TECO Process Order

Hi,
I am not able to TECO the process Order if the Contol recipees were generated (CRCR). this CRCR status automatically genreates when the Process Orders are released. threre were no confirmations, GIs, or any postings done. How can i TECO the Process Orders with this status.
Thanks,
Nagesh.

Dear,
It is because default SAP status settings does not allow TECO when CRCR is active. I think it is not advisable to change the std one though BS22 - I00045 for TECO here permitted for CRCR.
Standard practice is that you need to make system status CRFI ,
Transaction CO57, to trigger manually a process message with message Category PI_CRST for the process order and Control reciepe combination. Then use Transaction CO54 to send the Message to the process order.

  • TECO process order in CORK User exit (ZXCOFU10)

    Hi,
I am trying to implement an auto-TECO process during confirmation (CNF). This process should change the process order status to TECO and also update the TECO date (AUFK-IDAT2). Using CORK userexit, EXIT_SAPLCORF_405 (ZXCOFU10), I tried using STATUS_CHANGE_FOR_ACTIVITY function module but it doesn't update AUFK-IDAT2 field.
I tried also using BAPI_PROCORD_COMPLETE_TECH as well but there seems to be a problem using this BAPI in this userexit. I can't seem to reverse the confirmation after this process. Before the BAPI, I inserted a COMMIT WORK AND WAIT. Does this have anything to do with the problem?
I tried using Call transaction 'COR2' but this does not work since the process order is locked to CORK.
Is there a way to change the status of the process order to TECO during this userexit and update the TECO date (AUFK-IDAT2) as well? Is BAPI the way to go or is there another way?
    Thanks,
    Kaine

are you passing all the key info to the RESBD table..
Did you checked it in debug mode.

  • Global Standard for TECOing Process Orders

    Hi All,
Is there any standard rule for how long it should take for a process order to be TECO'ed?
Currently our PO's get TECO'ed anywhere between 2-8 days after confirmation. But we do have them all TECO'ed prior to month end. I would prefer to set a general rule (based on global and benchmarking standards) on how many days it should take us to TECO them.
    Appreciate your help and inputs.
    Thanks,
    Deeksha

    Dear Deeksha,
Once the process order has been confirmed with final confirmation or say the complete confirmation, goods movements(Gi&Gr)
activities are completed, then the TECO status can be set on the same day of final confirmation and GR or else on the next day.
If my understanding is correct then SAP suggests to set the TECO status once the shop floor activities are completed and no
where I could see the no of days for performing this activity.
If required this can be individually set at process order level in COR2 or else as month ending activity by setting TECO for a list
of process orders using T.Code COHVPI.
    Check and revert back.

  • Problem in reversing the released Process order.

    Hi PP Gurus,
When I'm trying to reverse the Process order release in change process order COR2 system is not allowing me as the menu option is Gray. When I released processed order Control recipe is generated and due to some problem in PI sheet I discarded in CO60 transaction code. So can anybody please tell me how to handle this situation? I mean is this can be resolved by configuration or enhancement?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Abu Arbab

    Hi Krishna,
    Thanks for reply.
Now tell me what should be the approach we if we don't want to delete the Process order? Say PI sheet is created and sent to it's destination through Background job and later we found some error in PI sheet so and we've discarded that PI sheet. In case when I don't want to delete or Teco Process order, what will be the process in this case?

  • Goods Movement for Process Order

    Hi PP Experts.
Is it possible to take goods movement in TECO process order directly.
is there any other possibility for take goods movements in TECO process order?

    Hi,
After TECO you can't do Goods Movements. For carrying out , GOOds Movements you need to revoke TECO in process order as following :
GO to COR2-> Process Order Menu->Functions->Restrict Processing-->Revoke Technical Completion and Save.
After revoking TECO , You can carry out Goods Movements.
    Hope this helps.
    Revert if any doubt.
    Award points if useful.

  • Problem in TECOing/Closing the process order.

    Hi PP Gurus,
We're facing a problem when trying to TECO the process order and system is generating the error message
Message no. BS013 (System status CRCR is active (ORD 1000xxxxxx))
We're using Browser based PI sheet here to process the order.
If anybody faced the same, please reply.
    Regards,
    Abu Arbab

    Hi Rupesh,
    Thanks for reply
Though we set 'Clear Reservation' in intial screen of COR6N/CORK/CO15/Co11N, it'll wok only for those components which are having Backflush indicator set. As in PI sheet, Goods Issues section is completely different and Ticket confirmation is different. And the components that we're using are not backflushed components, so it makes no sense though we put Clear Reservation in confirmation through PI sheet.
Now the actual issue comes into picture when in Goods Issue table we put Issue indicator= final and it is properly updated for that component in MSEG table. But when we go and check in RESB table or COR3/COR2 there is no final indicator set in Component detail. Is this standard behavior of SAP or are we missing something here?
    Please help

  • Process order closing when TECO...

    Hi Gurus,
Can anybody help me to close the process order having status as...
" TECO PRC BASC BCRQ CNC MANC SETC VCAL"....
In short...The order was not  released and confirmed....Just the order was created and then TECO'ed....
    Thanks,
    Ameya K.

    Hi Ameya,
You can only perform (business) closing for a process order if:
The order has status Released (REL), Control recipe created (CRCR) or Control recipe discarded (CRAB), or Technically completed (TECO). To have status Technically completed, the order must have already reached status Released.
    The order balance is 0.
There are no more open purchase requisitions, orders, or commitments for it.
All data related to the process order is available and correct (For example, the inspection lots for the order must be completed).
There are no future change records from the confirmation processes.
So revoke TECO, set to REL , then change to TECO & CLSD.
    Hope this resolves your issue

  • Process Order error during TECO

    Hi gurus
The user is encountering an error with her Process Order. When she is trying to TECO the order, an error pops out saying "Cancel Scheduling" is not allowed. SAP says that the current status of the object prohibits 'cancel scheduling'. The process order has the following statuses: REL PCNF DLV PRC BASC BCRQ EXPL EXTS
    Please help

    Hello Obie,
    Please try the following steps
Reverse all the confirmation (Goods receipt against the order)
    Then Re-read the master data
This will flip the status of the order to CRTD (created) and all the operation will be back to initial .
Release the order and confirm the qty which was cancelled in first step
Now try to TECO the order.
If you are still gettting the error then let us know.
    I hope the information helps
    Cheers

  • TECO the process order

Why do we need to discard the control recipe in order to set the process order to TECO.
Is it possible to TECO the process material even the status is CRCR or control recipe created?

    Hi Ellen
Yeah you need to make system status CRFI , do with follwing steps
Transaction CO57, to trigger manually a process message with message Category PI_CRST for the process order and Control reciepe combination.
Then use Transaction CO54 to send the Message to the process order.
Pls reward if it is closed

  • Process order confirmation date

    Hi all,
I am making a Zreport in PP along with the ABAPER for my client. In the report output there is one column named as "Actual finish date" which as the name suggests is the process order finished date for confirmation.
For this I am using "GLTRIactual finish date" field from AFKO table. But in this table many of the process orders are showing the date as "00:00:0000" even though the process order is confirmed & in the order header some value for actual finish date field-GLTRI is there.
When i see the same order in S021 the same field shows some date value.
Since some ABAP coding is done I want to use only AFKO & not S021.
Can any body help me to solve the problem of GLTRI not getting updated in AFKO.
    Regards,
    Manish Phatak

    Dear Vishal,
    Thanks for ur answer.
I have already rewarded for the same.
I will like to know that wheather it is only "closed" OR "TECO" will also update GLTRI in the table..

  • Missing parts for Process orders

    Hi Experts,
We are trying to find out the Transaction to faciltate the Missing parts list for the process order even after the order has been completed having the Status TECO, CLSD. This is to understand whether proper enough materials are consumed for the order or not. Based on that Production incharge can ensure the component consumption is made as per the Process order requirement.
We are trying with CO24, this is showing the missing parts list if order does not contain TECO and CLSD status.
Also we are checking with COOISPI, COID, but could find the correct feature out of them.
Do we need to develop any customized report with the help ABAPers. If yes please guide us the method.
Please help us in acheiving the list of components which are not consumed as per the Process order requirement.
Also guide us to identify the list of materials which are excess consumed for the Process order.
    Thanks in advance..

    Hi Jiaul,
Thank you very much for your reply.
So we need to develop the program to flag the missing parts and its qty even after the Order has the status TECO or CLSD.
Can you please provide logic to develop the Program.
I am thinking to take the inputs from process order required qty Vs withdrwan qty. if the Qty difference is positve, which should come under missing parts. if the difference is still negative means excess qty consumed.
    Waiting for suggestions
    Thanks in advance

  • Inspection lot of cancelled process orders

    Hi Gurus,
I would like to ask if there is an easier way of knowing if the order of an inspection lot was cancelled. Right now the business is on early lot creation, meaning once the order is created an inspection lot is also created. The problem is when the order is cancelled there is no way of knowing it through QA32 unless you go to the order itself.
Is there an easier way of knowing what orders are cancelled (TECO without confirmation)?
    Thank you for your help!
    Eva

    Hi,
But they don't really cancel process orders. They use TECO.
    Thank you.

  • Final Delivery indicator in Goods Receipt tab in Process Order

    Hello Friends,
I have one doubt, thought to discuss with you.Whats the importance of Final delivery indicator in Process order.I know that if any further goods receipt is not accepted against the order than we should tick this indicator, because of which system sets the DLV status at order header level or if goods receipt qty against the order is equal to order qty than system automatically sets this indicator.
when we do the settlement of order than system looks either for TECO or DLV status of order , if its find  there than system consider such orders for settlement.
Now my question is suppose i have done the Goods Receipt against the order less than the order qty, than system will set the PDLV Status against that order. Now no further goods receipt is  expected against that order. Now i haven't set the Final delivery indicator in goods receipt tab in process order. But i have technically completed the order, because of which system has set the TECO status against that order.
Will system allow me to settle such order?and viceversa, if order has DLV status at header level and no TECO status, than system will allow to settle such order? If yes than whats the other use of Final Delivery indicator in process order? Is it important to set that indicator from settlement point of view only?
As far as i know, system allows us to do,but on this issue i have got different answers from different person. So bit confused.

    Dear,

    Yes
If yes than whats the other use of Final Delivery indicator in process order? Is it important to set that indicator from settlement point of view only?
You need to Final confirm (CNF) the Order to get the DLV Status.
Or if the Delivery completed indicator is set in the Process Order, then also th System status will be DLV
If your order quantity10 and you produced 10 quantity it means that order is fully deliver  then Final delivery will automatically be set.
The "delivery completed" indicator has the following effects:
o The item is regarded as closed, even if the total quantity was not delivered.
o A further delivery is not expected, may, however, arrive.
If status is DLV then it cannot be a WIP stage where the the good are posted to stock and production is completed
Please refer this thread fro DLV and TECO,
