I replied to them for a waiver., and they reply with quite a similar email again, without helping.
The customer service IMO just use a template to answer question. Refer me back to the developer , which is apple itself

I have been using Elements 8 ever since it came out, and all of a sudden the cropping tool has changed: I can no longer crop horizontally or vertically, only diagonally. Quit the editor (Quit PSE on a mac). Then restart it while holding down ctrl+alt+shift (command+option+shift). Keep the keys down till you see a window asking if you want to delete the settings file. You do.

I would recommend trying the steps in the article below.
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

Once these steps are processed, attempt to accept the terms and conditions.
Also, you can make a purchase via the iTunes Store on the computer. This should allow you to bypass accepting the terms and conditions on the device.

Correct. When you did that, you voided all warranty/support, & forfeited the right to an out of warranty replacement.
There was nothing wrong with the screen I bought,
And, exactly, how do you know that? Since Apple DOES NOT sell iPhone parts, there is no official source for genuine parts. Thus, many on the market are counterfeit & produce nothing but problems.

I don't know what I did, but Aperture no longer sees my HD as online, and I can't get my photo versions since the HD is not online. I see it in Finder and can see the original files and even copy them from Finder, but Aperture no longer recognizes the HD, and when I try to work with the picture, it doesn't let me because it says that the master is in a volume that's offline. Does someone know how to fix this?
Just to clarify:
Does Aperture not see the drive at all (that is, does Aperture also not see the drive in the import and export dialogue) or are only the Master Files disconnected?
If Aperture does not recognize the drive at all, check the permission settings of the drive in the "Get Info" panel and make sure you have read/write access, also the "Ignore ownership on this volumn" checkmark, this should be set.
If correcting the permissions does not help, make sure you have a backup, and then use "Disk Utility" to run a check and to repair the volumn, if necessary.
If Aperture can see the drive on import and export, but only does not see the master image files, then try to reconnect your masters.
Create a smart album or use a Search with the rule: "File status: offline", to select all images that need reconnecting to their masters.
Right click on the first image of the selection.
From the Pop-up window select "Locate referenced Files..."
Now the "Reconnect All" button should appear.
Click it. -

HELP! I need these softwares for educational purposes ASAP! I'm not sure whether or not I should purchase any of them, due to the fact they are under the free category, yet if I click each app they all say to "buy now" for a certain price. This is questionable to me, and I am unsure what the real cost of them are before I attempt to make any purchases or not. If anyone could let me know soon please, that'd be great. All Apple computer come with the iLife suite of App totally free and they are installed on your Mac by the factory when it was built and shipped.
Those iLife apps are iPhoto, iMovie and GarageBand on Mac computers that came with any of the Download Only version of OS X, Lion Mt Lion and Mavericks and also include iDVD and iWeb on older Mac computers that came with OS X Snow Leopard or previous version of OS X.
If they are not already on your Mac then you can reinstall them from either the Mac App Store, for Mac's that came with Lion, Mt Lion or Mavericks, or from the Original System Reinstall DVD discs on older Mac that came with Snow Leopard or previous version of OS X.
You need to post what model year Mac you are using and whether or not you bought it new from Apple or an Autherised Apple reseller.
As for the iWork set of applications, Pages, Numbers and Keynote, those you need to buy from the Mac App Store unless you purchase your Mac New from Apple or an Authorized Apple reseller on or after October 21 2013.

IPad Mini w/Retina on display at Apple Stores?
From what I understand... they can't be purchased at the Apple retail stores just yet... But does anyone know if they're on display at the Apple Stores as of now? I'd like to go in and take a look at it.
I just bought one today and they are really nice. As of now you can get them shipped 16 gb versions 1-3 days and all other capacities 5-10 days. You can also do personal pick up (what i did) and get it today. You cannot just go in and buy one, as of now . You need to schedule an appointment or personal pickup to get one. I do believe that they are in the apple store right now but I'm not 100% sure.

If i synchronise one book there is no problem,
when I sinchronise more books then chapters from diffrent books stand togheter.
In I-tunes the books are not mixed.
In my ipod classic the books are mixed.
I use the latest version from i-tunes
I work with windows vista pro NLThe easiest thing to do is to make a playlist for each book. I have about ten audiobooks on my iPod and have the same problem with everything being put together in one long list. The iPod does not treat each book as it does an album by grouping each audiobook in one folder, it just lumps them all together in one long list.

My nano ipod only reads 4 albums from the entire library since the newest version of iTunes. What can I do to fix this?
Apparently it's related to the Firefox plug in.
This isn't exactly a solution but more of a way to avoid opening PDFs with Firefox's plug in.
1. Highlight "Tools" from the Menu Bar in the top left of the screen (or click "Options" if using the Firefox Compact Menu)
2. Select to "Options
3. Select "Applications"
4. Look for "Adobe Acrobat Document" under Content Type and to the right under Action select "Use Adobe Reader (default)" instead of the using Adobe Acrobat in Firefox
5. Open a test PDF. It should open in it's own window now.
Again, not a complete solution but something that'll at least let you scroll with PDFs open.
