Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button until the Apple logo comes back again?

my cable modem works fine, but when I hook it up to my extreme base station and run through the prompts and set up my wireless network it doesnt work and neither does my apple tv by default. You have a MacBook, so your Mac hasn't got a HDMI port and you are using a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter.

I dont have a solution for you because Im having much the same problem, so will be very interested to see how it can be fixed. I moved from Canada back to Australia and it seems I have successfully changed my country in the itunes store ....when I check my account all my Aussie details are there and are correct. BUT when I try to purchase help in a game im playing I receive a message saying I can't make a purchase from the Canadian itunes store...its says I need to purchase from the Australian itunes store. I game is called Candy crush and it is a game I purchased while in Canada but its available anywhere not just Canada. Im at a losss to figure it out.

What to do?Nothing you can do. Apps are locked to the account that purchased them and you have to log into the account to update them.

I have an iMac that I upgraded from Tiger to Lepoard. I found a brand new power pc g4 1gig never unpacked and tried to use my Lepoard disk to upgrade the os but I get a restart message but when I power down it stays off and when I power up I get the restart message. If I can't upgrade to Lepoard how do I get the computer to eject my Lepoard disk and go back to the os that was on it? Thank you anyone who can advise.
PeaceWhen you power up the computer hold down the click bar on the track pad (or the left click on a mouse) and the computer will eject the disk.

Sophiaand88 this seems to be a problem with an unknown solution and may be related to a recent update (?). I began having the same problem about 10 days ago when I upgraded to 6.1.3 software. Through research, I have learned that it is a relatively uncommon problem and there are no sound solutions and apple has not addressed it in a favorable way. Multlple suggestions out there including phone in the freezer, blow dryer to the wi-fi area. All sound crazy to me. I have personal hotspot that at least helps me for now. I will give apple a little time and hope a solution comes, but if not I will probably have to get a new phone. P.S. no one I dealt with at my sprint store had ever heard of this. P.s. I reset everything to no avail. Good luck.

I do not have the 'Advanced' tab on the menu bar. I am trying to change ringtone on my iphone 4s. Have done the following: Right cick on song, entered the start and stop times, but unable to proceed as need 'Advanced' tab in order to change to option.
You don't need to upgrade your software. But if you're struggling with Spry, IMO you should cut your losses and switch to something better for the longrun.
If you have a budget to work with, I highly recommend Project Seven's Pop-Menu Magic 3. It's easy to use in DW CS4, 5, 6 or CC. More importantly, it's bullet proof and works in all devices.

For the 2nd day my iPhone 5 will not let me download updates for apps. I've tried selecting each to click off wait, and have selected new updates indvidually instead of all together. Also have shut the phone down and have even deleting the apps completely and re-downloaded but to no avail. Each app continues to sit on my screen with the line below as if it is about to download but never does, and now any apps I've tried to updated will not let me use them.
Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!
