Okay, so I got an iTunes gift card for my birthday. I didn't use it at first, but about two months or so ago I put the money on my account. It was 15 dollars, so I had planned on getting some music. It showed on my account that I had the money, but when I went to buy a song, it went straight to the billing information for my mom's credit card. what do I do??

Itunes verifies the account using the credit card info.

What happens when you drag it?
Make sure the drive you are moving the files to has enough available space to receive the file:
Click on the movie file and go to File > Get Info and note the "size"
Check the drive to which you are moving the file to make sure it has enough available space: https://idisk.me.com/madisonfile-Public/web/finder-drive-available-space-and-for mat.html
Also note the format of the drive you are copying too. If it is not Mac OS Extended or FAT (not recommended unless you are taking it to a windows computer) then that may be the issue.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I downloaded the update and now it wont work. It just shows me a screen with a lightning chord going to the Itunes icon. Am I supposed to plug it into my mac or something?

If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.
(You may already have a micro USB cable if you have a camera or other digital device)

Make sure that you have do not disturb off. If you pull up notification center it will be the crescent moon.

I updated my iphone to the ios6 and now it wont work.

i updated my iphone to the ios6... and now it wont work at all.
it wont even turn on, it keeps going back and forth between the black screen and then the apple mark pops up for a few seconds, and then turns back to the black screen again... and that just keeps going on...
someone please help...

Seems like ios6 isn't any good for any of their devices. I have an iPhone 4 and recently updated to ios6 and have had all the wifi problems and apps getting hung up on load screens. Restore is your best bet and downgrade if you can back to ios 5.1. If restore doesn't help with a fresh install of ios6 then call every Apple support number you can find and be heard like the 1,000s of other people like us with ios6 problems demanding support. There doesn't seem to be any quick fixes for ios6 other than an update from Apple.

What do you do if your iPad screen freezes and it wont do anything? Home and off buttona wont work!

Have you tried both together for a Reset? Try a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. The screen will go blank and then power ON again in the normal way.] It is app and data safe!

Restart... Reset... Restore from Backup... Restore as New...

Upgraded from iPhone 4 to the 4S and my SIM wont work, comes up saying SIM Invalid after a few minutes of working, why?

I recently purchased the iPhone 4S today and my netrwork provider is Orange, it will work for a while then stop and comes up with SIM invalid, do I need a new SIM?

That's annoying, it'll mean having to get a new number won't it? I'm completely crap when it comes to this, I never have any idea, how I even ended up with this phone is beyond me... I'll go to the Orange shop tomorrow and have a chinwag with someone about it. Thanks anyway.

OK......double click your home button and swipe the lowest row of apps you've recently used will come up. With you finger, swipe that row to the right and you'll likely see an icon on the far left that is a mute icon. Touch it and your sounds should come back.
Don't be scared. There is something simple and we're going to find it.

My twitter app worked perfectly fine before the update and now it wont work, how can i fix this?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have also deleted my account several times and re-signed in. It is still not working. When i go to the app store, the "open" tab has a little plus at the top...what does that mean? Seriously, i just need help getting the app to work.

My twitter is doing the same thing, I click on it and just a small rectangle with everything on the usual twitter screen condensed. I tried re-installing but no luck. I reset my phone too because when I first installed ios7 my screen went black, still doesn't work. I have to use the app off of my mac for now. If you figure something out let me know and I'll do the same!

Have you bought a new keyboard to use on a slightly older Mac? The newest keyboards need OS X 10.6.8 for full functionality.
Otherwise, go to System Preferences > Keyboard and ensure this box isn't checked;
