when i click "download" or "update" the apps say waiting and then about 5 seconds later they just disappear from the screen like i never got them to download or update...i've tried it a million times and its definitly not the connection..it also isnt my account cuz it works to download apps on the computer..i just cant download anything on my ipod (all my apps that i have work).helpp pleasse

Resetting settings does not remove Restrictions. Thus as Diavonex asked:
Did you set any restrictions on the iPod?
Settings>General>Restrictions>Installing Apps

i Have tried to download many apps now, after downloading flappy bird, my ipod wont let me play any games without lagging or glitching out. An example of this is downloading iron pants. the app downloads and starts up just fin but when i click start it imediatly crashes and does not work.

The latest iOS for your phone is iOS 4.2.1 and there are not many apps compatible with that superseded phone.

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC (together with the Apps) doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

- First try resetting the iPod:

I tied to sync my ipod to the itunes but, the apps wont sync it just says the apps will be replaced with the ones on the itunes library,but there isnt any apps on there, i deleted all the apps after i use to use the library for my old iphone helpp\!!!!!!!

You can only sync with one ITunes library. It you switch iTunes library iTunes will erase the iPod and replace it contents with what is in the library of the new computer.

First try a hard reset. To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
If still no luck, try downloading another free app from the App Store.

Over the weekend i downloaded the new ios6, but since doing so i have had a few conflicts with the apps that are on my ipod touch - is anyone else having any issues and is there a patch, remedy or even anyway of having the other version previous ?

You will be using your original AppleID and password. that works for any computer you own now or in the future. Do not make a new appleID.

do a hard reset.
Press and hold top power button and home button at the same time for 6-8 seconds until phone restarts.
when phone powers back on it may say connect to wi fi.
also try updating one file at a time instead of all at once.

My iPod lately has not allowed any purchases to download. It kept telling me log on to my iTunes store on my computer and the apps will then appear. I did this. Even tho I was already signed on. No changes. Apps didn't appear. So it then told me download latest iTunes.I did. My computer no longer has any of my music oni even tho its still all on my ipod. It also still will not allow the apps to download. Any suggestions?
