The itunes store wont let me add my credit card it always says carrect something but theres nothin to correct?
when i got to my account settings and edit payment information i put in my credit card and it always comes back says "in order to continue you must correct the errors in red contact itunes support to complete this transaction" but there never is any errors what do i need to do
Check in with iTS to see if there is something else going on you don't see...

This is so frustrating! I have an itunes store account, etc. I lost all my info when I had to "restore" my iphone.
I wasn't able to do the "restore" until recently, gosh it was about 6mos or more ago when my iphone died...
So, as I get older I am having memory problems and haven't been able to access my itunes account.
Obviously when I did the "restore" on my iphone I lost all my info with it... So, wanting to use my iphone for
music, games, etc. I had to create a new apple id, fine, but when I wanted to download a "free" app it says
my apple id hasn't been used with itunes so it keeps asking for credit card info.
I do not remember ever having to have a credit card before!
I am so frustrated... First it was not being able to access my account then having to create a new one, fine!
But now I can't download "free" content without credit card information!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! UGH!!!!!!!

when i went to itunes on my computer it would start downloading the apps i purchased on my phone but would get stuck a processing file, then when i went to purchase a movie i would click the buy button and it would ask my password but then would not purchase or download. Are you putting in the address where the bank sends the monthly statement?
Apple's servers are very picky about the format of the address. If you live in the USA, then the server is expecting the style that the US Postal Service uses. One way to do this is to use the USPS ZIP Code lookup service;

Enter the address to look up the ZIP code and then copy the exact USPS output into your iTunes account information. -
i am trying to start a seperate itunes account for my daughter and the itunes store wont pull up at all on her ipod. it's pulling up just fine for my iphone...how do i fix this issue?

hi, i have an imac which i bought second hand but but the itunes store wont load up nor will me songs ect sync with the itunes on this comp? i have had no issues with this on previous laptops.... any more of this and i may move to samsung! please help!

i just downloaded the new update for itunes and the itunes store wont open up it is taking a long time it still hasnt loaded since 5pm, i also cant sighn in either it just keeps on saying accessing itunes....

(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

When i open itunes on my desktop the itunes store wont open, Ihave tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no good. I cant even sign in. System is win7 64bit if any of that helps. Thanks in advance for any help.

iTunes Store for Windows. Everytime I try an access the iTunes Store it takes really long to connect and then it says iTunes store cannot be access. I think I am up to date with iTunes Verison, I Have 11.0.2.26 but no matter what I try it does not connect. HELP Please???

The search function in the itunes store does not work. It will accept a request and suggest searches but then it locks up and will not search. Clicking on the magnifying glass or a suggested search does nothing. Re-installing itunes has not helped.

If you want to download a non-free item then you will either need a payment method - so you will either need to enter the credit card's details, or buy iTunes gift cards (if they are available in your country), either way you will need a method of payment.

You don't need an international credit card, to be able to buy items from your country's store (you can't use another country's store) the card needs to have been issued by a bank in your country and be registered to your name and address.
