Your toolbar? Mountain Lion is downloaded from the App Store, not a browser.
Launch the App Store then click Purchases from the menu at the top of the window.
You may need to click Store > Sign In (top of the App Store window) in order to view your purchases.

I have a similar situation. My iPhone 4 was running 6.1.2 and looked normal this morning. After 1 hour, I noticed the same screen problem, distorted colors, x-ray like pictures and the previous picture/screen mixed with current picture/screen. I have tried to reset to factory & restore and just reset to factory but those didn't help. Then I upgraded to 6.1.3 but it still didn't help.

I've been using Home Sharing for all of my iOS devices for a whole now. In the last few days it suddenly stopped working. I don't see the 'Shared' tab on any of my devices anymore. Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray BEFORE doing the reset.

Ok Fellas, let me give you a clue: Games, particularly those that make heavy use of graphics and sound are notoriously power hungry. In fact, when I was in the Navy many years ago, the folks working on the NTDS (Navy Tactical Data System) computers used a version of Space Invaders to load test the AN/UYK-43 computers.
I have also noticed that all of my laptops (I have a brand new Toshiba dual core, an older Toshiba single core, plus 2 Dell dual core machines) have significantly shorter battery life when I play Company of Heroes than when I am just reading e-mail or surfing the 'Net. I have also noticed the same behavior when I play games on my 4th gen Touch and my iPhone 4.
The fact is, iOS 5 did make some major improvements as well as adding some nice functionality like iMessage, wireless synch, and such, but the down side is that depending on how you use the device battery life can be shorter that what you may have experienced with pervious versions of iOS. Its just the nature of the beast...

Do you have Time Machine enabled. If so, go back through your previous months until it features in your Application folder. Then restore.

Video purchase has disappeared from my iTunes library and from the store.

I have recently discovered that a video which I had purchased from the iTunes store about 2 years ago (Leonard Cohen's "Closing Time") has disappeared from my iTunes library. I did not delete it, and I have not had any computer issues which required backup. The purchase is still listed in my iTunes account, but other than that it is as if the whole download never happened. It appears that the store no longer sells the video, and when I "reported" the problem on the account page it was if I was talking to myself ! To keep things simple I took the position that I wanted to repurchase the video, but the Apple representative offered me a credit. When I refused that as a solution, saying I wanted him to tell me how I could repurchase the specific video, one which I owned, he backed off and ultimately said that he was going to submit the matter for investigation, and that I should get back in touch with Apple after a few weeks. (This has brought all my conspiracy thinking tendencies to the surface !) Has anyone else had a similiar experience with a purchased item disappearing for no apparent reason ?

Today i went to add a bunch of movies to my wife's iPad. I realized she had not seen The Book of Eli so i went to add it but it was missing. Same story as above. I have not moved the file, or deleted it. It is just missing from my USB HDD where all my movies are. iTunes store no longer sales the movie.

Delete the App Store app by dragging it and dropping it into the Trash. Then download and install the appropriate update combo for your version of OS X;

I already had that done IE. I had duet already chosen as input and output etc etc.
The problem seemed to be the issue that was addressed by Eriksimon:
(( ctrl-click the track Header.))
Following that advice gave me a drop down menu which allowed the various buttons to be
checked and unchecked.

It appears that Logic has been put
together by techies who, (though they
may be brilliant at computer software issues), then have
virtually no skill or imagination with regards explaining
how to use it, to the actual users.
I have a PhD in Egyptology. I mention this not
because I think it a particularly brilliant acheivement
but just to indicate that I am not a total dummy.
More to the point I find using Logic needlessly tiresome
and the explanations that are given in the "Help" menu
are nothing short of tragic. Perhaps Apple could start to give
out free ropes or razor blades to everyone who buys the program.
Not to say it is not much better that the other junk out there, it is,
the sorry fact is that that is not saying much at all.
I send sincere thanks to all the users out there who support
