I Updated the Apple TV and now it requested to start the configuratio all over again and is stocked at setting date and time, can somebody help me?

That means it is having trouble connecting to the network. Make sure location is set correctly. Go to settings - general - network and ensure DNS is set to automatic. Check that your router is up to date. If on wifi try Ethernet.

I don't have an answer to your specific question but trying to use the Apple TV with a cellular connection is not advisable, you will use up your monthly allowance in minutes.

Assuming this is not the first time you have used your Apple TV
You might try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Also try restarting the router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
If the problem persists, try a restore, you may want to try the previous procedures several times before doing this.
If restoring from the Apple TV doesn't help, try restoring from iTunes using a USB cable.
If this is a new Apple TV, in addition to trying the above, it may also be that your network router is not allowing access to the timeserver, check that your router allows access over port 123.

MyRio Cannot Communicate When the Getting Started Wizard Tries to Set Date and Time

I cannot seem to get MyRio to communicate with my computer. I have installed all the items on both discs and applied any updates that it asked me to do. I plug in the MyRio, the device window pops up and I click the Getting Started Wizard. The myRio is found by the computer and I click on it. It says checking software, then asks me to rename it. I do so and then it attempts to set the date and time. At this point it says it cannot communicate with the myRio and to check that the power supply and USB are plugged in, which are obviously connected since the computer was able to find the myRio in the first place.
NI MAX can see the myRio, says that it is in "Safe Mode (Software not installed)."
There may be a problem with conflicting LabViews, since I had 2012 originally before installing the 2014 packages. Does anyone know if the myRio discs are installing the full LabView 2014, or just packages for LabView 2014 that will not work without first installing the full LabView 2014? Or is there a quick fix for this?

My apple TV is having trouble setting date and time

While fast forwarding a purchased movie, ATV froze. Then it wouldn't play any movies. Unplugged it, restarted it, tried to reset the settings, and it keeps getting hung up on date and time. Any ideas?

It is having trouble connecting to the network. Make sure location is set correctly, DNS should be on automatic (settings - general - network). If on wifi try Ethernet. Make sure router is up to date. Reboot ATV and router

Aha! A bit more searching and I found the answer that just fixed it for me.
Press Menu and the Back arrow at the same time until a broken chain icon appears on the top left of the screen.
Let them go....
Press Menu and Right arrow (forward arrow) until a "fixed" or "whole" chain appears.
This enabled my apple tv to once again respond and get off the "setting time and date" screen.

Why is the screen from my Apple TV doesn't go past setting date and time and the screen stays black

My Apple TV screen turns on black and stays on setting date and time a few seconds after that it stays black but on light is still on and nothing else happens,I can't get it to do anything else!I just moved and have a new router and I think that might be the reason but I don't know! I have already reset my ATV3 to factory defaults twice and connected it directly to the router, but the problem remains the same... BTW, I connected it to the two routers of two different networks I have at home... It reacts the same to both nw....

It's not related to any hacking.
Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
    1.    Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
    2.    Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
    3.    Restart your router.
    4.    Reset the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings)
    5.    Restore the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Restore)

This will normally happen if you continually turn the AppleTV off at the wall (happens each time you turn it on). If its stuck on that, just turn it completely off, then see if it gets stuck on that again. If it keeps getting stuck (as in for more than 5 minutes) on it, plug it into your computer and attempt to update the AppleTV. You may need to restore it if the software is already up to date or it's still not working after the update.
