Ever since I upgraded my iphone it works very slow and freezes all the time..I cant answer 50% of myy calls because of this , next thing its working just fine..all of my friends who had their phones updates experience the same..can I go back to the previous version of software or when is it going to be fixed?

Do you mean that you removed the phone from the 'manage devices' section of your iTunes account ? If you do then that won't stop you being able to purchase items on your phone - you only need to be logged into an account to be able to purchase with it.
If you do mean the 'manage devices' section then you can associate, or re-associate, a device (or computer) by using iTunes Match, or automatic downloads, or redownloading past purchases on it : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627

You do NOT have duplicates. This is how Apple handles photos.
Just as a song is in your Itunes Library and that exact same song can be accessed from a playlist, all synced photos are in the Photo Library and those exact same photos can be accessed from the album.

The SILENT switch on the side of the phone needs to be OFF-the red/orange means ON and Silver, Gray, Gold whatever color the phone is OFF. Switch needs to be switched closer to the screen in other words towards the screen. I had the same issue and discovered this was the culprit for NO SOUND in Videos.

If you are sure that you have sound in other apps - and if you can still hear keyboard clicks and get notifications, then system sounds are not muted. Try this and see if it works.
Close all apps completely and reboot the iPad.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Since the time i have installed lion my mac book pro is working very slow

I don't really understand why Lion slows down computers, but it obviously does. What worked for me is upgrading my memory from 2GB to 4GB. Also, check your hard drive space. If it is close to full, try upgrading your hard disk to a better model.
If neither of those work, you might have to do a clean reinstall of Lion. This involves cleaning out all your data and reinstalling your OS.
Cache-file cleaners like SpeedUp Mac ($29.99) can help a lot if Lion was pre-installed on your Mac, but if you installed Lion manually, they don't really do much.
Tip: NEVER try MacKeeper to make your Mac "faster": I had the misfortune of it wiping out all my data (movies, music, photos, iMovie projects, iPhoto photo books and faces, etc.)
