The main page of iTunes is not showing up, I can't preview ANY music, and I can't buy any music. Why is this happening?
Like I said... I'm having all these problems. I have the updates, my computer isn't firewalled against iTunes.. I don't get it! I've been having trouble with the previewing thing for a while now.. the little 'play' icons never show up--even on music that has already been released. The front/main page of iTunes (when you first open it) shows only the side bars, not the new releases and What's Hot and all that that's usually in the center of the page. Now, on top of that (this is a very recent development) I can't even buy music! I'm signed in, I have a valid payment method, and the Buy button shows up... but when I click on it, nothing happens. I am getting really tired of this; can anyone tell me what is going on?

You may want to try resetting Winsock as a temporary fix.
1. To do so, please do the following in an administrator user:
Windows Vista and Windows 7: Right click All Programs and choose Accessories > Command Prompt. Choose to open as an administrator.
Windows XP: Click Start > Run and type in cmd.
2. Enter the following command:
netsh winsock reset
3. Restart the computer and test the issue.
Note: If the issue returns, third-party software may be reinserting the LSP.

"There's an option in settings for Playlists. It was set to Music only. Changed that to All then found the movie playlist under Movies by selecting Genre."
This is not to be done in iTunes in your computer; this is to be done at your apple TV under "setting". "audio video" "show playlist" "music only/all"
I am posting this here because I started chat mode with Apple support last night at midnight till 1:30, they didn't know what to do.
They called me back this morning at 10 am.
It's not 11:40 they finally know what I am talking about and showed me where to to find the "music only / all" toggle. My problem is now fixed;
all these time, they have in front of them a screen shot of your questions and answer but they don't know where to change it from music only to all.
So, I hope this will save the next victim a lot of time.

When I try to reorder different pages it just takes all the pages within the document and turns them into a stack! Why is this happening and how can I oder pages as the update is meant to let me?

I am back in Mavericks and testing Pages 5.2.
There are improvements, we shall see how useful, but in less than a minute I have already discovered bugs.

My iMessage doesn't work on my iPad. My software is up to date, wifi is working, apple ID is working but the verification stops and goes back to sign on. Why does this happen?
Look at no. 5 in this text which was copied from Apple's support site for troubleshooting Messages and FaceTime activation.
Troubleshooting Apple ID activation
After each step, toggle iMessage and FaceTime off and then on again in Settings > Messages and Settings > FaceTime.
Update to the latest version of iOS.
Ensure that you have an active Internet connection. You can complete activation using Wi-Fi or a cellular data connection. Check your Wi-Fi network using standard Wi-Fi network troubleshooting.
If you receive an error when signing in to your Apple ID, visit myinfo.apple.com, sign in to your account, and ensure that the primary email address has been verified.
Ensure that FaceTime has not been restricted: Settings > General > Restrictions > FaceTime.
In Settings > General > Date & Time, ensure that Set Automatically is on. If Set Automatically is on, but the incorrect time zone is displayed, turn Set Automatically off and then choose the correct time zone, date, and time. Then turn Set Automatically on again.
Enable iMessage and FaceTime while connected to another Wi-Fi network in a different location.

Please read the title; itunes match has removed my playlists on itunes and iphone and the songs that are supposedly 'matched' on itunes are not showing up on my iphone.
Any Really annoyed about thisiTunes Match does not have the ability to remove local files.
The service operates by comparing the selected iTunes Library with the iTunes Store content and 'matching' or 'uploading' - it is very straightforward a 'match' provides equivalent access to iTunes Store content as a recognised 'purchase'; upload simply copies a 256k AAC variant into the cloud. There are no elements of this activity that can erase the local library content.
Would suggest you explore possible alternative causes of file loss. Given the pattern described of selective deletion, leaving many Songs intact - would suggest making at least 2 secure offline Song file backups and starting the library again from a fresh install of iTunes once a thorough sweep of the system has been completed for virus. It is also worth assessing the physical security of the system - who has access & with what privileges.
To access Songs from the cloud, you would have to manually delete the Song from the library or open an empty library - so even when accessing content, iTunes Match provides no local deletion capability. -

You can also go to View>Show Sidebar in the iTunes menu at the top of the screen. The key command on a Mac is Option+Command+S.

From my Iphone 4S, I have trouble making purchases and will frequently get an error message that says, "Unaable to complete purchase at this time. Contact Itunes Store Support to complete this purchase." The strange thing is that it will sometimes go through without any problem but 1 out of 3 times this happens. Any sugguestions? Do I have a virus, as it states, or is this uninvited web page trying to install a virus? What should I do?Just because it said Mozilla Security in the title bar does not mean it is from Mozilla as Mozilla nor the Firefox browser has ever done such a thing.
This sounds like one of those fake animated scanners which claims it is scanning your computer and then says you are infected with such and such. It then suggests to download something that will be what really infects your computer if using Windows. As long as you did not download and install this whatever.exe then you should be safe. Though you may want to scan your computer with whatever antivirus software you have with updated definitions just to be safer.
This sort of thing is even more obvious on being fake when Linux and Mac users can encounter these pages. -
The other day I bought another ipad, and I was asked if I want to scan my computer for media. I said yes and it took all the music off my computer and put it on my itunes. Now when I connect my iphone5 to itunes it says in order to synce you must delete all itunes off of this iphone.

I recently updated my software to ios6 & have now found camera not working on my ipad. We have tried resetting & numerous other solutions but nothing has helped. Can anyone tll me why this has happened & ow o I fix it, thanks

2. Hold the Camera app down for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close app

I have this question too! I updated my Iphone iOS software last night and this morning, I cannot access my mail as it says that I cannot connect to the server. On both my Iphone and Macbook, when I open mail- it says that the server rejected my password for ICloud. I can also log in to ICloud online, so I know that it isn't my password- HOWEVER, when I try to access mail through the cloud online, it tells me that it is unable to obtain my mail. CS2 exported PDF comes out negative
