I downloaded several songs yesturday to later realise that when played , all of them either break up or the song cuts off. I have tried ACC download / create ACC as suggested but all each song is saying is an error occurred. What do i do ?
What format are these problem tracks in? If they are MP3's, trying running them through the MP3 Validator utility to have it fix any missing or corrupted track data.

How can I find/locate a stolen 4th generation iPod Touch (old version)?
lIf it can't be located, is there any possible way to get the photos off of it since there was no icloud with the model from 2 years ago. We were able to retrieve the music from our iTunes account, but not any of the hundreds of photos that were stored on it.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have to iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.

Having trouble with firefox since the last upgrade
Since the last upgrade to firefox on the 17th jan it will open up an initial tab but wont open any subsequent tabs. if I click on a link or one of my favourites it just seems to sit there going round and round and not connecting. I have never had any sort of problem with firefox before and don't want to uninstall and reinstall in case I lose all of my favourites. Can any one help?

How can i check if a procedure exists in a certain database version
So today i became really frustrated after noticing that the Oracle SQL version on some computer I needed to work on was 10.1. The problem with that was that I needed a procedure called "xmlserialize". I browsed the documentation for it, but I didn't see anything like "since 11.0" or something similar.
So.. how can I see what is the first Oracle SQL version that supported some procedure?
For example, when I check a class definition for Java, I consult the javadoc :

and there there's a field called "Since". For BigInteger ( it's just an example ), it says "Since: JDK1.1", so I know that if I'm using a JDK version earlier that 1.1, I won't have that class.

Lightroom 4 crashes when trying to open the slideshow module. I spent over three hours with both Adobe and Apple tech support and we know it is a permission issue but have not been able to get it solved. It started with the last upgrade to 10.8
Back up all data.
This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership and access-control lists to the default. Boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at startup. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.

What are most graphic designers doing now: upgrade to the last master cs6? subscribe to cloud cc? use alternative photo and design program? or just change career?
I think the casual Photoshop user and small business that only use Photoshop will be better off staying with CS6. For it does what they need and it will be less disruptive then CC.
Adobe will be updating CC adding new features changing old features and user interfaces as well as adding new bugs. All done automatically through the cloud. Thus what Adobe does can disrupt your work and work-flow. Your not in control if you allow automatic updates. There also does not seem to be a way to blackout updates. You may need to create a system backup before applying Adobe updates.
I rather like having that calm period between major updates in the past and being able to update on my schedule not Adobe's.
Adobe also only fixes bugs Adobe feels needs to be fixed. Adobe let what I consider major bugs survive release after release.
CC is also a trap once in the is no real way out.
