshed SAP B1 in citrix.While i log in through citrix.
TDS Addon and XL-reporter addon's are showing error and failed to
connect.
Error Msg screen shot is attahched in the SAP B1 Support Message.

Hi wen im trying to install addon on x64 2003 server its throwing me error

When the TDS Addon 5.3 version is installed, its installed successfully. But after starting the Add on, a error Internal error - 1684' is thrown.
Please tell us a solution.
(In another system we tried installing the latest version 5.6, but still we got the same error)

This error could be cause by a versioning or corrupted installation:
1. For the version please check if you have another add-on installed with the same version like 2.1.2 (try to change it add-on file and try again)
You can also try to change the add-on installation order (in case of you have another add-ons installed).
2. If checking the version does not help please check those notes on How to clean client after corrupt installation of addon and also Re-registering the UI.

Presently i am working on SAP 2007 B PL07 , when i am trying to install TDS Addon 4.8 it is giving me error "Wrong Digital Signature Error".

Hi,
Please check the following steps :
1. Please go to the SBO-COMMON database, find table SARI, you will get
the data entry for your Addon. Please check the value of field
"AddOnChk". This is the digital signature of Addon executable file.
2. Then go to installer package of the Addon, open the ard file
with notepad then check the value of "addonsig".
3. Compare these two values, if they are different, please overwrite
"AddOnChk" field in database with the value of "addonsig" in ard file.
and then try to start the addon again.
4. If there are the same, the ard file or the executable file has been
corrupted. I would like to suggest you remove the installer package
from your machine, and download a fresh installer of Addon.
After that, please follow the steps as per the Note no. 819501
to make your machine clean and then install the addon again.
