It still works on my iPad - is it working on any of your apps e.g. Safari, Mail, Notes, and are you touching right at the top of the screen (I've seen a few other posts implying that the area of the screen that you need to touch isn't quite as deep as it used to be) ? Have you tried a reset to see if it works after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I have tried to re-install the previous version several times, but I still get the error message:
I even went to the originally downloaded extension & used it to install DPS, but that didn't work.No. As that message states, DPS is no longer supported in CS5 or CS5.5. This was announced months ago.

Use your backup copy of your library to put it back on your computer.

In previous versions of i Tunes I could highlight a song in my library and a genious list would show on the right side of the screen listing songs that were like the one highlighted. Now I do not get that list. Is there a way to get that back?

How to Use Multiple iDevices with One Computer -
When I plugged my iphone into the computer for the first time i lost all my music and ringtones. Is there a way to get them back without buying them again, or will I have to buy them again.
Download the free app My Contacts Backup and use it to back up the contacts on your device now (it will back them up as an attachment to an email that you send to yourself). Then restore your device to your most recent backup to see if it will recover your contacts. If not, if necessary you can open the email and tap the attachment to re-import the contacts you have now back to your device.
If you need to restore to an iCloud backup this has to be done in the initial setup process, which requires you to first erase your device. If you have any more recent data on your device now that is not in the backup that you want to save you'll need to do that first. Then go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. You will then go through the setup screens on your device, and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup (see image below). Be sure you are connected to wifi and your charger as this will take some time to finish. -

I am currently using iPhone 3GS and when I am going to download foursquare which is a FREE application in the App Store, it came up with a message saying Verification Required which means I need to pay for it. Can anyone tell me how to solve the problem? For further informations, I am currently using Windows running Vista. Special thanks to those who replied.
Your iTunes account sounds like it does not have a credit card or payment attached to it. Even free apps require that you have entered payment information even though you won't be charged for the app.

The app store keeps popping up (with an app to download) while using other apps. It is getting incredibly annoying. I am currently using the QR reader app. How do I get it to stop?
you can try a soft reset, or u can try to turn it off and then back on. Or take it to the apple store and see what they say about it. Hope this helps

My daughter accidentally deleted her texting app off of her i-pod 4th generation. Is there a way to get it back? Or, is the there a way to re-install or install a new one. The issue seems to be not being able to load a newer ios.

I understand that you are not able to locate the Messages application on your daughters iPod touch (4th generation). The good news is that this application cannot be deleted or restricted. The first suggestion I have is to try and search for Messages using Spotlight to search the iPod touch for this application. If Messages is located in Spotlight, then it has probably been moved to a different page of applications or even possibly a folder of applications on the device. Searching all pages will help you locate it.

Are you using iCloud for your calendar? When you go to the www.icloud.com website, do you see all of your entries there? The troubleshooting steps in the article below should help you with this:

Hi. I clicked some snaps from my iphone and post that without copying it i restored the iphone with all apps etc available from the backup taken. How do i get back the photos which were clicked earlier. Is there a way to get it back?? Please help
Yes i had not taken back up before restoring it. However i was just going through some links on the net and there is a software available for MAC to retrieve such lost data. But the point is will the said software work on iphone as the OS is not MAC..
Will have to give a try to this. If successful will share it with all. Anyone else has any idea about this please so share.
