The "Adobe PDF" menu choice does not appear on Excel Menu

I've installed Acrobat 9.1.2 and the "Adobe PDF" menu choice does not appear on the Excel 2000 Menu. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Microsoft Office option in PDF Maker with no change. It does appear on the Word 2000 Menu. Adobe 8.1.3 shows on all apps of Microsoft 2000 (on different computers.)

According to Version Compatibility of Acrobat PDFMakers Office 2000 is not suupported by Acrobat 9.

Hi to all! When I first installed SmartView, everything was ok - "Hyperion" menu item appeared in Excel and I successfully established connection to Planning and worked with data in Excel. Then, once upon a time I happened to select all data through Ctrl+A in the data form open in Excel and tried to copy it to another worksheet in the same workbook, Excel threw out a message about some serious error and informed me that the Hyperion Add-on would be removed. So it was removed in fact. When I was reinstalling Smart-View, all the installation went smoothly but the "Hyperion" menu item did not appear in Excel again. I tried to reinstall both Excel and SmartView and rebooted the system several times but the Hyperion menu item still does not appear in Excel. Can anyone hint me on how to solve this? I updated Fox fire and I have lost the add on auto dial .. I have tried to redown load the add on and it does not appear on my menu bar..

I had the add on auto dial then there was a Firefox upgrade and auto dial disappeared from my menu bar. I have tired to redown load auto dial. It says that it will be added when I restart Firefox. I restart in auto dial does not reappear.

It is almost as if the program does not exist on my computer. If I search for it, the only thing that comes up is the installer. I cannot find it anywhere despite the fact I have installed it numerous times, uninstalled it and conducted a fresh install, and the Adobe website checks says that it is installed.

Thanks so much Woodsroad. I had the exact same problem with my Dell Windows 7 64 bit with AMD Radeon 6700 Video card.
All the video tests passed with flying colors.
The sniffer rename trick fixed the problem.

I still can't find a solution. Changing the parameter wmode:transparent works for .swf files but .flv files do not have the option to add this parameter. If you add it in the script manually it doesn't do anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I cn't find any solution online.

Win 7 Home Premium. Photoshop CC was crashing constantly and some features would not work properly. I uninstalled and now cannot get it to reinstall from the CC Website, Photoshop CC does not appear in the CC Desktop app. In the past I have been directed to a page where I could directly access the download, but I cannot find that page.

Might depend on the OS that you did not mention. Try doing the updates and see if that solves the problem. Otherwise, tell us more about your OS.

The option "Build-in Output" does not appear under my Sound preferences

The sound stopped coming out of my built in speakers. The sound does come through headphonse. The option "Built-in Output" does not appear under my Sound preferences. How can I restore the Built-in Output option under my Sound preferences. Currently the only option that displays is "Digital Out".

Please stop sticking things in your audio ports. you can very easily damage the switch. There is a simple procedure that usually will switch your mac back to internal speakers.
1. open the Audio MID setup app in your utilities folder.
2. Select 'built in output'
3. try the 'source' pull down menu. probably it will read 'digital out' with no other options.
4. control click the 'built in output' option on the left and select 'configure speakers' from the pull down menu.
5. a drop down window will open. Make sure 'Stereo' is selected and click 'done'
6. The Source pulldown menu should now read 'internal speakers'
7. Close the Audio MIDI setup app and get back to work

After Adobe Download Assistant is installed, you can start it at any time and select a product to download at the bottom of the window. The list updates as new products become available to download with the Adobe Download Assistant.

Did you try to use the search function "spotlight" to find the app on your device? Go to your main screen and swipe once more to the right to open spotlight and search for it.
Also try to reset the ipod by holding the sleep and home button until the Apple logo comes back again, or reset your Home Screen by going to Settings/General/Reset ->Reset Home Screen

Ipad takes photo every time I close the cover of its case. When I close the cover - it really does take a picture and saves a photo. Luckly, it make a click, and pictures are seen in the photo album, and it does not appear to be forwarding.

It seems to take a picture of the counter top = I do not see the keyboard.
I am wondering ....It may be a kids game app that takes pictures of the screen or out the back camera. I am starting to think it may just be a sound effect when placing the iPad on its screen. So many things that may be unrelated but coincedental. It started in May (the sound) and so did the multiple pictures - starting to think they are not related.

Since upgrading to Firefox 4, the address of the page I am on, does not appear. I often want to send the link to someone, but now I can't.

You will all be interested to know, I had been unable to see the link of the page I was on, nor was I able to go back or forward on any webpage.............
Both problems were solved when I disabled the "Color Tabs" Add On.
I literally went through each add on, disabling it, and then re-starting Firefox. Again, when I disabled "Color Tabs", problem(s) solved..........
I impressed even myself.

I guess certain Add-Ons affect each computer differently, based on what you already have added.
